• Kazuko (10/5): とてもすばらしい - 冬季オリンピック観戦で、初めてミラノに一人旅をしました。英語が話せない私に、オーナーがとても親切にしてくれて、安心感がありました。事前に早めのチェックインをお願いして、荷物を預かってくれました。駅からも近くて、スーツケースを持って歩くこともでき、夜遅い帰りや朝早い出発でも、気をつけて歩けば、怖い思いをすることもなかったです。

• Marta (7/5): - Great location, close to train station. Room is spacious, very comfortable bed. Kitchen is well equipped although few more cups would be useful. Bathroom very nice. Laura was very nice. During booking I wasn’t aware that this is shared accommodation, I’ve found out day before arrival when I was checking details. By reading reviews it looks like more people weren’t aware of this so description is changed now. Laura was very nice but she was waiting in apartment for another couple for some time and it was a bit uncomfortable.

• Natacha (10/5): Good option for people who need to stay close to Central Station. - Great location for my purpose. Reasonably comfortable for the price. Super nice lady in charge of the place, very accommodating and polite as well as informative. Will probably use them again in the future.

• Carpenter (8/5): - great location, super convenient access to Centrale station, safe area, quiet street, very clean and modern, great bathroom amenities. Bed and room were super comfortable. Laura was great! even though the description of the room says "Private Bath" the bathroom for the red room is down the hall. Basically, it's a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with a kitchen that's been converted into a "B&B" - which is fine, but unexpected. Also, despite there being a full kitchen, no coffee or tea available.
• Hanus (10/5): - Pleasant accommodation near the train station in a quiet area. It was warm inside even in cold weather, and there was no problem with hot water in the shower. A large kitchen was a bonus. The friendly owner also allows guests to store their luggage. A good way to spend one or more nights in Milan. Excellent value for money.
• Joyce (8/5): - Laura was very welcoming and the room had everything we could need with an attached bathroom. :) The room is part of an apartment where you would share the kitchen area with other guests. Not an issue but it was not something we expected. Also when it is night time, the area outside can feel a little quiet so we just had to be abit more careful.

• Gino (10/5): Recomiendable 100% - Ubicación muy buena si llegás a la estación central, está a unas tres cuadras. Luego de ahí nos movimos en subte (es muy simple y barato). La anfitriona muy amable, permitió que dejemos nuestras maletas fuera de horario y luego ir a buscarlas. Es un departamento el cual tiene dos habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño y una cocina, living, comedor compartida que la verdad que no la usamos y tampoco vimos que los huéspedes de la habitación de al lado la hayan usado. El wifi funcionaba bien. El baño era un 10 (esto es muy importante para mí), estaba excelentemente limpio y la presión y temperatura del agua de la ducha para bañarse eran perfectas. Había que subir por escaleras con todo el equipaje (solamente un piso), y el baño no estaba dentro de nuestra habitación, teníamos que salir y quizás nos podíamos cruzar a otro huésped. Son dos detalles menores, la estadía fue excelente, nos atendieron muy amablemente y si llegas a la estación central y luego te vas desde la estación central es un excelente hospedaje.

The only bad thing was the guests staying in the other room returned at about 2am and were super noisy. It's outside the host's control but worth noting that there are two rooms in the unit with a shared hallway and kitchen.

Location was close to the station which was an important feature as I had ongoing travel the next morning. Price was much better than other options. Clean and convenient for a one night stopover

• Isabella (10/5): Our stay at this apartment was incredibly comfortable. - The location is perfect, just a short 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was spotless, tidy, and had everything we needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus, stocked with food, drinks and essential utilities. We had planned to stay in Milan for just one day, but a train strike caused us to arrive at 1am, so we didn’t get a chance to explore the city. We’ll definitely look out for this apartment when we return to Milan. A special thank you to the host, Laura, who was absolutely lovely! She went above and beyond to accommodate our changing travel plans, making our stay as smooth as possible. Highly recommended!

The room was comfortable and spacious with a separate private bathroom - there was a good size kitchen and lounge area. The location was very good too - close to Milano Centrale and metro. Make sure you check out San Giorgio Ristorante a few doors along from the apartment - it is very popular, has great food and is well priced.

The room with ensuite bathroom was clean and comfortable and suited us well for an overnight stay. The shared kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Excellent communication from the host. Would stay here again
• Glenys (7/5): This apartment is fine for a short stay in Milan - Communication with Laura was excellent and she responded quickly to any questions I had. She sent me videos of how to get into the apartment when she was not able to meet me. My European power adapter did not fit into most of the sockets in the apartment. There was only one different type of socket in the kitchen where it fitted. There was no electric kettle provided, which is a basic item in a self contained apartment. However there was a microwave which I used to heat water for a cup of tea.
• Renate (9/5): Location was exactly what we were looking for - both the station and the Met - Laura our host was excellent. She greeted us when we arrived and explained, how to get to the Duomo via Met. The room is located close to the train station which is what we were looking for. Met is in easy walking distance Room was relatively small and bed was hugging the wall. Not an issue for us, but it might be for someone else less agile.
