• Nezar (10/5): Clean and quiet rooms with great staff - Extremely convenient location and a very clean room. The staff were amazing and let us both check in early and leave luggage after. Nothing !

• Maggie (9/5): Rom - die Stadt mit vielen Gesichtern - Die Lage des B&B befand sich in Trastevere in einer ruhigen Wohnlage. Zu Fuss und per Tram konnten wir sehr viel Sehenswertes erkunden. Paulo hat uns bei der Ankunft viele Tipps gegeben. Nebst Stadtkarte mit Routen erklärte er uns Wissenswertes zur italienischen Küche und gab auch einige Restaurants in Trastevere an.
• Yolanda (9/5): ESTANCIA TRANQUILA EN PLENO TRASTEVERE - La ubicación genial, a 30 segundos andando de Viale di Trastevere con buses, tranvías, etc y muy cerca andando de la zona más bonita para pasear, cenar... Mónica fue muy amable y nos explicó con planos los sitios para cenar en Trastevere donde van los locales. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta que pudimos acceder a nuestra habitación el día de la llegada y también el día que dejamos la habitación, ya que nuestro avión salía por la noche. La zona de desayuno es preciosa, con unas vistas muy relajantes de bosques y vegetación. En resumen, recomiendo éste alojamiento 100% Nada, todo perfecto

Weekend street noise, son banging on the door to open up, waking us from a deep sleep, which could have waited in the morning for instructions of how to correctly lock up.

We konden bij aankomst direct (eerder) van de kamer gebruik maken en kregen een uitgebreide uitleg over de omgeving en restaurants. De kamer was heel schoon en er is aan alles gedacht. Monica is een fantastische gastvrouw. Dat geldt ook voor de dame die hielp in de B&B. -

The hotel room was so clean, beautiful, and very comfortable for my wife, our 4-year-old daughter, and me. The location is perfect—within walking distance to the river and all the vibrant dining spots of Trastevere, yet conveniently close to the tram, bus stops, and the Trastevere train station. The breakfast was excellent and gave us a great start to our days. A special thanks to Monica and the entire staff; they were incredibly helpful, warm, and welcoming. We left a piece of our hearts there, but we will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
• maribeth (8/5): Monica is great, room is comfortable, location puts you in a local neighborhood - The breakfast was some freshfruit, yogurt, packaged pastry and snacks. Monica, the host is lovely as is the breakfast room . With the amazing caffes nearby i would opt to have a cheaper rate without the breakfast The location is in a very nice neighborhood , on the fifth floor of an apartment building and is a ten minute walk to restaurants and the main areas of Travestere. The room is pricy for the location and average breakfast. There is no shared common space other than the breakfast room which is only available for breakfast hour use. The room is a decent size but you are restricted to only that space, like a hotel room but with no space to mingle with whoever you might be with.

The B&B is a short walk from the Tiber and two trams (virtually at the door) take you in, if you prefer not to walk. There is a laundry, grocery and pharmacy on the corner and fabulous restaurants in medieval Trastevere (10 minute walk). The B&B is exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is cheerful and helpful. Monica, who runs the Belvedere is a fabulous host: knowledge and generous with her time. We loved it here and will return again ... and again!

• Virginia (10/5): The breakfast didn't meet our expectations, but otherwise we loved our stay at Trastevere Belvedere! - Friendly and responsive hosts, large comfortable room, clean facilities, beautiful building in a great area. Breakfast doesn't start until 8am, which is limiting for any tourists needing to get into the city center early. Most of the breakfast items were packaged, not fresh. Almost no low-sugar options.

• Richard (10/5): Fabulous getaway for two couples with wonderful breakfast and warm and welcoming host, Monica. I hope to be back soon! - Stayed 6 nights here with my wife and another couple. We enjoyed long dining for breakfast on the patio as a great start to the day with our friends. The beds are excellent and rooms are nicely renovated with a chic vibe and blackout shutters for windows. I slept great! The location is great. If you don’t want to walk into center city then the tram is a 1 minute walk. Also, dining in trastavere is convenient and Monica has excellent suggestions. Testaccio market is 15 minute walk and Caracalla baths another 20 minutes from there. I liked the local feel of being in a neighborhood, but there are more central options in center of town, but more touristy feel.

• Dingmann (10/5): A quiet sanctuary in a bustling city! - We originally had communication with Monica asking if we could leave our bags as our flight was early and we were arriving in mid-morning. We were immediately welcomed and given an overview of the city, along with a map, and restaurant recommendations by Pierpaolo. That set the tone of our day and we were off to cover as much of the map as we could, along the course he highlighted! So appreciate the extra time and explanations of everything that he provided! That was a highlight of our stay! The breakfast area was lovely. My husband ended up not feeling well and we spent more time in our room than expected - the small refrigerator stocked with beverages and the coffee station on top were a wonderful addition and much appreciated! The room was a little tight by American Standards but perfectly European in size. Very thankful for the elevator!

We thought the place was fab but would note that the room is inside Monica’s apartment so you do hear other guests and residents in the morning.

Eine Art Familienanschluss, da kein Hotel sondern die wenigen Zimmer lagen in der überdimensionalen Wohnung des Eigentümers. Herzlicher Empfang, ausführliche Beschreibung zu Wegen in Rom. Frühstück aus der Dach-Terrasse. Diese Art Hotel war ein Glücksgriff !! Nicht zu vergessen die wunderbare Lage in einem lebhaften Stadtteil von Rom; aber auch nicht allzu weit entfernt vom Zentrum. Wenn man eine Frage hatte, Monica war immer für uns da. ????

The location was perfect for us, near a tram line, far enough away from the late dinning area but close enough to enjoy it and a spectacular hill just behind to walk up and see spectacular sunsets over Rome and the Vatican. Very clean room every day. Beautiful breakfast setting and delicious food.

The bed and breakfast itself was cozy and straight out of a 90s rom-com. Monica was an excellent host, as well as Maya. It was a pleasure to be there. • Mark (10/5): My new home in Rome! - The location is perfect. Within walking distance of all the major sights and five minutes to trastevere. The B&B is exceptional. Breakfast on the roof terrace.large clean and comfortable room fully air conditioned. So easy to find and so welcoming when you get there. I will definitely return and would advise anyone to give this place consideration. You won't be disappointed. Oh and breakfast is first class. Nothing is too much trouble.

• Sharlin (9/5): Lovely stay at Trastavere B&B! - We enjoyed our stay here and especially enjoyed the breakfast on the patio with the lovely music, cappuccinos, fresh meats and cheese, fruit and pastries. The room was a little too small for 3 people but we made it work. The frig wasn't working and the location was ok. Would have been nice to have been a little closer to the main part of Trastavere.

The room was filled with abundant natural light and excellent ventilation, and the comfortable queen-sized bed ensured a restful night. Monica was a remarkable host; her keen attention to detail and refined taste were truly evident. Be sure to ask her for her favorite local dining spots—you won't be disappointed. We had the best meal in Rome at one of her recommended restaurants. Ah, the view from the terrace during breakfast was a delightful way to begin our days. Overall, the stay was pleasant for the type of accommodation offered.

• Olivia (10/5): Beautiful Stay in a Unique Part of Rome - The host, Monica, is very kind and accommodating. The b&b is located in Trastavere, which is a very unique and funky area of Rome that feels separate from the city at-large but isn't too far from all of the major attractions. The bed was very comfortable and the space is nicely furnished and decorated. Monica provides an Italian-style breakfast on her beautiful terrace every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return. We have no complaints.

It was spring so it was too warm to not have the windows open but not appropriate to run the air con, so we kept the windows open which was great but it was a bit noisy at night.

The room was incredible and really comfortable and the morning breakfast was always brought with a fantastic smile! The location was absolutely perfect with everything being within walking distance. The hosts gave me a map of the city showing me the routes and best places to eat! When I come back to Rome there will be only one place I’m going to stay and it’s here! FANTASTICO!
• Rumyana (10/5): Very nice place to stay in Trastevere - The rooms are cosy, comfortable, sparkling clean. The staff is very friendly. Location is good - public transport near or if you prefer walking - close to the Colosseum area. The day starts on the beautiful terrace with nice Italian coffee or cappuccino with a smile :-). Thanks a lot for the hospitality!

The building was beautiful, loved the old elevator, the location, cozy rooms, quiet, super pleasant staff (loved Mela & Alessandro!), attentive, amazing breakfast with lots of savory & sweet options, yummy latte w/alternative options for milk (great for me since I don't drink milk), perfect location to a wonderful neighborhood of Trastevere loaded w/great stores, cafes, restaurants,...& of course ton of history-away from the hustle & bustle of the city. • Allison (9/5): Loved staying here - very helpful, contacted me when I was late arriving to make sure I was ok - :) - The building and the B & B were fantastic, bonus having a lift in one of these buildings. The host and staff were fabulous, so very kind and helpful, cannot thank them enough. Wonderful breakfast, great size room and clean bathroom. everything was amazing - genuinely good kind people.
• Callum (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely hosts with good local recommendations. Comfortable rooms in a quiet building. The inclusion of a microwave and a coffee pod machine would be super useful.

Only 30 mins to main attractions, but to be honest you could spend the whole time in Travestere it is a fantastic neighbourhood.

• Comla (9/5): Great location, love this area! - Breakfast was great! Location was very secure and is right on the tram and bus lines, with easy access to the city centre and the airport. Host was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again!!
