• sandeep (3/5): - Location is central to Bannf and bed was comfortable. There was construction going on and no information was provided before booking. Last day received email of limited access due to construction when it was too late to cancel. Breakfast was below average. The room shakes in night and early morning seems due to some machine running in the house. Hosts has limited english understanding.

• Richard (8/5): Generally good. - Very close to everything. Friendly staff. CCTV warning signs are not very friendly in a guest house. The Chinese staff spoke poor English but not a big problem for us as my wife speaks Cantonese.

The bed was great, and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The location is quiet and convenient, making it easy to relax and enjoy Banff. We especially appreciated the warm atmosphere and attention to detail. Overall, everything was great. Nothing significant to mention.

• Volker (8/5): Zentralste Lage in Banff - Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Das B&B ist, bedingt durch eine Baustelle rund um das Grundstück, derzeit schwieriger zu erreichen. Am besten vorher Kontakt aufnehmen und nach dem aktuellen Stand fragen.

• Annika (5/5): Affordable in a good location, but not the most comfortable stay - Location was great. Right in the center of downtown Banff, great for walking. Ski shuttles are also only one block away, which was super handy. Unfortunately, the room was not the most comfortable. The duvet sheet was way smaller than the bed and consisted of borrowed and old linens. The bathrooms were also not very nice with old tacky blinds inside of the shower making the shower not very usable. Additionally the breakfast was very limited and stale, opening only after 8am which meant that it was not available before we had to leave for skiing.
• Kelli (10/5): Comfortable and cosy stay - Very convenient location and the owners were friendly and always around if we needed anything. Having access codes makes it really easy and hassle-free. The included breakfast is good and the house is cosy and warm. The beds were very comfortable! Maybe some variety with the breakfast as it was the same every day.

• William (8/5): Great location and room - The breakfast had everything I needed. Not a huge selection, but it's not a hotel. Very good b&b which is better than hostels and more cost effective than hotels. Just don't book expecting the hotel service. Pretty thin walls between the rooms, so it's just luck dependant on whether you have quiet neighbours. The fridge within the room was also very liud, but I just unplugged it for the night.

Right in the middle of Banff Downtown, close to all the restaurants and activies! Had a great view from the room we had and breakfast was an adequate bonus. Would definitely recommend for the ones trying to save money but want a good place to stay!

Mainly the shower was a little funky in that turning on the shower you need the door closed or water goes everywhere. It was also very hot in my room and I needed to open the windows a lot and made it difficult to sleep.

House is old and you can hear extremely loud all the noise from rooms beside yours. Also, my bed vibrated like a small earthquake every now and then. I assume either traffic(trucks?) or people walking on the top floor as it's quite small? Couldn't figure out where it came from but a bit annoying.

• Seetha Natarajan (5/5): Great downtown location, value for money, breakfast spread, but poor hospitality - The location is a huge plus, right in the heart of downtown. Good value for money compared to nearby hotels. The bathroom had essentials like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, along with clean towels. Breakfast was generous, with options like boiled eggs, bread, bagels, muffins, croissants, fruits, yogurt, and coffee Hospitality was poor, especially with the lady who seemed to be in charge (not sure if she was the host or caretaker) The in-room Keurig coffee maker was a letdown - it came with only 2 coffee pods for a 3-night stay, which was insufficient for 2 adults. When I requested more Keurig pods from the hostess/caretaker, she was reluctant to provide them. Additionally, there was no creamer in the room, which was a miss. Bedsheet and towel had a 'Hilton' logo - not sure how it got there 🤔
• Chinggay (1/5): - NONE Rating: 1/10 – Very disappointing stay Not sure if the woman we met was the actual host, but she was not welcoming at all when we arrived. While we were still in the parking lot, she was already telling us about not bringing shoes to the second floor — not exactly a friendly start. We weren’t even sure if she knew the correct number of the place she was managing. When we got to the room, there was an insect on the bed, the side of the fridge door was dirty, and the floor had visible screws sticking out, which felt unsafe. The bedding and towels were all marked “Hilton,” which raised concerns about why they were being used here. For breakfast, we were left with just one boiled egg and one muffin for two people, which was very disappointing. Overall, the stay did not feel clean, comfortable, or welcoming at all. I would never recommend this place — it definitely did not feel like home.

I asked several times if it was possible to have an early check in (through booking, text, even tried to call) and I never had an answer. I could definitely have taken « no » for an answer, but no answer at all is unacceptable in this line of business. We arrived early but our code was set to start working at exactly 3 pm and no one was there.

Would recommend to the next folks that may be looking for a stay. The small breakfast included in the morning was great. I was just happy that I could start my day with a fresh cup of coffee. No cons for me, I enjoyed my stay
