• Sandra (10/5): Hervorragend! - Sehr freundlich, süße Details, super Frühstück! Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Auch die Lage ist super, sehr nah an der Metro.

Lage top, unmittelbar in Metro-Nähe. Kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig. Die Nachbarn waren abends sehr laut, was uns leider etwas um den Schlaf gebracht hat, zudem sind die Geräusche von der Straße sehr laut. Konnten daher leider nur mit geschlossenen Fenster schlafen. Ansonsten gab es aber nichts zu bemängeln.

• Paweł Du (9/5): Polecam. Bardzo dobry obiekt. - Sam obiekt, czystość, wygoda, parking, lokalizacja, infrastruktura w okolicy. Dobre wyposażenie, obsługa jak w hotelu, nowoczesne rozwiązania (kwestie meldunku, wejścia i korzystania z obiektu). Może nie tyle, że nie podobało, ale rozumiejąc fakt obsługi różnego rodzaju klientów - kamerki i liczne komunikaty pisemne, wprowadziły swoisty dyskomfort. Ja staram się przestrzegać wszelkich zasad ale wiem, że innym trzeba to przypominać i kontrolować.

• Mária (10/5): - I’m very happy with the accommodations. Everything was clean, tidy, and smelled wonderful. Breakfast was great—there was a choice of savory or sweet options (yogurt, cereal, ham, cheese…). I can’t even begin to describe the hosts—they were so friendly and helpful that I’ve never experienced such a warm welcome before, even though I’ve been to other places in Europe. A huge thank you goes to Daniele and his wife. He advised us on what to visit, gave us some tips on what to do and see, and where to go for a meal. The metro stop is close by, about 5 minutes away, so that was great, and you can also take that line directly to the Colosseum. The location is quieter, so if you’re looking for a bit of peace and quiet away from the busy city, you’ll definitely find it here. I have no complaints.

La camera è molto spaziosa con wifi, grande tv con possibilità di collegarsi ai propri account di streaming. La pulizia è notevole anche nella cucina (spazio comune per la colazione). Per la colazione si ha a disposizione sia dolce che salato e c'è un'ottima macchina per fare il cappuccino. Il titolare è stato molto disponibile e gentile. A pochi passi dalla metro C, in un quarto d'ora circa si arriva al Colosseo. La zona è prevalentemente di residenti per cui è comodo parcheggiare la macchina.

• Anja (9/5): - Kamer was echt super schoon. Elke dag opnieuw schoongemaakt, schone handdoeken indien nodig, fijne bedden, nette badkamer, niets mis mee. Voorverpakt ontbijt, dus niets warms, alles zelfbediening. Parkeren is langs de straat, oogt veilig maar bij weggaan bleek er een raam ingeslagen te zijn en was de auto opengemaakt. Er is een afgesloten prive parkeerplaats aanwezig maar niet beschikbaar. Ligt vlak bij de metro, helaas was deze gesloten wegens onderhoud
• Ζουμπουλία (9/5): - The property was clean and renovated. It was close to a bus stop and a metro station. Ideal for those who wish to be close to Tor Vergata University. The breakfast was good. It offered cereals, milk, yoghurt,dairy products, coffee, jam, packaged croissant, bread and cake. I did not see a toaster, though. There was a little balcony with a view to the back garden which was nice. It is far from the centre. Besides a Carrefour super market across the street, I did not see any cafes or other shops nearby. I wouldn't feel safe walking there alone at night. There is no elevator.

• Marcin (10/5): Najlepsza opcja noclegu w Rzymie - Prześliczny, czyściutki, przestronny pokój z wygodnym łóżkiem i klimatyzacją. Lokalizacja apartamentu bardzo dobra. Nie jest to centrum miasta, ale dzięki temu jest tu cicho, darmowy parking, a co za tym idzie, możliwość wypoczynku po ciężkim dniu zwiedzania. Metro jest tuż obok. Do tego autobusy po drugiej stronie ulicy. Właściciele zadbali o to, aby było tu wyjątkowo. Jest również Carrefour oraz centrum handlowe 10 minut piechotką. Przepyszne śniadania oraz express do kawy. Na pewno tu wrócimy i zabierzemy rodzinę.

He allowed us to check-in early and showed us around our room and the b&b himself even though he was on his way out to do something. He even sent us heaps of information about Rome and what to do here that tourists may not really know about. Having the option to heat meals and making your own breakfast was good. The coffee is also really great! There is a metro station just round the corner from the accommodation which you can catch straight into the centre. There is also a supermarket across the road and other amenities close by.

Check-in process was explained very well as well as how to use coffee maker inside. Room was spactious, clean and air conditioned.

It’s very clean, comfortable bed and shower. Also a good breakfast. The breakfast room was very warm in the morning and a bit uncomfortable, but overall everything perfect.

• Gabriel (10/5): A great and honest B&B. The high evaluation is not a coincidence. - The whole B&B experience is like be part for a while of an Italian family. The owner is a fullhearted person, giving his soul into the best experience with the property. He bought to us a croissant from his favorite bakery and man, that was gorgeous one. Each day we have received great tips for restaurants, gelaterias, places to see. The rooms were clean with a balcony, own bathroom, balcony, smart TV. The metro station is close and one can easily reach the city centrum. The B&B is in a quiet neighborhood, so one can find rest from the noisy city after returning from the city trip. Everything was great.

Daniele is not only ensured that the meal was delicious and satisfying but also injected a dose of humor and personality into the experience. In addition to Daniele's stellar performance, the overall quality of the hotel was impressive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing a cozy haven after a day of exploring the city. Overall, my stay at the B&B Hotel in Rome exceeded my expectations, largely thanks to Daniele's exceptional hospitality. • Rich (9/5): Pros: Clean, modern B&B with en-suite, very friendly and funny owner, excellent breakfast, comfortable bed good bla - The owner and proprietor, Daniele, was delightful, funny, kind and accommodating for anything we might need. He provided recommendations for restaurants on both nights of our stay, one in the Piramide area and one nearby the B&B. The one in Rome (called Ristorante La Villetta dal 1940) was wonderful). The B&B itself was clean, modern and comfortable and Daniele prepared a sumptuous breakfast each day. We tried his Italian breakfast one day and were presented with a very large fresh from the bakery dark chocolate filled brioche crescente that was out of this world. The second day we had what the called a Continental breakfast with fresh rolls, butter, marmalade, yoghur, hard boiled egg, proscuitto, tomato, fresh mozzarella, and a smoked cheese. Wow! The place’s only problem it is it out in the suburbs and although it is near a subway station, you do have to be careful because sometimes the stations in between are closed in the evening and we were forced to take fairly expensive taxis back to the B&B. We encountered two closed metro stations. Had we known in advance about the closures we might have chosen a different restaurant or simply taken the taxi directly back from the restaurant rather than going on a long detoured metro and bus ride only to find that the final change onto the green line back to Allesandrino station was closed at San Giovanni as well. There was no lift at the B&B but Daniele insisted on carrying our two very heavy bags up three flights of stairs and then back down at the end of our stay.
• Zuzana (10/5): IT WAS AWESOME! - Absolutely everything! We enjoyed our stay so much. Maybe too much. Sometimes, it was quite hard to get out of the room. :D The breakfasts were awesome too! I recommend everyone to take the italian breakfast because the croissants were just awesome! Not that the location was bad, it was okay. The thing is that you have to go to San Giovanni metro to get to the place, and that's quite a walk there. There were some issues with trams in Rome during our stay so I bet when the trams are okay, it's way easier to get to the metro.
• Amir (9/5): Recommend this place if staying longer in Rome and don’t have to fit lots of visits in a day or two. - The whole place is very clean and the hosts are lovely. It's a quiet and cosy place and you can feel a family vibe. The biggest plus is that the apartment is across the metro station and there is a large carrefour just across the road. We knew the apartment is a bit far from the centre and still chose it. However, in the unfortunate heat of July 2023 when we stayed at this place, this turned out not to be the best decision. From this place, you need to change metro line C (8 stops to San Giovani) to A (a few more stops) to get to most attractions. The air conditioning took some time to cool down the room (it wasn’t broken but it wasn’t working perfectly either). The room (the twin one at least) is of small to average size.

The owner is extremely nice, he shared a lot of information on transports and sightseeing, and it was just very nice to practice my Italian :) Breakfast is nice, the room is great. The design of the appartment, the washing room are all new and good! Special note to airconditioner which is absolutely noizless and silent. People who has a problem of insomnia like me will understand and appreciate as well as backout curtains! The place is very close to metro station where you can easily get to any attractions of Rome, and it is not that far from Rome Termini. For sure in case we are in Rome next time, we will stay at B&B Le Ninfee!

Sadly due to our travel schedule we couldn't enjoy their fresh breakfast but they ensured we had the basics to start our day. Beautiful room and place, excellent location, clean and very spacious. Enjoyed our stay here. Since it was so close to the metro station our travel for three days was very smooth.

Our host Daniele was extremely lovely and always gave a variety of yummy options for breakfast and had a lot of good tips to offer about the city. The metro is really close only about a minute walk. It takes about 35 minutes to get to the city centre but we prefer it that way as our stay was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying at Daniele's B&B if you are in Rome!

There is a midsize supermarket only 30 meter from the apartment, and the metro station is also only 60 meters. With my wife we really enjoyed to stay in this apartment and I can only recommend it for other couples as well.

Quiet neighbourhood, 2 minutes away from metro line which gets you fast to main attractions. Across the street is Carrefour market. For the breakfast you have 2 options, continental and italian. I would recommend to try both as for the italian you will have the most amazing croissant filled with chocolate or pisatchio flavor. Daniele is a perfect guest and prepares the breakfast in a wonderful friendly and joyful manner. Grazie mille Daniele!

• Julia (9/5): Superb - Good location (near the subway and there's a big grocery store nearby), parking is available for free, room is tidy and comfy, breakfast is served by a very nice host. Good choice for a single/couple stay.
• Fanni (10/5): Exceptional - The room was nice and cosy, the bathroom clean and comfortable. The hosts are super kind, the breakfast was perfect. 35 minutes from the city centre, Colosseum etc.
• Pepijn (9/5): Superb - 5 minutes to the subway followed by a 10 minute ride and you in the city. Nice clean room, friendly personal.

The breakfast was not consistent, we were asked to submit a form with our interests but the form wasn't clear enough. The first day we were offered a range of items we put in our selection, but on the second day we were offered just a croissant and a coffee.
