Le lit n’était pas du tout confortable malgré les tentatives de rajouter dessus des couvertures. Le bruit de la rue car pas d’insonorisation et aussi le bruit des chambres voisines, on entendait leur chasse d’eau comme si elle était la notre.

• valerie (8/5): Bon rapport qualité prix, nous avons passé un agréable séjour. - Jolie chambre. Hôte très disponible et réactif. Entrée autonome dans le logement avec explications claires données avant l’arrivée. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure donc plutôt calme la nuit. Possibilité de laisser gratuitement nos bagages dans l’espace commun avant l’accès à la chambre donc c’était bien pour pouvoir aller se balader en attendant mais attention à ne pas laisser des objets de valeur car tous les autres clients y ont accès. Très bien placé proche de la gare, à 15min du Colisée et moins de 10min du métro. Les joints des carreaux de la salle de bain et de la baignoire mériteraient un bon coup de nettoyage notamment au niveau de la baignoire où il y avait de la moisissure. Mauvaise insonorisation du logement, nous entendions les bavardages des voisines de chambre particulièrement bruyantes tard le soir ce qui pouvait nous réveiller ou nous empêcher de dormir certaines nuits.

• Paula (10/5): Si volviese a Roma, me hospedaría en el mismo lugar - La habitación era muy cómoda y no le faltaba ni un detalle. Estaba todo muy limpio. El personal muy amable y atento. Te dejan muchos detalles de cortesía como agua, infusiones, cápsulas de café, caramelos, me ha sorprendido que incluso te dejan una lima de uñas. La ubicación es muy tranquila. Después del check out nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje en la consigna hasta la tarde que teníamos el vuelo. Les doy un 10, muy recomendable.

• Sarah (7/5): Chambre confortable malgré l’humidité ambiante et le manque d’insonorisation - La literie est confortable, propre et chambre spacieuse. Relativement proche de la gare Le rideau est occultant mais pas assez large. L’odeur d’humidité quand on rentre dans la chambre est énormément présente. Mauvaise insonorisation car on entend le bruit de la rue. Le fait qu’il y a pas de ménage et de changement de serviette est étrange car cet établissement a été trouvé via la section hôtel de Booking. Il ne devrait pas être répertorié comme un hôtel mais plutôt espace dans AirBnb.

• Άννα (9/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και άνετο. Οι παροχές ήταν εξαιρετικές μέχρι και καινούρια οδοντόβουρτσα είχε. Εγώ ήμουν στο δωμάτιο 4 που έχει τον τοίχο με τα πολύχρωμα γυαλοτουβλα. Η διαμονή κύλισε ευχάριστα και ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα εκεί για να μας βοηθήσει. Μου άρεσε πολύ που μας είχε ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι νερό και καφεδάκια με καραμελίτσες στο καλωσόρισμα. Επίσης, η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική, κοντά σε στάσεις λεωφορείων, ηλεκτρικού και μετρό. Το πρώτο βράδυ δυστυχώς συνειδητοποιήσαμε ότι το παράθυρο ήταν σπασμένο και δεν είχε καλή επαφή με το κούφωμα, με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει κρύο. Το επικοινωνήσαμε αμέσως και βρέθηκε μια προσωρινή λύση για να παραμένει το δωμάτιο ζεστό. Δεν ήταν ευχάριστη εξέλιξη της πρώτης μας μέρας, αλλά ο οικοδεσπότης μας εξυπηρέτησε άμεσα και δεν υπήρξε πρόβλημα τα επόμενα βράδια.

Peut être un peu trop de bruit en journée et début de soirée… Mais je ne sais pas si c’est dû au logement ou à l’immeuble. L’immeuble est bien isolé de la route, mais on a entendu des bruits de travaux ou de portes claquées régulièrement…

Também há uma parede em frente a cama com uma passagem estreita para a cama, se você for grande talvez tenha mais dificuldade de usar esse quarto.

It's a 10-minute walk from Termini and 15 minutes from the Colosseum, located in a quiet and clean area. We had a great time! One small detail to note regarding housekeeping: we usually left the room around 11:00 AM, and by that time, it seemed the cleaning staff had already finished their shift, so we didn't cross paths. However, there was a cabinet in the hallway stocked with fresh towels, which was very convenient as we were able to help ourselves. Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend it!

The self check-in was easy to do, and the room and bathroom were spotless and welcoming – everything was good, perfect. I recommend it and would definitely return next time. The location is close to Termini station, and it's about a 15/20mim walk from the Colosseum, so it's worthwhile for those who will be using public transport or starting their tour on foot.

O i bardzo fajny sufit! Pokój wymaga już lekkich napraw, wybrzuszone panele, czy farba w ścianie, czy inne pomniejsze, wypadające drzwi z lodówki, suszarka słabo działała. Szyba pęknieta. No i hałas z ulicy.

• Jolie (9/5): It was so lovely and I recommend this place to stay! - It was so close to the colosseum and the forum! Also, the restaurants around the corner were so lovely too! Such a comfortable room with everything we needed! The staff were so welcoming and were always there if we had any questions! Shower and sink drain wasn’t the best but it was definitely manageable!

Le self checking est idéal pour des arrivés tardives le soir et les instructions étaient d'une grande aide. Chambre agréable et propre et personnel très serviable et a l'écoute. Je recommande vivement pour une escapade a deux en amoureux !

Transportation was very close by, and the location was central, with a supermarket, restaurants, and other shops nearby. The room was quite spacious. Overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you! N/A

Very close to Termini station, tram also nearby. clean and tidy Bucna ulica, i nije bas najbolja izolacija od kupatila koje je tik uz spavacu sobu.U sobi se cuje svako pustanje vode iz obliznjih apartmana.

• Nerea (7/5): Bien - La ubicación, cerca de Termini y con buenas conexiones al centro. El check in fue bastante cómodo. La habitación era bastante más pequeña de lo que me esperaba. Son detalles pero el váter tenía demasiada presión, cada vez que tiraba de la cadena salpicaba todo, y la ventana de la habitación no cerraba muy bien.

• Dejan (10/5): Savrseno sve. - Sve je bilo savrseno i host je bio jako ljubazan i dostupan 24/7 za sve informacije. Dozvolio nam je da ostavio prtljag nakon check outa cijeli dan. Stan je uredan, prostran i blizu metroa i bus stanice.
• Silvia (5/5): Struttura bella, ma pulizia molto trascurata - L'affresco nel tetto della camera La pulizia era veramente terribile! Soprattutto l'igiene delle lenzuola e degli asciugamani, c'erano peli ovunque. Inoltre era tutto abbastanza impolverato.
