• Camilla (10/5): A perfect place to stay if visiting Monte Mario for the weekend. - The hosts were very responsive and kind staying up to facilitate our late check in due to delays at the airport and getting up early to help us to the taxi. The apartment was absolutely spotless and very private. Very comfortable bed and the help yourself breakfast worked really well for us. Would definitely return if in the area again.

• Marta (10/5): Ottima esperienza - Per prima cosa i proprietari sono gentilissimi e davvero disponibili. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, non si sentono auto correre, l’appartamento è nuovo e curato, spazioso e pulito e il materasso è davvero comodo. La colazione è autogestita, che per quanto mi riguarda era preferibile, infatti ho potuto gestire meglio i tempi. È abbastanza vicino al Gemelli, anche se a piedi si impiegano circa 20 minuti a passo sostenuto. Nulla.
• Massimiliano (10/5): Comodità, pulizia e riposo perfetti in un contesto di tranquillità e verde urbano. - Ho già soggiornato molte volte a Monte Mario e nello specifico in via della Tenuta di Sant'Agata, silenziosa e immersa nel verde. Questa struttura si presenta con un bel giardino curato con piante rigogliose (notevoli i cuscini di Tillandsiae caput medusae che ricadono dai tronchi delle Lagestremie). La camera è davvero ampia e confortevole: sembra di essere a casa propria. Il materasso eccezionalmente comodo e la possibilità di scegliere cuscini di diversa altezza permettono un riposo perfetto. Il bagno, come tutta la camera, è curato nell'estetica e nella funzionalità, dotato di doppio lavabo e di un'ampia doccia a pavimento. A disposizione dell'ospite ci sono molti prodotti per il bagno. La colazione viene consumata in autonomia nella cucina condivisa tra le 2 camere, il locale è moderno ed adeguatamente attrezzato. Agli ospiti vengono messe gratuitamente a disposizone bottigliette di acqua naturale e cialde di caffè e tisane consumabili al di fuori della colazione. Ho apprezzato infine l'alta velocità bidirezionale della connessione Internet. Non c'è nulla che non mi sia piaciuto, ma se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto questo è rappresentato dalla disponibilità a colazione soltanto di cibi confezionati. A qualcuno poi la totale autonomia di gestione del soggiorno potrebbe creare una sensazione di "abbandono" dell'ospite, altri come me invece la apprezzano perchè trasmette un grande senso di privacy. Sono comunque certo che i proprietari qualora lo si richieda siano disponibili a presenziare a colazione per aiutare l'ospite.

It was more of an apartment than just a room and they were so helpful with information about the local area. There were so many choices for breakfast which we enjoyed so much on the balcony . I appreciate him and the whole staff team. It was a 15-minute walking distance from where I had to get to every day. It was great! If you need a center, you have to take into account public transport and traffic jams. -

• Suneha (8/5): Very good - It is one bedroom apartment nice & cozy. All basic amenities were taken care of. The hosts were not fluent with english still very nice to talk to. They were nice to help us with the local transport and booking early morning cab to the airport. The only problem with this stay is the location which is a bit far from Rome city center. Although google maps will show 6-7 km, if someone opts for public transport, it easily takes an hour to reach there by bus. However the good part is that the bus stop is closer to the place and there are nice italian and asian eateries nearby
