• Shushanik (3/5): With better cleaning and some renovation, this place could have much more potential because the host’s attitude was genu - The host was very friendly, responsive, and kindly allowed us a late check-out, which we appreciated a lot. The location was also convenient for visiting Milan. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was disappointing. It did not feel properly cleaned, and many surfaces and furniture pieces looked old, stained, or neglected. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable, and we did not feel relaxed touching or using many of the items in the room. Some decorative details and furniture also appeared worn out and poorly maintained, which made the stay less pleasant than expected.

El piso hacia demasiado ruido al caminar, ofrecía lo mínimo indispensable. El aire no funcionaba. La heladera apenas si enfriaba algo. El host no hablo por una cámara para abrir la puerta de l habitación, sin contacto con el.

• Fernanda (1/5): Don’t Recommend - Location I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Firstly, I was asked to pay the city tax only in cash, which was not mentioned anywhere during the booking process. When I requested an IBAN to make a bank transfer, it was refused and I was sent an external payment link instead, which felt unprofessional and unclear. Secondly, the air conditioning did not work. I was told it only operates depending on the outside temperature, which is not acceptable. If air conditioning is listed as an amenity, guests should be able to use it regardless of arbitrary conditions. The room was uncomfortable, and this significantly affected my stay. Communication was also difficult, with dismissive responses instead of proper solutions. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and I would not recommend this property.

El edificio era antiguo pero tiene estilo artístico que llama la atención. La ropa de cama estaba limpia y la terraza era lo mejor de la habitación La cama era muy incómoda y antigua. La limpieza no era del todo completa, sobre todo la ducha. El edificio es muy antiguo.

Casi ni me abren la puerta las instalaciones viejas y llevas de muebles viejos pendientes de tirar. Colchón viejo y cedido. Decoración de la habitación de miedo. No recomendara a nadie pagar 90 euros por una noche acá

Alla fine non ho nulla in particolare che non mi sia piaciuto.. se devo dire un extra che potrebbe esser utile..sarebbe comodo poter lasciare i bagagli incustoditi fino a un’orario “surplus” dopo aver tornato le chiavi per la stanza..cosi da poter girare per Milano fino all’orario di ri-partenza con un peso di meno.
