• Gabriele (9/5): Ich werde die Pension Elfy immer wieder weiterempfehlen. - Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut. Die Atmosphäre, der persönliche Umgang mit den Gästen war sehr angenehm. Für mich war der Aufenthalt wirklich Erholung. Mir fällt nichts ein, was negativ wäre.

• Marja (10/5): Het was super! - De eigenaresse en medewerkster waren allerhartelijkst. We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen in een super schoon appartement met zitjes, heerlijke bedden en airco. Ook het ontbijt was heerlijk. Ruime keuze en meer dan genoeg. Ook mijn zus, met wie ik reisde was zeer enthousiast. Pension Elfy is echt een aanrader. Niets

Сніданок не різноманітний. - Чистота, привітність персоналу, комфортне перебування, присутність холодильнику у номері, поруч зупинки міського транспорту, поруч красивий міський парк, спокійне місце. Ми були на святкуванні Нового року, було не гучно від феєрверків. Зручне розташування міста від Відня. Відсутність чайника у номері, одноманітний скудний сніданок (вибору немає). Транспорт до пансіону не показує гугл та ÖBB, треба скачати місцевий додаток. Йшли пішки 30 хвилин спочатку, потім знайшли автобус.

• Biberauer (10/5): Immer wieder gerne - Sehr, sehr nette Gastgeberin die auf die Wünsche der Gäste eingeht. Frühstück war herrlich und es wurde immer nachgereicht. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers möchte ich besonders hervorheben.
• Pendlowski, (10/5): Comfortable, clean and cost effective guest house with friendly helpful staff. Would recommend. - Simple continental breakfast, but absolutely fine for me! Rooms were clean and comfortable. The star of the show was the owner, who efficiently sorted out some booking problems (entirely my fault). She was extremely kind and could not have been more helpful. Nothing could have been done better.

Sollte ich wieder mal nach Bafen kommen , werde ich gerne auf die Pension Elfy zurückkommen. Ein einzige Sache , der mir gefehlt hat , im Zimmer war ein Mistkübel 😉vielen, herzlichen Dank , liebe Frau Elfy Fehlender Mistkübel
• Juergen (10/5): Familiäre, saubere Unterkunft mit Wohlfühlfaktor und tollem Frühstück - Sanierte und sehr sauber gepflegte Zimmer; Die Betreiberin ist sehr nett und man kann sich humorvoll und locker unterhalten, das für einen angenehmen familiären Wohlfühlfaktor sorgt; Sehr gutes Frühstück, das nach Rücksprache sogar noch serviert wird - ich kann diese Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen;
• Dominic (1/5): Sowas von unfreundlich begrüßt worden, somit nicht bezogen. - Gar nichts, wir konnten sie nicht einmal beziehen. Ich bin stinksauer und enttäuscht. Wir wollten vom 14.–17.11.2025 mit unseren 10 Monate alten Zwillingen in der Pension übernachten und hatten vorher uns mit Kindern angekündigt und um ein Zimmer mit durchgehender Matratze gebeten. Obwohl die Unterkunft den Check-in für 13 Uhr bestätigt hatte, wurden wir bei unserer 20 minütigen früheren Ankunft unfreundlich abgewiesen, obwohl am Eingangstor Öffnung von 8-20 Uhr steht. Als ich angerufen hatte wurde ich pampig angemacht. Die Betreiberin war beim Empfang sehr unhöflich, stellte in genervtem Ton Fragen zur Lautstärke und Windeln der Babys und machte mehrfach Bemerkungen über mögliche Schäden an den Matratzen, die wir angeblich nur in Bar bezahlen dürften. Insgesamt fühlten wir uns als Familie nicht willkommen und entschieden uns, die Unterkunft nicht zu beziehen. Unfreundlicher wurden wir als Familie noch in keiner Unterkunft begrüßt. Die Betreiberin verweigerte zunächst eine Rückerstattung, aber nachdem ich mich über Booking.com beschwert hatte, bekamen wir wenigstens eine Nacht erstattet. Unser Eindruck: Die Pension ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht geeignet.
• Wolfgang (8/5): - Gutes Frühstück - sehr freundliche Bedienung und gute Unterstützung bei allen Fragen zur Region. Die schon etwas älteren, aber sehr gepflegten Zimmer und die ruhige Lage haben uns sehr gut getan.

Mal in der Pension, weil es uns im letzten Jahr so gut gefallen hat! - Familiär mit einem ruhigen Garten, der zum Entspannen und Lesen einläd..- Das historische Strandbad Baden ist in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Super nette Inhaberin "Elfi' und die angestellte Perle, ein unschlagbares Team!-
• Guenter (10/5): Perfekt für kurze oder längere Aufenthalte. - Wir kommen immer wieder gerne in die Pension Elfy. Frau Pusitz ist eine Vermieterin wie aus dem Bilderbuch. Auch ihre Mitarbeiterin Rodica sorgt täglich dafür, dass man sich hier rundherum wohl fühlen kann. Das Wort Service wird groß geschrieben. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet, alle mit Klimaanlage, bequemen Betten und ausreichend Platz. Die Lage des Hotels ist ein weiterer Pluspunkt. In knapp 20 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt und in fünf Minuten im wunderschönen Thermalstrandbad. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen vor der Haustür zur Verfügung. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

• Almin (3/5): I dont recommend this hotel to young and non German speaking people. - Big bathroom and big bed The hostess was very unfriendly towards me. She refused to talk any other language than German, luckily I had a person who spoke German so it was easier. We were reminded a couple of times that i had to pay the tourist fee and that I had to leave the room by 11:00 at checkout (I knew all of this). Also when my friend came over to visit in my room, the hostess was very rude to her and acting like my friend was sleeping over. Will definitely visit Baden again but will avoid this hotel for sure.

• Beata (8/5): Good value for money but unusual attitude from the host - We booked this pension for a quick and easy access to a wedding venue where we needed to be on the second day of our stay. We stayed 2 nights in total. The room and other facilities were comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was sufficient for a B&B stay and for the price we paid. We appreciated the complimentary vouchers to the public swimming pool. The lady serving breakfast was helpful and polite. All in all, the pension offered everything we needed for our short stay. - It was a bit unusual to be instructed by the lady owner at what temperature we should be using the air-conditioning in our room (we might understand the reason but found it highly inappropriate). - There was no complimentary water or kettle in the room (the coffee in the hallway was offered at 1 Euro which is hardly seen around the world). - On our last day while we were still packing, at 10:40 we were reminded by a phone call from the lady owner that we needed to vacate by 11:00 (we were fully aware of the check-out time and were made to feel unwelcome by such strange attitude from the host.) - The location is far from the centre (Baden is great and we want to return to explore it more but we will definitely book a different hotel).

It is clear the owner cares about this place and the guests a lot and everything is in great condition. The room was generous and exactly as pictured. There’s a bus stop around the corner, but you can reach the center of Baden on foot in 15 minutes. Nothing - Everything was great!

• Ibrestak (8/5): Very good - Location, clean place,comfortable bed and amazing bed sheets, air conditioned room. Quiet location in a nice neighbourhood. Walking distance from Rose garden. No minifridge in room. No kettle in room. Much smaller than the photo suggests. No actual garden! Only a small, concrete yard/patio. Breakfast - no buffet, they take your order, service a bit slow and confused... Breakfast otherwise good (fresh bread, rolls, including gluten free, ham, cheese, jam) but limited to 3 items only: 1 boiled egg/person, ham and cheese. Butter + jam. Missed the usual selection of fruit, veggies, cereals, yoghurt etc. Coffee, tea, cacao and orange juice upon request. Staff speaks German only.
• Linart (9/5): Superb - Nice, clean room, with airconditioning. Nice, very helpful staff. Everything was allright. The breakfast was limited, but very nice.
• Anton (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was great. Has everything you need, very clean, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast: fresh pastries, ham, cheese, coffee, orange juice, what more could you want. There is free public parking in front of the guest house. We will gladly come again.
