- Simone ESB (7/5): Prima voor die prijs - Ruth is erg vriendelijk. Er is een magnetron waar ik gebruik van heb gemaakt. Prima bed en douche. -Gehorig, ik hoorde alles op de gang. De deuren van de kamers klemmen, ik hoorde ook iedere keer de deuren van de buren opengaan/dichtgaan. -Het lichtknopje op de kamer zat een beetje verborgen (achter een ladenkast/spiegel). -Ik heb geen stopcontact naast het bed kunnen ontdekken. -Ik heb geen mogelijkheid gezien om de temperatuur op de kamer aan te passen en het was best fris. -gedeeld toilet, maar dat wist ik van tevoren. Al met al wel wat puntjes, maar voor die prijs had ik eerlijk gezegd niet heel veel verwacht dus ik was er overall wel tevreden mee.

- Rebecca (3/5): Not as advertised, would not recommend - Inexpensive, check in was easy Room was not as advertised - although the listing said it had a private bathroom, the bathroom was shared. There was also no sink in the shared bathroom and no soap or hand sanitizer provided anywhere (in the shared bathroom or in the room)—very unhygienic. Shared kitchen area was quite dirty. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out. Overall, I would not recommend, even for the low price.

- J.W. (6/5): - Waterkoker en nespresso apparaat zijn aan vervanging toe. Koffieapparaat in ontbijtkamer is ronduit smerig. De ontbijttafel was niet schoon.

- Olivier (5/5): plutôt décevant - le petit déjeuner très bien environnement calme Impossible de se stationner, la rue est payante mais aucune place quelque soit l'heure. On nous a proposé une place de parking au garage de l'établissement à 30€ la nuit ( un peu exagéré quand même) Obligé de se garer à plus d'un kilomètre de l'établissement et revenir à pied avec les valises. Tout les mails reçus étaient en flamand et nous n'avons pas pu les traduire.

- Regina Serwaa (1/5): I felt discriminated. - Poor facilities. Also, a friend or family member has to pay €20 to see you there. Why that. Extortion on the highest level. The owner or caretaker is not customer-friendly. Blacks are not welcome based on my experience there. Is my opinion.

This is unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by the owner. I paid for breakfast, which I never received. A fixed time of 9:00 AM was imposed, despite the fact that I had to leave much earlier for work. No alternative was offered, and no refund was provided. Overall, this reflects a lack of professionalism and consideration for guests.

- Giacomo (8/5): Exceptional room, but lacks some amenities - very spacious room, two very large beds and one extra single bed. The kitchen was modern and there are two large couches. missing some basic amenities: no hand soap, no dish soap, no microwave despite it being advertised. Very small shower if you're taller than 180cm, and the former owner (at least that's what he said) came to the room to demand silence at dinner time on a weekend.

El desayuno del segundo día, en parte fue lo que me sobró el primer día.. y sin tanta variedad, ni un pan... La zona común, comedor / salón no se permite usar del horario de desayuno, sería una zona de estar muy buena.

- Monika (3/5): nie mehr wieder - Das Einzelzimmer wurde überhaupt nicht richtig warm. Das "eigene Badezimmer" (Dusche und Waschbecken) ist ohne Abtrennung im Zimmer und mit Schummerlicht. Es gibt nur eine Toilette für 3 oder 4 Zimmer. Die winzige Ecke mit Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine ("Küchenzeile") war schmutzig. Der Kühlschrank völlig vereist und mit Lebensmitteln, die lange abgelaufen waren - anscheinend wurde er nicht gesäubert. Kaffeekapseln gab es auch nicht. Die Vermieterin lässt sich nicht blicken, Die Parksituation ist schwierig,

- Thais (7/5): Recomendo - Gostei da localização e do atendimento do anfitrião. Tivemos alguns probleminhas quando chegamos, mas rapidamente foi resolvido, e a gentileza valeu toda a espera. Ao chegar achamos dificil achar o quarto certo, pois o mesmo estava sujo, mas a culpa não foi do anfitrião, foi um erro gerado por outros hospedes. Foi rapidamente solucionado pelo anfitrião. Achei somente que o elevador poderia estar funcionando para melhorar a experiência.

La stanza presentava solo lavandino e una doccia il tutto senza porta divisoria fra la camera e l’angolo in cui erano. Le pareti con muffa e poche indicazioni hanno reso il tutto, insieme ad un water in comune, una cosa poco piacevole. Il servizio era assente, l’illuminazione fioca, tant’è che sono anche caduta dalle scale. La colazione non l’abbiamo neanche vista. Il riscaldamento non pervenuto.

- Philippe (10/5): Super aangename ontdekking in Gent - De grote en ruime kamer. Deluxe kamer met tuinzicht. Grote comfortabele douche. Aangenaam bed en als bonus een onverwachte aanwezigheid van tv met chromecast. De communicatie met Ruth ( eigenares) verliep uitmuntend. Het voorbeeld van hoe een prijs <> kwaliteit B&B moet zijn.. bedankt! Niets!

- Willy (7/5): Fijne functionele b&b . - Mooie nette kamer , beetje vreemd dat we op tweede verdiep dan zelf mochten kiezen? ik had het misschien niet opgemerkt toen ik boekte ,maar geen toilet op de kamer , chauffage werkte niet dus het was behoorlijk fris op de kamer . Koffieautomaat werkte niet bij ontbijt , we zijn dan koffie gaan maken op het bij bijkeukentje aan de kamer . Ook was er geen boter bij het ontbijt .

And the owner even wanted me to leave without refunds when I questioned her. I waited for half an hour outside of inns because she gave me wrong password for black box of the key. She didn’t feel sorry about that and so difficult to contact her with phone. Hairdryer and heater were defective.

Una vez nos dimos cuenta de esto, intentamos contactar a esta persona de todas las formas posibles y no había manera de conseguirlo, no estaba operativa. Finalmente nos fuimos sin siquiera poder pisar este alojamiento.
