• Reena (4/5): - It was in good location 1) All Rooms are in 1st floor but lift does not stop in 1st floor. We had to carry our heavy luggages through steps. Its tiring 2) Room flooring were cold. Need to put Rubber flooring or provide Slippers to use 3) Bath area is very dark with no proper light 4) Room was not having any Hot water Kettle. We had to complain and got the next day 5) Lot of small small things needs to be checked and fixed by the owner, which will make customer stay delighted

• Poema (8/5): - Muy bien ubicada, cerca de la línea A de metro. También es hermoso para caminar. La habitación muy cómoda, limpiaban todos los días. Agregaría otros medios de pago, es solo con PayPal y como teníamos cuenta nos costó un poco. La recepción es solo por WhatsApp y se alarga un poco la comunicación. Agregaría también una pava eléctrica para calentar agua. Son detalles pero que mejorarían aún más la estadía.

Un ringraziamento speciale a Kristina, è stato un piacere collaborare con lei. Ha risposto a tutte le nostre domande e si è offerta di lasciare le nostre valigie il giorno successivo. La totale assenza sia fisica che telefonica dell'hotel, la mancata comunicazione fino all'arrivo dei codici di apertura del portone dello stabile e del portone d'ingresso, l'aver dovuto attendere circa 50 minuti dall'arrivo a ricevere i codici di ingresso per giunta da un contatto terzo non registrato su booking, la metodologia di pagamento (Suamp) che x ben due volte non è andata a buon fine e dopo aver compilato il modulo ed inviato i documenti l'aver atteso circa 2 ore prima di accedere alla stanza. In camera bagno piccolissimo, doccia piccola e cordino non funzionante assenza sia del bidet che della finestra, armadio piccolo ad un anta insufficiente x 2 persone, letto matrimoniale scomodissimo ed arranciato con 2 materassi singoli, televisore da 24 o 27 pollici collocato a circa MT. 2,50 di altezza su una parete libera e difficilmente vedibile, la presenza di un mini mini frigo di grandezza pari ad un forno a microonde e pergiunta non collegato alla rete elettrica. La cosa più grave la totale indifferenza dell'hotel e la mancata risposta dello stesso alle circa 40 chiamate da me effettuate sia sui 2 numeri presenti su booking sia sul 3 numero sconosciuto dal quale sono stati inviati i codici x accedere alla struttura. In buona sostanza sono arrivato sotto la struttura alle 14,45 come comunicato all'atto della prenotazione ed ho avuto accesso alla stanza alle ore 17,20. Una sola Paola VERGOGNOSO.

Oda sıcaklığı benim icin fazla sayilabilecek derecede yüksekti ancak ayarlanabiliyor aksamlar soğuk oldugu icin bu da iyidi. Genel anlamda biz sadece yatmak icin odayı kullandigimiz bizim ihtiyacimizi karsiladi. Odalar çok küçük, ust kattan gece yarisi uyandiracak derecede tikirtilar geliyor. Sıcak bir seyler icmek istediginizde kettle yok. Sadece 2 adet bardak koyulmuş bu da Roma'da musluklardan su icilebildigi için tuvaletten su içmeniz için sanırım ancak biz tabiki tuvaletten su icmeyi tercih etmedik! Ayrica giriste kart bilgilerimizi kağıda yazmamiz isteniyor ve bu kağıtları baska birileri de görebiliyor bu da güvenlik açısından beni tedirgin etti.

Cerca del Colisseo y bien comunicado. Un poco de mal olor, supongo que de las tuberías. El servicio de equipaje es dejar las mochilas en la zona común, y cobran 3 euros por ello.
• Michalis (8/5): Ηταν το κατάλληλο για αυτό που ζητούσα για ένα βράδυ διαμονής. - Πρωινό δεν είχα. Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια. Πολύ κοντά στον τερματικό των τρένων και στο ιστορικό κέντρο της πόλης. Για τα χρήματα που κοστίζει το δωμάτιο, είναι ό,τι πρέπει. Θα ήταν χρήσιμη μια καλύτερη συντήρηση στις ντουζιέρες, δηλαδή στα τηλέφωνα του ντους. Εμένα που δεν έχω τρελές απαιτήσεις, δε με ενόχλησε.

Letti estremamente scomodi e sfondati, mobili e muri scrostati in alcuni punti, doccia non tenuta bene. Bisogna pagare per il servizio deposito bagagli, ma vengono lasciati in una stanza comune a tutti gli ospiti in assenza dello staff (ci sono comunque le telecamere, ma avrei preferito poterle lasciare in un posto più sicuro).
