• Linda (8/5): - Staff were super friendly, and accommodating. Property was as advertised so that was great! Could include coffee creamer with the coffee supplies. Something that stores well so we don’t have to buy milk for 2 days.

• Salvagnin (10/5): Weekendino carino - Camera molto carina e curata. B&B molto comodo e facile da raggiungere dalla stazione Termini. Cucinetta a disposizione, in camera inoltre c'è il bollitore per una coccola calda quando si ha voglia. I vicini di stanza molto rumorosi. Del resto non è colpa dell'albergatore, piuttosto degli ospiti che dovrebbero avere buon senso e buona educazione per una lieta convivenza.

• Joanne (10/5): Comfy, spacious room with lovely hosts. - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the room was spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the location with close proximity for bus and metro travel into the centre of Rome. The area was a quiet residential area with very little traffic noise given it is a city - good window insulation and air con for warmer evenings. We used lots of the cafes and restaurants nearby. Having a clean, shared kitchen was handy to make sandwiches or cook a meal and the balcony was ideal for a quiet drink/breakfast. We liked the upper floor location with lovely views of trees amongst the surrounding buildings.

All'interno della struttura é disponibile una piccola cucina in comune con le altre stanze che é molto comoda. Ottima la posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro Libia ed anche alle fermata dei bus. Quartiere tranquillo anche di notte e dotato di numerosi ristoranti e locali tra i quali scegliere. Il fatto che il bagno sia esterno alla stanza può risultare un po' scomodo, ma resta comunque privato quindi é una piccolezza.

Camera provvista di climatizzatore ed un grazioso balconcino con sedia e tavolino Il bagno BAITA molto molto piccolo e sprovvisto di bidet. Per quanto riguarda la doccia ho avuto un po’ di problemi con l’acqua calda che non arriva subito, quindi bisogna tenere l’acqua aperta per un bel pó.
• Bettina (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche war ausgestattet und es gab eine Möglichkeit zum Kochen. Separates Bad und WC für unser Zimmer. Die Bushaltestelle und die U-Bahn sind ganz in der Nähe der Unterkunft, man kommt bequem von A nach B. Die ganze Stadt ist wunderschön und voller Sehenswürdigkeiten! Das italienische Essen und die Getränke sind ausgezeichnet! Nichts!

• Yen (10/5): It was an excellent stay. - The place is as shown in picture. It was clean and well managed. They maintain their place. It’s not the Rome center but just north in a residential neighborhood. My brother had an emergency surgery and this place was walking distance for me to visit. We stay here for more recovery time for him and it was great to have an elevator. Due to my uncertainty of how long I will need to stay, they were so accommodating to move things around so we can stay in their B&B and not have to move to another place. We stay in total of 9 days and only have to move room 2 two time. Nothing

• Ella-Elina (7/5): Clean and nice room for you who don't mind traveling distances with public transport. - Very clean and nice, everything inside the room was brand new. Metro station was easy to access in 600 metres, buses close by but very crowded. The staff changed our location last minute due to an issue on the room we booked, this was ok though. Then the key we got to the room was wrong and after a long day we had trouble getting in the room until my husband accidentally found a spare key in the general area. The next night we came in the room pretty late and the people in the room next to us were screaming and banging the doors (apparently scared of us entering since no one had told them there was an other room entrance also from the general area). We stayed up pretty late listening to the other angry couple screaming to the customer service on the phone after this. Nothing wrong with the room but these could have been handled better.

Bagno privato moderno e pulito e grande cura dei dettagli, dal set di asciugamani ai servizi di colazione. Ottima struttura sotto ogni aspetto.

Cristian was an awesome host and communication was easy with him. Always taking care of our stay. • Emma (10/5): Perfect stay for a short weekend in Rome - A great welcome, lady who greeted us (sorry I can't remember her name!) Had a fab personality and helped me play a joke on my partner. Allowed us to use facilities earlier than check in so we could enjoy our day after an early morning flight. Room was lovely with balcony to enjoy a drink. Access to a kitchen and fridge which was very helpful. Couldn't fault anything. We were close to a bus stop with great transport in and out of the city with a nice cafe on the corner! Nothing to not like!
