• Hava (10/5): מקום מעולה ובהחלט Sweet home - השירות היה אדיב נעים ורגוע, החדר היה מרווח עם מרפסת שאפשר לצאת אליה ולהינות מקפה בבוקר ובערב, בחדר היו אפשרויות הכנה של תה או קפה, המקלחת מעט קטנה אבל נקיה ונעימה, סימון איש נעים מאוד עם היענות לכל בקשותינו, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה. רומא היא עיר מדהימה שתמיד נפלא להגיע אליה, מיקום החדר ענה על הצרכים שלנו, ההגעה הייתה נוחה לכל מקום שרצינו התחבורה מעולה, היה כיף. כאשר הגענו לא היה ברור ימינה או שמאלה, אבל בשיחת הטלפון עם סימון קיבלנו הנחיות מאוד מדוייקות כך שזה לא הייתה בעייה שלא ניתנת לפתרון מידי, למעשה לא היה דבר שלא אהבנו.

• Mark (9/5): Home from Home - breakfast was great and plentiful. the coffee - outstanding. The host (Simone) was just delightful and helpful. The bed was super-comfortable...and the location was just where we needed it... Nothing not to love here... Nothing. The whole stay was fabulous and in a heartbeat, I would stay there again...!! We were close enough to walk to the Olympic Stadium. Taxi journey’s into the centre were short and not so expensive... Al good!!

Le dimensioni del letto, io sono stato con mia moglie e siamo entrambi circa 180 e abbiamo trovato il letto leggermente piccolo o comunque le coperte un pò risicate. Il letto era comunque comodo.

The kiwis from his own tree, the fresh-pressed orange juice and the ham for breakfast were really nice extras. The accommodation is in a quiet and safe area of the town, with bus and train stops as well as a small Carrefour and some nice restaurants nearby. (-)

• José (7/5): Momentos de felicidade e fé perto do Santo Papa - A localização, atendimento, fácil acesso aos meios de transporte público. O tipo de quarto que reservei infelizmente não tinha banheiro interno, o banheiro era externo, mesmo sendo privativo do quarto. Assim, para ter acesso ao banheiro precisará passar por duas portas e atravessar um corredor. As portas, essas precisam urgentemente de manutenção. São muito barulhentas, rangidos insuportáveis. Imagine você precisando ir ao banheiro na madrugada, primeiro precisa se vestir, depois atravessar duas portas barulhentas e um corredor, ao retornar a mesma coisa. Isso incomoda os outros hóspedes ( barulho de abrir e fechar as fechaduras e o rangido insuportável das dobradiças ), a pessoa que está com você no quarto, indubitavelmente acordará com o barulho. Mas confesso que não observei que na reserva havia a observação de banheiro externo e quando cheguei, não pude mais cancelar e os preços tinham subido muito devido a cidade está lotada.
• Marek (9/5): Veľmi odporúčam - Raňajky boli nad očakávanie skvelé, hostiteľ veľmi príjemný, komunikatívny, nevtieravý, poradil a rád odpovedal na každú otázku. Všetko prebehlo naozaj k plnej spokojnosti. Je tam spolu asi 5 izieb a každá mala vlastnú kúpeľnu, len tá naša mala kúpeľnu hneď oproti cez chodbu. Bolo to v pohode, ale predsa nás to trocha zaskočilo.

• JULIA MAITE (10/5): Nos encantó!! - La propiedad es súper limpia y cómoda. Elegimos una habitación con baño privado que era muy cómoda. Además, la atención de Simone fue excelente! Súper amable. Nos gustó todo, pero si tengo que elegir algo, quizás estaba un poco lejos del centro, igual está re bien conectado con el tren, pero los días que estuvimos esa línea no funcionaba muy bien.

• Lara_Croft108 (9/5): - The room and the apartment are very cozy and nice. Everything is made with a taste. The breakfast was served by the owner and had some varieties (toasts, a steamed egg, ham & prosciutto cuts, pastries, coffee, and some fruits). The room is a good size with a comfortable bed and pillows. The place is clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and welcoming. There is a Carrefour supermarket 3 minutes away. Bus stops within a 4-7-minute walk. I found that the "small" train only 2 cars called RVP or something like that is the most reliable and 1 stop away from Fiumicino station, where Piazza Del Popolo and from there you can get to the Metro or other transportation. Buses run poorly on weekends so plan additional time. There are several rooms with private bathrooms in the apartment. The bathroom is outside the room. So you have to dress and lock the doors of your room and your bathroom and go through the common hallway to go to your assigned bathroom. If you forget something in the room or bathroom it's inconvenient that you have to go through the hallway where other people. The wifi signal was weak in the room. I had almost no reception in room No.2, had to sit in the kitchen where there is a good signal to do some work.
• Nibal (8/5): - Simone, the host, is very nice and helpful. The room is clean, and the bed is comfortable. The location is great—it's a beautiful building in a lovely neighborhood. There’s also an elevator, though it’s a bit hidden; you’ll find it on your right as you enter the building. Breakfast includes a nice variety of sweets, fresh orange juice, tea, toast, delicious special ham and eggs, as well as cornflakes, milk, and yogurt. I personally like having some vegetables in the morning, so I brought a few with me.

• Clara (9/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Für unsere drei Räder (wir sind auf einer Radreise) gab es unkompliziert einen sicheren Stellplatz. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der persönliche und herzliche Kontakt zum Gastgeber während des Frühstücks ist ganz bezaubernd. Man ist öffentlich super gut angebunden. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Das Bad ist sehr großzügig. Ein Wunsch auf hohem Niveau: Hafermilch o.ä. Beim Frühstück wäre klasse gewesen.
