• Betül (10/5): - Ev çok güzel. Odamız da çok güzeldi. Ev sahipleri çok sessiz ve yardımseverdi. Yatak rahattı biz gerçekten çok memnun kaldık. Tekrar Belçika'ya gelsem yine burada kalırım. Filtre Kahve makinesi çok kirliydi içinde küf oluşmuştu. Mutfağı kullanmadık ama kullananlar için daha temiz olabilirdi.

• Raymond (7/5): Goed en prettig verblijf maar het ontbijt kon echt beter voor hetgeen ervoor betaald is. - We konden voortijdig inchecken omdat de kamer al klaar was. De kamer zelf en de aangelegen gezamenlijke ruimte waren prima en netjes verzorgd. Er was mogelijkheid tot het pakken van koffie en thee. Goede parkeergelegenheid voor de auto. Mooie rustige omgeving. Het ontbijt was wat marginaal, slechts 1 soort vleeswaren en kaas, wat jam en chocolade pasta. Standaard bakje yoghurt van Delhaize. Geen eitje , pas de 2e dag nadat we er om gevraagd hadden. Ook was er geen keuze in fruit, je kreeg gewoon iets op je bord gelegd, dit is niet hoe wij het normaliter gewend zijn. De gastvrouw gaf aan doordat ze zelf afwezig was geweest geen kans gezien had nog boodschappen te doen. Iets meer bezieling voor het ontbijt zou op zijn plaats zijn hier.
• Ingrid (8/5): Voor ons doel bezoek aan Expo voor de Hyrox helemaal prima - Rustige wijk we waren snel bij de Expo. Zacht katoenen beddengoed. Het elektronische deursysteem met code. Te lang buiten gestaan om de deur te openen wat maar moeizaam lukte. Tip: nog een paar scherpe keukenmessen en een fatsoenlijke pan.

• Karin (9/5): Goede ontvangst, aangenaam verblijf waar ik tot rust kon komen; - Voor mij is de b&b gelegen op een rustige lokatie niet te ver van de plaats van het congres. Ik werd vriendelijk ontvangen; kreeg goede uitleg en kreeg een nette kamer die verzorgd was en de nodige rust uitstraalde; Het nodige comfort was aanwezig en een nette badkamer. Het ontbijt stond tijdig klaar zodat ik tijdig op het congres was. Ik vond het spijtig dat ik met de code niet binnengeraakte en dat ik steeds moest aanbellen. (Ben blijkbaar geen goede inbreker)

• Johan (9/5): Het was er zeer aangenaam. - Vriendelijke mensen. Prima ontbijt. Mooie rustige omgeving met supermarkt en het uitstekende restaurant Baptist op loopafstand. Gemeenschappelijke ruimte met mogelijkheid zelf koffie/thee te maken. Ook was de keuken hier beschikbaar. Fiets kon binnen worden gestald. Goed uitvalspunt voor een dag kano varen door Gent. De WiFi verbinding in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte was slecht: viel telkens weg.
• V (8/5): Ruhige Nacht in Gent verbracht - Netter freundlicher Empfang durch zuvorkommende Gastgeber, gute ruhige Lage, Parkplätze am Haus und auf der Straße, kostenlose Heißgetränke Kaffee und Tee, Küche vorhanden, Kühlschrank Benutzung gestattet. Sauber. Ein Zimmer direkt an den Aufenthaltsraum angrenzend, Gefühl von eingegrenzter Privatsphäre. Weiches Bett, meine Frau fand es gut. Keine Leselampe am Bett. Sehr kleiner Fernseher, etwas zu hoch montiert. Letztendlich Kleinigkeiten ...

• Nausica (9/5): - Camera al piano superiore di una villetta con cucina completamente attrezzata con salottino e tv in condivisione. Arredamento moderno e di buon gusto. C'era a disposizione un vano interno per parcheggiare le bici e nel piccolo giardino un gazebo con tavolino e sedie. Ottima la pulizia e i materassi erano molto comodi. La tv c'è anche un camera. La zona era molto tranquilla. Parcheggio privato sotto casa Cuscini del letto bassi e scomodi (solo uno a persona). Eravamo 3 adulti e abbiamo avuto solo un asciugamano per le mani, ma 3 teli doccia. Sarebbe stato meglio averne qualche asciugamano in più. È necessaria l'auto per raggiungere il centro.
• Folke (8/5): Sehr empfehlenswerte, saubere Unterkunft. - Sehr netter, problemloser Empfang, sauber, alles vorhanden. Schön, dass man eine große Küche mit Tisch benutzen konnte. Getränke im Kühlschrank konnte man entnehmen und aufschreiben. Sehr ruhige Lage, außerhalb der City. Gute Tramverbindung zur Innenstadt. Parken auf der Straße problemlos möglich. Etwas wenig Platz um 2 Koffer aufzuklappen.
• Stefanie (8/5): Would happily return and recommend to anyone - The rooms - or flat, if you book both rooms together - is very beautiful, impeccably clean and ideally located, just 10 minutes leisurely walk away from the tram station. Parking is also available, supermarkets, a small bakery and some takeaway nearby. The hosts were very friendly. Even their young son who was tasked to welcome us in the brief absence of his parents was doing so well, polite and helpful. We ordered breakfast on our last morning and it was a very lovely (continental, for our British readers) selection of bread, pastries, fruit, juice, eggs, sweet and savoury sandwich toppings... Considering the location and furnishings, both the rooms and the breakfast are very reasonably priced. You are even being gifted with free hot drinks and milk! If visiting Gent again, I would definitely check availability at Mentari first! The selection of cutlery could be improved and perhaps a few more bowls. There is a good amount of plates, cups and glasses, but if one wanted a muesli in the morning or a quick soup for the evening, bowls (only 2 during our stay for up to 6 people) would be nice. There were only 5 forks and only one small sharp knife, as well as a broken bread(?)knife and half a pair of scissors. (?) I would suggest a brief inspection of the cutlery drawer after each visit and to update it as needed. I must be fair, however, and admit that if we had said something during our stay, I'm sure the hosts would have provided the items we wished for, only we were a bit shy and didn't want to seem petty, so that's on us. Also we arrived at a national holiday with absolutely no shops open and no way to buy even small provisions, and, because of this, also no breakfast available through the B&B the next day. Not catastrophic, of course, but a heads-up would have been nice. There were a couple of automated emails through Booking.com, a quick note about the holiday could have been helpful, just something to maybe mindful of the next time.

• Eva (8/5): good place, nice owner - Kartini was very nice. We had good chat. Surroundings is very quiet and peaceful. We had good time here. Public transportation was punctual so no problem in our ways to city. Nothing big. Maybe only our room was next to shared kitchen so we heard sounds from it, and I think it is also other way from room to kitchen. So you don't have so much privacy. But it wasn't big deal.

• Sarah (7/5): Ok for a business trip - The location with parking spot is great for people wanting to visit Wondelgem. The rooms and common room are spacious and well equipped. The host was flexible when it came to our arrival time so that was much appreciated. As the host and her family live in the home (like often with a bnb), we expected a warmer feeling but we only came across (and heard quite lot of noice) from the common corridor (until 22:30 people going up and down and same at 7:00). Nobody came to great us at our check out either. The rooms are clean but we did have a bit of smell coming from the bathroom sinks. The stay met our needs as we were there on business but we sadly did not get the homie vacation feeling we often get at bnbs'.

Lots of bread products, cheese, meat yogurt, fruit, coffee/ tea. Was close to small village with grocery store and a few restaurants. Walkable to bus/ tram. Good central location in Belgium. Nice quiet neighborhood. Key pad entry was flakey.

• Sharath (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the accommodation was outside the main city. However, with the car, it was only a 15-minute drive. The kitchen was also well equipped, and we could prepare our daily takeaways.
• Sue100 (10/5): Exceptional - A very comfortable room, the shared kitchen facilities were very convenient. Kartini was a perfect host and breakfast was excellent. The B&B is located in a quiet street, with private parking. It is a short walk to the tram stop which takes you to the centre of Ghent. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay, highly recommended.

• Evelyn (10/5): I would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area. - The B&B part of the house was upstairs in their own home. Outside was a lovely patio with table and chairs. Inside, a good size bedroom with a large window, spotless bathroom, lovely main room for breakfast and lounge area. We were allowed to cook a dinner, but chose to go out instead. Kartini provided a lovely selection for us each morning. Included a boiled egg, choice of bread, bun, pastry, yogurt, meat, cheese and fruit. She asked us when we would like to eat - and was prompt and friendly. This house was in a very quiet area - but not far from restaurants if you chose to go out (may need reservations). The location was perfect for us as we had a car and were touring the countryside (not Ghent itself). Can't think of anything.
• Okay (8/5): Very good - Super clean, super neat, well maintained rooms. Free parking, quiet neighbourhood, you have a full kitchen that you can use with the other room (the property has only two rooms for rent). The beds were too soft, and I missed a small table & chair in the room.
