• Katia (9/5): - Un grand merci à notre hôte qui a été très disponible , serviable et de tres bon conseil ! Emplacement au top Proche métro et du vatican Rien a voir avec gardoce's gestion house mais la pizzeraia en bas de l’immeuble un peu bruyante le soir ....
• Gabriel (10/5): - O locație extrem de curată (se făcea curățenie zilnic peste tot). Apartamentul poziționat chiar lângă pietonală, la câteva minute de Vatican, cu stație de metrou, magazine și restaurante în zonă. De la aeroportul Fiumicino am luat un bus, care avea stația de oprire în zona Vatican, la 10 minute de cazare, fapt ce a ușurat deplasarea de la aeroport spre cazare și înapoi. Am avut opțiunea de cameră cu baie privată, aceasta având intrare din holul comun, nu direct din cameră, dar acest lucru nu a fost o piedică, având în vedere că aveam cheie proprie pentru baie și era vis-a-vis de dormitor. Proprietarul ne-a pus la dispoziție în bucătăria comună un espressor de cafea și cafea gratuită pe întregul sejur, plus avea disponibile și ceaiuri pentru doritori. Camera dotată cu aer condiționat și mini frigider, iar zona una frumoasă, fiind lângă pietonală, a lipsit gălăgia de la mașini și ambulanțe, acesta fiind un mare avantaj. Proprietarul foarte amabil și prietenos, ne-a oferit o hartă și ne-a ghidat pentru cele mai populare trasee din Roma, iar la final de sejur, după check out, ne-a comunicat că putem lăsa bagajele în locație și să revenim după ele înainte de a părăsi Roma. Recomand cu încredere locația, fiind foarte curată, liniștită și poziționată într-o zonă foarte bună, cu acces facil și spre aeroport, dar și către atracțiile turistice.

Alles wurde bis ins kleinste Detail erklärt Stadtkarte von Rom dazu bekommen mit Erklärung alles Sehenswürdigkeiten und wie weit was war frühstücken kann man auch super in dem Lokal direkt neben der Unterkunft was auch sehr gut besucht ist ! Die Lage auch 1A Metro Station direkt nebenan Bushaltestellen ! Der Vatikan direkt in der Nähe Cafés Restaurant Geschäfte ! Sehr sichere Gegend kann ich wirklich empfehlen ! Das Zimmer sehr sauber vile Platz das Badezimmer war separat aber auch nur zur Eigennutzung ebenfalls sehr geräumig mit Dusche Bidet Toilette großes Waschbecken ! Falls ich wieder nach Rom sollte würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder wählen ! Vielen Dank nochmal für alles !

Per dir algo a millorar hi ha un restaurant al costat que a vegades té música posada, però tampoc és escandalós i quan tanquen en horari normal ja no es sent res.

• Diaz (9/5): A primeira impressão é que fica, mas pode ser mudada. - O quarto é amplo e muito limpo! O banheiro apesar de ser externo é espaçoso, limpo e com um chuveiro maravilhoso! O Joshie que nos atendeu é muito prestativo e simpático. A localização é excelente!!! A entrada do prédio está precisando de uma pintura e o fundo do prédio também. Encontramos algumas vezes a porta de entrada da rua aberta.

La estación de metro ottaviano está a la vuelta de la esquina y super bien conectada.

• Amelie (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert! - Die Unterkunft liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Vatikan - ideal für einen Besuch. Der Besitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Badezimmer befand sich separat und war mit einem Schlüssel über den Flur erreichbar, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat. Alles war sehr sauber und wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

• Sonja (8/5): Das was wir gesucht haben, haben wir in dieser Unterkunft gefunden. Gerne wieder - Das Zimmer war ausreichend möbliert, ein Bett, 2 Nachkästchen, ein Schrank und ein Fernseher an der Decke. Klimaanlage lief tadellos, was von Vorteil war. Das Fenster war die ganze Zeit geschlossen, weil es draußen so warm war, aber ich glaube der Blick zur Straße ist jetzt auch nicht der Schönste, was aber wirklich egal war. Das Bett war gut gepolstert und das Zimmer war wirklich sauber. Gemütlich würde ich jetzt etwas anderes bezeichnen, aber es war ausreichend und hell eingerichtet, was will man bei einer Sightseeing Tour anderes erwarten?! Eine kleine Teeküche, die man nutzen kann ist ebenfalls vorhanden, auch ein Kühlschrank war in der Teeküche für das Zimmer reserviert. Das Bad war komplett ausgestattet mit Dusche, Bidé, WC und Waschtisch, auch ein Föhn ist vorhanden. Handtücher bekommt man ausreichend. Leider habe ich erst vor Ort erfahren, dass das Badezimmer zwar für uns alleine ist, aber wir über den allgemeinen Flur müssen. Es ist jetzt hier, bei 3 Zimmern, die vermietet werden nicht tragisch, weil nur noch ein anderes Zimmer ebenfalls ein Badezimmer über den Flur hat, aber ich war eben etwas überrascht. Wäre schön, wenn im angeboteten Netflix vielleicht auch ein Film mit wähbarer Sprache 'deutsch' vorhanden wäre?!

• Goran (10/5): Ovo je smještaj koje ćemo tražiti i sljedeći puta kada ćemo putovati u Rim. - Izuzetno ljubazan domaćin, izvrsna lokacija, prostor savšeno čist, vrhunski wifi signal. Nemam nikakvih primjedbi. Onako kako je u ponudi navedeno, tako nas je sve na licu mjesta i dočekalo.

Tenías a tu disposición una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario. No me gustó la entrada al portal, pero una vez dentro en la vivienda se te olvida completamente. Sin duda para recomendar. Si volviera a Roma volvería a hospedarme en el mismo lugar.

• Anna (10/5): Perfect Stay in a Lovely Location - The location is one of the best – just a short walk to the metro, which makes exploring the city so easy. The property itself is very clean and incredibly comfortable, with a cosy atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The staff are wonderful – always smiling, friendly, and ready to help with anything you need. After the recent jubilee reconstruction, the building feels fresh and modern, yet it’s perfectly integrated into the charming pedestrian area nearby. It’s such a cool and inviting place to stay – I would definitely come back! N/a

• Emily (8/5): Located right near the Vatican City and Metro so exploring Rome is super easy - The room is located just outside of the Vatican City and right around the corner from the Metro making it super easy to get around Rome to see the sights. The host and his mother were lovely and welcoming and the view of the church from the room was beautiful. The bathroom is in a separate room across the corridor which I wasn't aware of until we arrived (more than likely due to me not reading the facility information properly when booking). I would have preferred the bathroom be attached to the room but that is simply my personal preference, once we got used to having to cross the corridor to use the toilet/shower it really was fine.

The accommodations are simple, with the bathroom across the hallway from our room, but everything was clean and comfortable. The location can’t be beat for convenient access to the metro and Vatican! Joshua was extremely helpful and accommodating, especially as we had to change our travel plans fairly close to the arrival date.

• Aistė (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the location and the flat itself. It was exactly like described. Everything was clean, the man working there was very nice, showed us around the flat, explained everything, gave us a recommendation about a restaurant very close to us, which had great food. He also let us arrive a bit early and we could already place our bags in the room and also let us leave our luggage on the last day so we could explore a bit more before going to the airport without having to pay extra. The communication was very smooth. Also I like that each day we'd find our beds tidy, a new bottle of water if the one we had before was finished. The kitchen was also nice, we could easily make our breakfast and dinner there, because we went out to eat only for lunch. The towels got changed every other day, which I find sufficient. The room itself and bedroom were clean and nice. Also, the view from the window was great. Overall we loved our stay in Gardoce's Guest House and would love to return the next time we visit Rome. I didn't like the bedsheets. They were clean, but they weren't regular bedsheed. I told the worker there that regular sheets would improve the stay as the ones they have were a bit uncomfortable, because you basically have 3 layers on top of you while sleeping (one thin layer of fabric, another thicker blanket and antoher layer of thin fabric all separatelly). There was a little bit of noise coming from the street, because nearby is a very popular street for shopping. But that noise didn't last long so it was ok and also the guest house can do nothing about that. One more thing that could improve the room would be a main lamp on the ceiling that you could turn on/off by yourself, so that there would be slightly more light in the morning/evening. Though if you turn other lights it's close to enough. Overall, these are minor improvements, not something cardinal that would be very bad. There were no major bad things in the flat.
