• Caroline (10/5): All you could need in a B&B! - A lovely, spacious B&B, only 10 minutes walk from the beach, shopping centre, and closest bus stop. I stayed in the ensuite room, which was very spacious and immaculately clean, and opened out onto a patio with couches and a pool. The room has generous bathroom, with a big deep bath and rain shower. The bed is super comfortable, and the room has a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast and more hot drinks are also available in the dining room. Karen is a welcoming host who makes you feel very much at home. Great for FIFO workers like myself, and good value for money.

It was really quiet so it was perfect to recharge our batteries Everything was really great so it's hard to find something maybe the lenght of the window for the bath to avoid to spread water in the bathroom ^^ thank you for the stay !

• Penny (10/5): We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone needing a room for a short stay. - It was beautiful set out home with gorgeous decor and plenty of places to sit and relax. It was in a quiet street extremely close to everything needed.
• Jordan (7/5): Lovely beach nearby but car needed for stay - Walking distance to a very nice beach. Nice pool and kitchen facilities. Breakfast and snacks throughout the day was nice. You need a car to stay here. Not the best public transport options which means it would take you a long time to get to places without one. Also just to note that it is not like a B&B in some countries where you are segregated from other guests/the owner, you are all next to each other in rooms and feels more like a house share. Not a negative though as the owner was very friendly

The home was filled with such warm, inviting vibes—you couldn’t help but feel comfortable the moment you arrived. It was my first stay at a B&B, and if this is what they’re like, I would definitely recommend staying in one. Nothing not to like about this place.

• Paul and Jayne (10/5): Mullaloo b&b is first rate. - Karen was extremely attentive, extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the area also suggested places to go for food/drink etc. we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay the B&B was lovely in a great location also a very spacious bedroom will definitely be staying there on future visits to Perth. The only thing we didn't like is that we didn't stay longer.

The pool was so amazing and clean. The bed was sinking in the middle in the deluxe room. Would recommend booking a different room if you have back issues. TV also didn't work which wasn't a huge deal we just use one to sleep normally.

The bathroom was really luxury had a gorgeous bath and shower. We had a pool and comfortable sofas outside our bedroom. Eating at the breakfast table with strangers.

We really needed a good host after our previous one haha. The coffee area was perfect as well, she even provide cutted strawberries, Cherries and blueberries. No aircon, but for the price I paid, the fan was more than enough. Nothing to complain

• Magdalena (10/5): Traumhafte Unterkunft voller australischer Herzlichkeit - Karen ist eine unglaublich freundliche, flexible und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns nach Strich und Faden verwöhnt und sogar ihre private Küche zur Mitbenutzung angeboten. In jedem Zimmer befindet sich ein Kühlschrank. Überall sind einladende Sitzgelegenheiten, die Einrichtung ist farbenfroh und wunderschön. Der Pool war auch toll, die Nähe zum Traumstrand großartig. Die Frühstückszeit war flexibel, so dass auch mal Ausschlafen drin war. Ein fabelhafter Ort. Einfach empfehlenswert. 🫶 Das wir wieder abreisen mussten.😉

It was situated right outside the pool. We appreciated the continental breakfast, and Karen was the perfect host, relaxed, casual, and almost invisible! -

Room is big with good size bar fridge, tea and coffee station. Bed is very very comfy. Large bathroom, shower/bath combo and excellent water pressure Great location, short walk to beach, Dome Cafe, Mullaloo Beach Hotel and Swell .. All great places to eat. Host Karen is very welcoming and friendly.

Lugnt och fridfullt område Vi bokade ett budgetrum och det blev väldigt trångt med våra stora väskor. Kändes som att bo i någons hem. Och det kan ju vara både mysigt och lite konstigt.

• Meganbaxter_ (10/5): Wonderful stay - Karen is such a lovely host, we arrived super early due to taking a night bus from up north, and she let us check-in to our room right away at 8am, allowing us to catch up on some much needed sleep. The house is stunning, has an amazing seaview terrace with a pool. Only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach. Lovely breakfast included. Honestly, this was my favourite stay across the whole of Australia and such a bargain too. 10/10 recommend 🥰

It was the perfect base for us as we explored northern Perth as it is only a 5 minute drive from the beach. Karen was an amazing host, and we will definitely be staying next time we visit Perth!

• Steve (9/5): Very homely accommodation in large house - The host (owner) lives in the property and is very welcoming. It is a large house and she is happy for guests to use much of it. A cold breakfast (self-serve) is available and consists of a good range of food that is basically available whenever you want to take breakfast. Tea and coffee are always available. Basically, it is very homely. The house is close to the sea-front and about 5 and 10 minutes walk to feeder bus stops that service Whitfords Station on the fast and frequent Yanchep line to the city. Although the room was presented very nicely, cleaning is only weekly (in-stay). My stay was 6 nights. Perhaps this could be improved but I would very happily stay there again.

• Colin (10/5): - The Mullaloo B & B was an excellent place to stay. Lots of space inside and out. There two lounges two toilets available for the guests unless you have the ensuite bedroom. There is a separate place to make your breakfast. Karen leaves out cereal, tea bags, coffee and cutlery. You are allowed to use the kitchen which is well equipped.. You can use the washing machine and hang the washing out to dry, which won't take long in the Australian sun. The bed linen is good quality and the bed is very comfortable. The location is good. You can see the sea from the kitchen and the wonderful Mullaloo beach is under 10 minutes to walk to. I genuinely didn't find anything l didn't like. Comfortable Mullaloo B & B.

The property offers a great balance between your own space and sharing facilities with other guests (who were super interesting and lovely). The breakfast/tea/coffee options were great, and the kitchen is available for cooking a meal if needed. The location is perfect, with the (beautiful) beach only a short walk in one direction, and the town in the other. I couldn't recommend Karen's property more highly. Nothing to add here!

You even have a beach view and the beach and shopping center are very close. Stil the best about the accommodation is Karen, she is super welcoming and helpful, she helped us ordering a pizza at the first night because my phone didn’t worked and gave us some recommendations what to do and where to go in the neighborhood. The house was so clean and tidy, bed were very comfy, and the view from the poolside was beautiful. And it's just a short walk to Mullaloo beach, which has a beautiful sunset. We really enjoyed our stay there and are keen on coming back again.

GPO"s were connected to GPO boards throughout the room. Had trouble finding a TV station. This might be something the owner could organise prior to guest visit. Bedding could be more hotel quality.

• Danielle (10/5): Most comfy stay ever. Wished I could have stayed longer. - This stay offered such a comfort! It was one of the best beds I’ve ever slept in, breakfast was really nice too. But above all: Karen was amazing! She’s such a warm host and meets you as the person you are, not just the traveller :). Nothing really. It’s most likely even more amazing in summer times.
