• Margriet (10/5): - De gastheer was heel gastvrij en behulpzaam, sprak prima Engels. De b&b ligt in een rustig straatje vlakbij het Piazza del Popolo. Prima buurt. We hebben 3 keer voortreffelijk gegeten in het restaurant onder de b&b, kregen zelfs korting vanwege de b&b. Prima uitgebreid ontbijt met fruit. De ontbijtruimte was een gezellige vintage huiskamer. Als we nog eens naar Rome gaan, kiezen we zeker weer voor dit b&b. Niets
• Michaela (7/5): Mitten in der Stadt, sehr zentral, für einen kurzen Städtetrip - Die Lage war sehr gut, wenn man gerne zu Fuß unterwegs ist, konnte man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Simone , der Vermieter, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Er gibt sich viel Mühe mit dem italienischen Frühstück. Der nachträglich eingebaute Aufzug ist ein Hingucker. Das was wirklich schlecht war , ist das Badezimmer. Auch wenn das Haus sehr alt ist , könnte das Badezimmer in einem besseren Zustand sein. Sehr eng, sehr klein und die Duschkabine ( auch sehr eng) könnte wirklich mal renoviert werden.
• Manfred (7/5): Rom war sehr schön 👍aber das nächste mal nehme ich wieder ein Hotel in der Gegend 👍 - Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen, Vatikan, Colosseum, Spanische Treppe und viele Plätze Das Frühstück war eine Katastrophe 🫢nur Marmelade, Nutella, abgepackte Brötchen, kein Joghurt, Käse, Wurst, Ei. Am besten Unterkunft ohne Frühstück buchen und frühstücken gehen. Das Bad war sehr abgenutzt und klein. Ich würde es nicht mehr buchen.Simone war sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber das hat es auch nicht viel besser gemacht.

Simone was so accommodating, and so kind. The location gave us access to a huge number of Rome spots while always feeling safe. We will be coming back! The wifi was weak in the bedroom, but other than that, everything was wonderful

Nice view from the room. ATMs close to the hotel. The bathroom was really tight. Breakfast was disappointing.

• Susan (10/5): Nice B&B in the great location - We chose this B&B for the location near Piazza del Popolo and the size of room, for the location, metro station near by and taxi could stop right at corner of B&B building. Owner Simone provided us with coffee, orange juice, fresh pastries and other breakfast items every morning. We had a very nice two bedroom unit, shower is a little tight space, but we knew this before booking. Simone is very organized and gave us great advice how to take the metro, we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to visit Rome.

La posizione è strategica, vicinissima a Piazza del Popolo e a Piazza di Spagna, e ben servita da ottimi locali, ristoranti e negozi. È la soluzione ideale per chi desidera visitare la meravigliosa capitale godendosi tutto con comodità. • G. (10/5): Ich komme gerne wieder! - Der Vermieter Simone ist super freundlich. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und von der Ausstattung okay. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist genial. Man kann alles (Kolosseum, Vatikan, Trevi-Brunnen etc.) sehr komfortabel zu Fuß erreichen. Die Gegend ist sicher und es sind viele gute Restaurants im nahen Umkreis. Das Bad braucht früher oder später eine Sanierung. Ist aber noch okay.

Per noi è stato veramente fantastico e sicuramente torneremo oltre che raccomandare la struttura ai conoscenti e amici .In ultimo ma non meno importante è la presenza mitica di Simone il gestore della struttura, veramente una grande persona che ci ha regalato una piacevole vacanza romana a cui va un grazie speciale 🤗

La ubicación es ideal, con todo cerca y una parada de metro justo al lado, lo que hace que moverse sea facilísimo. El anfitrión es una bellísima persona, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, incluso ofreciendo facilidades como dejar las maletas el último día, algo que se agradece muchísimo. El desayuno es buenísimo y muy completo, perfecto para empezar el día con energía. En resumen, una experiencia excelente. Me ha encantado y sin duda lo recomendaría. No tengo nada malo que decir, todo fantástico.

• Heidi (10/5): True B&B, spacious, clean and friendly - This was the largest room in all our stay in Italy, very spacious accommodations. If you stay at B&B Piazza del Popolo, you will stay at one of the two rooms in Simone's home. An old-world tastefully furnishing home with great art works. Extremely clean. Bedrooms have large windows facing the streets and at night the view is peaceful and quiet even though you are in a very touristy area. A true B&B place! Simone made for us coffee and brought some delicious chocolate muffins for breakfast. A tip for using the air conditioning for the next guest. When turning the air conditioning on, make sure you close the bedroom door so that you can cool the room and not the hallway. Remember this is not central air conditioning like in the US, it is a room unit that is perfectly sized for the room they are located. This is not a complain, just a reminder.

Zeer vriendelijke gastheer die via Whatsapp contact hield voor info. Bij uitchecken mocht ik bagage achterlaten en kreeg nog een sleutel mee om af te halen. Is een kleine gezellige straat met restaurants.

• Garazi (9/5): Repetiriamos! - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, Simone es muy amable y la habitacion es muy cómoda. El baño es un poco pequeño y tenía humedad. El desayuno está bien pero solo tiene opciones dulces.

Desayuno light adecuado, ideal para iniciar el día. Lugar limpio. Muy buena atención de Simone y su madre Adele, que por lo que entendí viven en el piso. Al llegar es dificil de ubicar. Necesita más indicación. Baño pequeño y habitación muy justa, con el plus de ventana a la calle. Es una habitación con baño privado dentro de departamento más amplio. Hay otra habitación o dos que también se dedican a turistas. O sea que al departamento accede gente que no se conoce. A nivel seguridad es un punto....

• Markus (8/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft mit idealer Lage zum Erkunden der Stadt. - Die Lage war ideal für das Erkunden der Stadt. Die Zimmer waren ausreichend groß. Es war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Simone, dem Vermieter war hervorragend. Er hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für alle unsere Fragen. Das Bad ist leider sehr klein. Aber man kommt zurecht.

The location is very difficult to find , so i would recommend to book local cab driver who can help. The entrance and building is too narrow to find. The breakfast option is really bad. Owner will provide some limited bread , cornflakes, some cookies and chilled milk in refrigerator , coffee making machine thats it. The bath area in bathroom is really very small.
