• Paulo Monteiro (7/5): Foi bom, mas podia ter sido melhor, porque tive melhor experiência no passado. - A cidade de Pombas é pequena, pelo que a localização é inquestionável. Igualmente, a envolvente do hotel, no meio das plantações, bem como, o pátio e jardins do hotel são lindos e agradáveis. O pequeno-almoço é bom, mas há margem para melhorar. Da localização do quarto, debaixo do terraço em que se serve o pequeno-almoço. O arrastar das cadeiras, no terraço, não deixa dormir. Frigobar, no quarto, arrancando e parando durante a madrugada. Falha do hotel no check-in, não obstante, a humildade de reconhecer a responsabilidade e de terem-se desculpado, entretanto, alterou todo o meu plano do dia.

• Gerrit (9/5): Een fijn hotel met een geweldige douche waar we zeker terug komen. - De douche hier is geweldig. Harde straal en heerlijk warm. Uniek op het eiland. De locatie is ook perfect in het centrum, maar toch rustig. Ontbijtplek is geweldig met uitzicht op de bergen. Het ontbijt is op zich prima, maar het brood is niet vers en de cake ook hard.

• Manon (9/5): Très bon séjour pour une nuit dans la vallée de Paul ! - Bon accueil, la chambre était très bien, le petit déjeuner au top ! Avec la vue magnifique sur la vallée de Paul !! Il faisait vite chaud, mais les fenêtres étaient situées de par et d’autres donc on pouvait faire un courant d’air. Le lit faisait beaucoup de bruit dès qu’on bougeait et les matelas un peu trop fins.

Alojamiento caro en relacion las instalaciones / prestaciones. La habitacion no disponia de TV i el wifi apenas funcionaba. Tendrían que invertir en mosquiteras, mas luz en lavabo y cocina, y aire acondiciondo. La cocina no disponia de sartenes ni trapos...

• Brigid (9/5): Nice simple spot in the middle of town. - Nice simple spot right in the middle of Paul. It’s simple accommodations but they keep it nice. They gave me good info for the hikes. I could say the wifi wasn’t super strong in the room but it was fine in the little courtyard. I didn’t mind since I wasn’t in Paul to use the wifi.

• Piero (8/5): We spent 2 good nights in what felt an oasis of peace and nature, only interrupted by one animal mistreatment episode. - Beautiful house surrounded by greenery. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast served in the terrace overlooking the mountains was an absolute pleasure. Generally We noticed some mistreatment of a local dog and we didn’t quite like that. Unclear if that was their dog or just a stray dog that was coming in for a visit but we noticed they threw it out of the fence without much regard for the animal.
• Alba (7/5): Paz y naturaleza en el centro de Paul - El jardín y la tranquilidad del lugar, desayuno era genial para coger fuerzas para empezar las rutas de trekking. Es un lugar humilde sin grandes lujos, estaba todo limpio. Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja, teníamos pequeñas hormigas en la habitación y no pudimos abrir las ventanas para dormir, al no tener mosquiteras las ventanas. Queríamos estar seguras de que no entra ningún bicho, así que ventana cerrada y ventilador encendido toda la noche.

• Gilda (6/5): Desconfortável, caro para esse tipo de quarto ! - A ubicaçǎo do Alojamento O quarto tinha muitos moveis, alguns desnecessarios, pequeno e quente, nao tem ar acondicionado , somente um ventilador. No checking nao consegui entender a cobrança de mais uma taxa, que ao perguntar o motivo responderam que nao era a primeira vez que eles tinham esses problemas com o Booking, porem e poderia ter meu dinheiro de volta solicitando o reembolso ao Booking. Sinceramente fiquei irritada e decidi pagar.
