• Daria (10/5): Wonderful stay in Rome - Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location is very central and close to everything, the street is vibrant and cozy, surrounded by shops and restaurants. The host and staff were friendly and accommodating. Also we really loved the interior of our room, it was elegant and cozy and kept us in a good mood. A full length mirror in the room could be a nice addition.

I really loved how I could go out and get to Spanish steps in less than 5 minutes, downstairs were a lot of restaurants to have a drink. Before arriving nobody told me what floor, how to enter, I managed to get to the building because someone was entering the building but ended up going up and down looking for an apartment. After half an hour I managed to get an answer from property representative, who didn’t tell me the floor or apartment number but told me to wait, which was weird. In the apartment itself everything was fine but there is a smell of unwashed bodies, probably need to wash sheets and curtains better. Also the toilet was dirty and smelled like piss which was disgusting.

• LUIS ARTUR (7/5): Localização propicia - A atenção e gebtilwza da Marzia. Localização ótima, a poucos metros da Piazza de Spagna e Piazza del Popolo. A avaliacao se baeia em uma estadia de 05 noites Café da manhã bem modesto. Não há um local para bebermos água. No primeiro dia, 02 garrafas de água mineral (500 ml) foram deixadas no quarto. Depois, nenhuma reposição. Poderiam repor e cobrar no check-out. Amenidades de banho quase inexistentes (não há sabonete) e havia apenas 04 blisters de shampoo. A calefacao do quarto 3 o toalheiro do banheiro não aquecem conforme desejo do hóspede. Mesmo colocando no máximo funcionam em horários pré-definidos, situação que não foi agradável. Enfim, a simpatia da Marzia compensou o que não gostamos. Espero que os relatos sejam interpretados como oportunidade de melhoria e não meramente uma crítica.

A special mention goes to our host, Marzia, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. She truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again!

• Katerina (5/5): - Location - Poor breakfast: biscuits, cake, a bit of fruit, stale bread, and maybe a little cheese or ham—if someone hadn't eaten it before you. The breakfast was never refilled. The coffee machine was out of capsules, leaving only instant coffee. - Since eating is allowed in the rooms, the furniture was stained and sticky. It ruins the whole impression. If they can’t provide this service at a decent level, they shouldn't offer it at all. ​- Cold water in the shower and the bathroom sink. ​- The room was quite cold, which is very unpleasant at night or after a shower. Towels don’t dry, and if it's raining outside, your jackets won't dry either

Tem elevador , Os quartos são extremamente confortáveis grandes muito bem equipados e incríveis, nós amamos tudo e a experiência superou muito as nossas expectativas.

Proche de beaucoup de sites et à 400m du métro si on veut aller un peu plus loin. L'organisation du petit déjeuner ainsi que la quantité et la variété des aliments salés, mais c'est vraiment le seul point qu'il reste à améliorer.

Eravamo reduci da un volo intercontinentale e ci ha preparato velocemente la camera. Si è mostrata disponibile alle nostre richieste e sempre attenta che non ci mancasse nulla!

Δυσαναλογία τιμής με αυτά π - Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία μέσα στο κέντρο της πόλης,σε υπέροχη γειτονιά προσβάσιμο παντού με τα πόδια και κοντά σε μετρό Επίσης είχε συμπαθητική διακόσμηση και ήταν καθαρό! Δυσανάλογη σχέση τιμής-παροχών. Αντί για ένα διπλό κρεβάτι είχαμε 2 μονά ενωμένα, ηχομόνωση σχεδόν ανύπαρκτη, το πρωινό δεν άξιζε έξτρα χρήματα και το βασικότερο μειονέκτημα η θέρμανση την οποία ανοίγουν για κάποιες ώρες και κατά βάση το δωμάτιο είναι κρύο

La struttura dovrebbe sfruttare di più la tecnologia per l’accesso alla struttura, la pulizia non in linea con le mie aspettative sia per la stanza che per la colazione. Quando si gestisce una struttura si deve sempre essere raggiungibili, noi abbiamo avuto un problema importante e abbiamo dovuto attendere il giorno dopo per poterlo sottoporre all’attenzione della proprietà della struttura.

• TITANUS PRODUCTION (9/5): - Struttura ottima, sia per la qualità degli interni che per la posizione, e personale molto disponibile. L’unico punto un po’ debole è stata la colazione. All’entrata dell’appartamento viene organizzato tutte le mattine un tavolino con fette biscottate, pane e marmellata, biscotti e torte, da consumare sui divanetti dell’atrio, senza tavolini.
• Seydan (7/5): Clean and good location but not comfortable. - Location was amazing and it was really clean. Double bed was made by joining 2 single beds. We had to fix it several times a day not to fall apart. Also, there was somebody elses bathroom behind the wall in the bedroom thus we woke up every time they use bathroom. You could here them and understand exactly what they were doing and there was a strong flush sound.

It was safe, clean and spacious. It’s right next to a carrefour as well as the metro. The host was delightful and took great care of us; meeting us at check in, providing us with breakfast, and ensuring our room was clean. Overall I have nothing to complain about, would recommend.

• Victoria (10/5): Perfect accommodation - just what we wanted. - The location is fantastic - very close to the Spanish Steps and restaurants literally downstairs, but everything closed at a reasonable time so no loud noise late at night. The room was spacious and really clean, facilities were great. Bed was very comfatable and the bed linen luxurious. Would definately stay again. More of an observation than a dislike, and we didn't mention this while we were there as we only saw someone when we arrived, and it wasn't a big deal, although I'm sure if we had mentioned it it would have been sorted - there was a coffee machine in the room but no pods for this, there was, however, a good variety of tea bags on offer.

• Daniel (9/5): A very friendly and welcoming place. Excellent location! - We thought we had booked at the B&B but had booked at the more modern suites by the same people. No problem because it was very clean and comfortable and we were still able to visit the B&B. We had an issue with one thing on our first night and Marzia, the manager, helped us out and made everything OK. She is incredible and it almost feels she is in two places at once! A lovely, friendly, kind lady. We also visited the B&B and found it lovely and cozy and friendly. The people who run this place are very nice and helpful and we will be back again! And we hope to also visit your property in Tuscany!Thank you for making our stay very good. I think brighter lights could be useful in the bedroom because it was sometimes hard to see things but it wasn’t a big issue for us .

• Geo (9/5): Nice rooms at the perfect city spot - Nice, clean and silent room even though located next to the most crowded streets of Rome. The location is advantageous- ideal for the city sight-seeing. The room was adequately equipped with amenities such as coffee machine, water boiler and hair dryer. In addition, the manager of the rooms provided the guests with fruits on a daily basis together with other snacks-sweets. There's nothing negative to mention except for the low water pressure in the shower (which may be coincidental..). All in all, we enjoyed our stay in Casa Fabbrini .

• Francesca (10/5): Charming stay at Spanish Steps - Great property, wonderful location. Rooms are very spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable. At anytime, fresh fruit and homemade cakes available for guests in the common area. Staff is lovely and professional and willing to make you have the most pleasant as possible stay. What not to love? If I need to find something, I would suggest a bit more pressure in the shower would be great, however the shower is spacious and modern and great too.

• Olivia (9/5): Very cozy stay in the heart of Rome - I really loved how clean and comfortable the rooms were, there was also a nice sitting area where there were fresh cakes for everyone which was a nice touch. The bed was supportive and still soft with very comfortable pillows. There was a full length mirror in every room as well which was really appreciated. Located perfectly in the Spanish steps neighborhood, it was really easy to get to anything. Would absolutely stay here again. The rain shower was the only part of the shower that worked, I would have liked to use the extension but it wouldn’t turn on. I also didn’t understand why they wouldn’t have proper body wash as well as conditioner. These amenities are quite simple and affordable and make it so much better for guests. I would have appreciated that as well.
