• Jerry (10/5): The best B&B eperience that we have ever had. - Everything was excellent - by far is the nicest B&B that we have ever stayed in. Host treated us like one of the family. Breakfast was not only great it was beautiful. Room was huge - bathroom was great - shower was fantastic. Bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Vor allem sind aber die Gastgeber zu erwähnen als offene, herzliche und auskunftsfreudige Menschen, die einem viel zur Geschichte der Stadt erzählen und auch sonst nützliche Tipps geben können. The house felt incredibly cozy, like coming home after a long journey. Sonya's warm welcome, complete with a detailed map and thoughtful explanation of the city's history, must-visit attractions, and transportation tips, set the tone for our stay. She even provided complimentary transit cards, making exploring the city effortless and enjoyable. The breakfasts were a true highlight of our stay. Sonya prepared something new every morning, with such creativity and attention to detail. Each dish was served with unique plates and cutlery, and it was hands down the best breakfast experience we’ve ever had. Overall, this was an exceptional stay. The cleanliness, the attention to detail, and the personalized hospitality made it truly memorable. If you’re considering a visit, take all of Sonya’s recommendations—they’re priceless. • Debra (10/5): A great place to stay and learn about everything to see and do in Bern! - This was a wonderful B & B and the hosts, Sonya and Stefan, were so welcoming and helpful during our stay. They offered so much information about the sites in Bern, as well as other beautiful towns we could visit during our trip. Our room was lovely and very comfortable, and Sonya put together a beautiful and delicious breakfast every morning. We truly enjoyed our stay at Wild Rose Bed and Breakfast as well as meeting our wonderful hosts!
• Bailee (9/5): Wildrose is a beautiful home with warm, hospitable owners! - Sonya was a wonderful host and oriented us to Bern well. Breakfast was a feast of delicious options. She took care of all our needs, even helping me find a restaurant serving a specific dish I wanted to try. We brought a car because we were wanting to drive to Lauterbrunnen, but if you’re planning on just exploring Bern, you don’t need one as the public transportation was great and Sonya helped us learn how to use it. But if you do plan to bring a car, the parking was challenging for us to get in and out.

• Meichu (10/5): Exceptional - 這是我寫的英文，沒有全翻譯，意思差不多： In this contactless era after the pandemic, I felt nostalgia to meet a such warm welcoming owner of the house in person. This B&B is a modernized historical house, and the owner has meticulously renovated and decorated all the rooms. The breakfast is an unforgettable experience. There were rich and diverse dishes accompanied with beautiful sets of tablewares. While the owner demonstrated the preparation of the food, she introduced all the ingredients to us. We felt like having a fine dining at a Michelin restaurant. The bed was super comfortable, the quilt smelled like sunshine. It was the most comfortable sleep I've had in ten days of traveling to Switzerland. The owner also prepared very comprehensive information about the area and all the attractions. However, we felt so relaxed and comfortable that we were all reluctant to go out. We stayed here for two nights, and we definitely would recommend our friends to stay here. We hope we will visit here again in the future.

Check in included maps and all information which made it easy to get around the sights. Public transport included via an app. Breakfast was magnificent, varied and presented beautifully. A better than generous space in a lovely home. One of the nicest places we have stayed and highly recommended. Personally, we could not fault the facility.

• Simona (10/5): Wonderful experience - We had a wonderful experience at Wildrose. The house is beautiful, very clean with a lot of interesting antiques. Breakfast is healthy and delicious, prepared with great attention by the host. We received free bus tickets to explore Bern. Bus station is very close at 5 min walking and the city center is reachable in 10 min by bus. A very good location for exploring the city. We also received very good recommendation on what to visit, having only two days in Bern. I would love to come back. Many thanks for the wonderful stay that we had at Wildrose. All was perfect.

An impeccable house furnished with antique pieces, breakfast prepared in a royal manner every morning, a consultant to you when planning your travels. We felt like a complete family in 2 days. I also had the opportunity to meet her husband and cats. We look forward to coming back soon and chatting with espresso on the back terrace.

Sonya is the most amazing host that not only provides a comfortable stay and delicious food, but also makes sure that you spend a great time in the city with all the helpful advices on places and restaurants. The breakfast is a feast, and you get almost everything homemade. The rooms are so spacious and beautifully decorated. Stella and phoebe are the most adorable cats. very easy to get to the old town by bus. the stay is too short!

The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The Wild Rose hostess, Sonya, is a truly kind person who gives recommendations about Bern and Switzerland that you won’t find in any travel guide. The breakfast served by Sonya was one of the best and extensive breakfasts we got. All products are biological and served from the local farmer. You can feel everything is done with sincere effort to give you the best Bed & Breakfast experience you have ever had. It sounds to good to be true. The good thing is that this is all true! We will definitely go to Wild Rose again when visiting Bern.

Sonja is an amazing hostess and made my mom and I feel so comfortable and at home. Her breakfasts were so good with lots of options! It is very informative and made our Bern Tour even more fruitful as we can appreciate the architectures and relate to the different aspects of Bern better. She also recommended many must-visit spots which we eventually included in our itinerary and suggested the route to take to visit these spots to fully enjoy Bern. The breakfast spread was sumptuous. Nothing.

• Hao (10/5): Superb BnB experience in Bern - The two-night stay at wild rose really exceeded our expectation, not only attributed to the bright and spacious room, eat-like-a-king breakfast etc but also to the hospitality of our hosts, Sonya gave us a very detailed guidance on walking around Bern and getting to know the history, it’s my 2nd time in Bern and the stay at wild rose is definitely one experience to highlight!
