- Adele (8/5): Comfortable stay - Great location, easy to find. Very clean and big room and modern. Steep stairs leading up to property.
Doors into accommodation didn’t lock so nowhere safe to leave bags. And no staff around to help. Host didn’t reply to messages.

- Francine (7/5): Very central and could be very good with more detail and breakfast. - The location was very central.
Bathroom was very nice. Bed and Breakfast with NO BREAKFAST.
Little coffee machine, 2 cups, 2 glasses.
No kettle, no plate, no cuttlery, no microwave.
No cloth, no kitchen towel.
No bedside tables

- Angelique (5/5): - De kamer was erg koud.

- Riku (6/5): - Almost got locked inside the bathroom because of a broken handle. Bed is very soft.
- Tatiana (8/5): -
Asciugamani shampoo, phon e bagnoschiuma compresi.

- Andrei (10/5): - The location is excellent. The property was clean, comfortable and the host is very kind and helpful. Recommend.
- Heather (10/5): -
- Entenfreund (9/5): - Our stay in Bruges was excellent! The room was very comfortable and everything worked smoothly with the self check-in and check-out - very convenient. Even though we didn’t meet our host in person, everything was well prepared and perfectly organized. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with a parking garage nearby. Highly recommended!
- A.J. (9/5): Lekkere ruime kamer net buiten het centrum. - Een mooie ruime kamer. Heerlijk bed. Ook de gordijnen sloten goed af. Dus een lekkere donkere kamer.
Fijne douche.
Hele fijne ligging.
- Jeandre (9/5): -
- Sherri (10/5): Fabulous & safe location to enjoy the city - Location is excellent- steps from everything we wanted to see! Hosts were wonderful even getting us 2 extra pillows bec we each like to sleep with 2! Nothing! It was perfect!
- Paula (9/5): Superb -
- Ioannis (8/5): Very good - Location, good communication and hosts, comfortable. There was an leak from the shower
- Luana (7/5): They don#t answer the phone ,neither email u back - The room is very nice, big and clean, and wonderfully located. I was there 2nights. The second night there was noise coming from, i think, the bar downstairs. I highly recommended to change the window glasses and making them thicker, also for not been waked up by pigeons… I mean, for the price they charge(150 per night, NO breakfast..) it is the least expected. In the room there is a coffee machine(coffee not good) I have been trying to contact the lady for one week, in any possible way., to have info about how to reach the hotel and other stuff. NO ANSWER. The day before arriving, she replied, very cold. She told me she was in hospital. When I asked her “r u at the bb tomorrow? “she did not repky neither yes nor no. She just said she was in a rush, and she would call later… After 5 hours, I called Booking and explain the situation. To be honest, I was eager to cancel. Anyway, Booking called her.. She said to them she would be there Tomorrow. I mean, I understand if someone is at hospital, but again, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CALL FOR ONE WEEK.
Last but not least: i was closing a door when the handle came off and remained in my hand. The problem is that, behind me, were very steep stairs. Luckily I somehow managed not no lose my balance, otherwise I would have rolled down the stairs. U don t think these things happen when u pay 150 euros PER night.
Anyway, I NEVER saw that lady. Ever.
Materaxes are too soft.
After Booking contacted her, she replied to me promptly when I asked her something. For example, I asked her what bus I could get to go from the station to the center. She replied to ask at the station, because the bus numbers always changes. Shame she did NOT mention the FREE SHUTTLE running EVERY DAY. No no.
- Rahul (9/5): Superb - Hotel Location is perfect.
- Cabrel (1/5): Bad - I got no bill for my stay, even after multiple calls and messages.
They lied to me that they would send me the bills but they didn't.
- Kyle (9/5): Wonderful stay, great location and a very comfy bed - Highly recommend. This was exactly what we needed for a two day stay. Great location, close to bars, restaurants and tourist attractions. It was very clean with a comfortable bed and a generous size bathroom/shower.
- Daniela (3/5): Not a good stay in this hotel - This place was well located
Just a short walk away from Brugge main sights First the “mattress” was extremely uncomfortable, it was more like a foam than a mattress.
The room is not isolated at all, so you could hear everything like it was happening in your room. The other guest were some ladies that came back around 2 am and basically continued the party in their room, so we hearing everything and awake at that time.
Lastly, when we first arrived the bathroom has a very strong bad and unpleasant smell.
Overall our experience here was not good for the price we paid.
- Catherine (9/5): The best of Bruge close & comfy - Centrally located and very comfortable space.
Fantastic value for money. Easy access and luggage storage. Nice quiet location. Would certainly recommend it. Can’t think of anything!!
- Amanda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Despoina (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (7/5): Great short stay location. - Lovely light and airy space, beautiful views from the window, excellent location, fridge was really useful, smart tv was a nice addition. Water leaked from sink onto the floor, so we had to use one of our towels to soak it up. Description said there would be housekeeping, however there wasn’t in the three nights we were there, and we mentioned leak twice (once in person and once online) and it wasn’t dealt with so we were down one towel because it was mopping up the leak 🤣 also, advertised as a bed and breakfast but would be more accurate to say it’s like an apartment hotel without the kitchen amenities.
- Alan (8/5): A nice little room, close to the centre. - The room was clean, and as described on the website. A huge bed and it was nice to have a couple of chairs to sit on. During our stay we had a couple of issues with checking in and the hot water. The host was difficult to get hold of, so whilst they were eventually resolved, it would have better if it could have been done quicker.
- Lilian (9/5): Perfect offer to a short stay in Brugge! - Very well located, super quiet room, even being in a “busy” street. Spacious room and bathroom. Very good shower! The mattress and pillows were not my liking, but that’s personal. Everything was good, staff very good, had contact with our host via messages.
- Peter (9/5): Superb -
- Ella (10/5): Great 2 night stay! - The room is very spacious, the bed very big and comfortable. There was a fridge, coffee machine and complimentary tea/coffee sachets. The bathroom was big, with a huge shower. The room itself was spotless. It is less than a five minute walk from the main square, and has lots of restaurants etc nearby. Nothing
- Ana (10/5): Loved it, 100% recommended - Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious room. Beautiful building, there is a bar downstairs with good food and drinks. Really comfortable bed. We visited the city in December, it was cold outside but the heating works perfectly. Easy to find and the instructions to access the building and room were clear. The location is close enough to the touristic attractions but in a quiet street. Love the place! Just have enough cash to leave the lodging tax.
- George (8/5): Friendly owners and comfortable. Only 2 rooms available so good if going with friends. - The accommodation was room only. It has a bar/ restaurant which opens in the evening. The television wasn't working in our room and couldn't be fixed until after we left.
- Rosie (10/5): Great place! - Great location, big and clean room with very comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend :)
- Alan (10/5): Letzz Go - Convenient for car parking and Town Centre, situated above a Tapas bar. Huge room, bed and shower. Highly recommended Nothing
- Daina (7/5): Fantastic location and great little bedsit let down by no staff to control other guests’ noise and answer queries. - Location - proximity to everything. The bar/restaurant downstairs. The information provided about possible things to do. The two flights of steep stairs lugging heavy suitcases. The neighbour’s full blown row in the middle of the night and loud radio. Lack of hot water jug - the coffee machine was an ineffective substitute for tea drinkers. No response to an email query about wi-fi access.
- Jo (6/5): Great location, pretty rooms, but steep stairs should be noted in description as some will struggle - Beautifully decorated, spacious, quality furniture, great location. Fantastic shower. We had both loft rooms, one hadn’t been cleaned on arrival, but the owner rectified this immediately. Steep stairs to get to the rooms. Struggled to get in to property via outside door. Mosquitoes in the rooms every night even though windows were kept closed at all times. Bathroom door handle kept falling off. No draws to unpack clothes so living out of suitcase.
- Derek (10/5): Great night sleep, great location. - They had Air Conditioning which is HUGE/rare in Europe and helped it be some of the best sleep we had. Bed was large and comfy. They responded to emails so quickly and very friendly. They left a "guide" to the city with great tips and recommendation plus left us water and coffee pods. Let us drop off luggage early so we did not have to carry it. Location was so central and close to everything! The bar below the room (which they also owned) was great too.
- Mary (6/5): Adequate but disappointing - Location, air on & comfortable bed Unfortunately we had a bad experience with mosquitos in the room (no 2) and received at least 20 to 30 bites each. The lack of ventilation in the bathroom is not pleasant. The stairs are quite steep and there is nowhere to securely store your luggage as the main door is unlocked. The bar opened on the first day at 4pm and didn’t open again for the next two days so no restaurant or bar on site. We stayed in another hotel the night before our stay which cost less and had much more facilities as well as treats for guests such as free shaving kits, toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoos and conditioners etc. overall expensive for what you get considering you are leaving cash for the visitor tax is not great. Saying that a nice modern room but don’t open the windows.
- Duister (8/5): Spacious room with comfortable bed. - Very well located, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean, nice bathroom. We heard a little bit of noise from the cocktailbar below.
- Giana (8/5): Very good -
- Lisa (10/5): Great stay - It was an adorable space with great vibe. Everything was good , but it is not for handicapped or those incapable to carry luggage up two flights of stairs.
- Marine (9/5): Superb -
- Shelly (9/5): Overall very pleased to stay here and would recommend - The location was perfect - centrally located in Bruges. The room was big compared to other rooms we’ve booked in Europe at this price point and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge and coffee maker. The AC unit kept the room cool, with high humidity and outside temps ranging from 75 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Our host stocked the room with a bottle of water for the coffee maker. There were two flights of steep steps to get to the room, so lugging our gear up and down was arduous. The coffee maker pods were all decaf and we prefer caffeine, so that was a miss for us. Check out is 10:30 a.m. versus the typical 12 pm.
- Lisa (10/5): Such a lovely, central place to stay!! - The room was fabulously decorated and clean, with lots of space. The bathroom was spacious and clean, and the shower was great. The bed was soft and comfortable. There was a coffee machine in the room as well as a fridge. There was a smart TV and great air con!!! The room we stayed in looked exactly like it does in the pictures!
It was also a perfect location and very quiet. Less than 3min walk to the centre of Bruge. The bar downstairs was lovely, offering beers and tapas! The hosts were so lovely and friendly.
The room was up 2 flights of stairs, but they were safe, and as someone with back/leg problems and a walking stick, I found it quite ok once I took it slow and used the banisters.
(1/5): Not recommended at all - Location was in city center The worst thing was the rudeness of the owners/managers and the way they spoke with us.
This kind of attitude spoiled the whole impression about such beautiful city.
If you do not like to host tourists, you do not need to work in the hospitality industry.
- Jasmine (9/5): Superb - We found the room to be very cozy. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and responded promptly to our messages.
- Stelvio (9/5): Superb -
- Eva (5/5): OK room, but poorly soundproofed and no service at all. - OK room, nice bathroom, good location. No cleaning while I was there. The garbage cans were not emptied in the 6 days I was there. No new towels.
You could clearly hear when the host couple had sex, and you could clearly hear everything they talked about. There was nothing but a small bar of hand soap and an empty soap container in the bathroom. The stairs to the 2nd floor, where the room was located, was more of a chicken ladder and difficult for people with poor walking to get up and down.
The light in the hallway didn't work so it was completely dark and very difficult to see when you had to enter the code for the door
- Arnold (10/5): Exceptional -
- Özden (5/5): Passable - room very spacious, location excellent, city very safe Flexible checkin;
*Although the flexible check in check out time was written, when I stated that my check-in time would be early, they did not inform me in advance that this would not be possible. On December 3, I made a reservation and requested early check-in, on December 11, 2 days before my trip, my early check-in request was rejected. The sun sets at 4.15, the check in time is 16:00, they say they can check in at 15:30 at the earliest. Since the facility is not a hotel, you can only leave suitcases in the common area, there is no area where you can rest if you cannot enter the room. We came from Amsterdam with 3 transfers, we were there around 12 and we had to walk around the city tiredly until 3.30. If you have 1 day and you will be in the city early, make it clear in advance whether you can check in early.
Bathroom;
*when you take a shower the water spreads all over the bathroom,
*a little smell from the toilets
Drink;
There is a coffe machine but they dont have capsule, you should buy.
There is a sugar but dont have tea, you should buy.
- Antony (7/5): Perfectly acceptable - Good location very clean good comfy bed tasteful decoration great shower The key system is a bit rubbish too many codes and couldn’t find the light switch for the stairs
- Can (8/5): Very good - Clean, very good location, kind employee, cozy home atmosphere, no loudness, historical building and very soft and comfortable bed. AC is not working, should be repaired. There was a radiator in WC and also there was electric heater which is noisy but effective, so we did not get cold.
Showercabin has no door.
Check in and check out dates are out of spec. It should be changed.
- Amy (9/5): Fantastic room in a great location. - Very clean, amazing location, very modern decor Quite steep stairs, lots of codes to get in and out of building
- Gregory (9/5): Gorgeous loft room with plenty of space, comfy bed, short walk to all the sites! - Great room, really big with plenty of space. Bonus having a small fridge too for a few Belgian beers. The bed was sooo comfy and big almost didn't want to get up in the mornings. Only issue we had was the shower water run off would get the floor quite wet so we had to mop up each time we had a shower in the morning and the door handle fell off a few times. Very minor issues which should be easy to fix.
- Noel (8/5): Lovely loft stay in Bruges - Great loft room with a lovely bright and airy feel.
Really comfy bed. Good smart TV to use. Great shower too. 3 different codes to get finally into my room.. shorten the codes so there is some chance of remembering them!
No lighting in the top floor landing.. a little dodgy and essential.
- Adrienne (8/5): good - comfy and clean bed is sinking, extremely soft and not comfortable to sleep on
- Ali (7/5): Lovely spacious room in great location with fab shower room, fridge and lovely bed. - Really liked the location and the spaciousness of the room. No kettle - dont drink coffee so the machine was a faff to use for just hot water
- Cara (9/5): Cute, clean and comfortable attic room. - We were so surprised by how big the room is. It was beautifully decorated and and had everything we needed including the big clean bathroom.
The bed was so comfortable, we slept for a full 12 hours!
The location is absolutely excellent too. My top tip would be to check your emails properly and make sure you have the entry codes to hand as you need a code for the main door downstairs, then another code for your room door. There are two flights of stairs up to the property, not an issue for us as we only had one small bag.
The bar and restaurant under the property was excellent too, a really trendy little place and the staff were welcoming and helpful. The only thing we would have liked would have been more pillows, there was only one small pillow for each person and as a personal preference we tend to like more than one pillow each.
- Tracy (6/5): Would not return due to rudeness of host - Great location- fabulous room designed very well Rude Host /owner/manager-We arrived 15mins early for check in - on arrival after finding our rooms on the top floor we were rudely told by the manager/owner to keep the noise down. This is at 3.15pm, I think we woke him as the restaurant bar below stays open late. However as 2 couples aged over 50 to be told to be quiet in the afternoon is quite unacceptable. sad as otherwise would highly recommend.
- Tracey (8/5): Perfect room and location. - Location and room. Noise from heating? Smell outside the room.
- Dawn (8/5): Great city break in heart of Bruge, clean, quiet & tidy accommodation & would definitely stay again - central location
a short walk from park & rie (very limited parking in city centre) communication prior to check-in was not great, we arrived early and asked via message i we may check-in early or leave our luggage somewhere but never received a response. Everything else was great aside from the door handles all falling off in our hands everytime of trying to open/close a door.
- Bryn (8/5): perfect place, great staff clean cozy and relaxing. if you want to go to Bruge and have your own apartment space then go - great location superb for the Xmas market less than 5 minutes away. warm, clean and good size. Gus the host is great with the communication and couldn't do enough. bed was really comfortable shame no bath but you know before so not a complaint. maybe a mirror in the room rather just the bathroom.
- Early (9/5): Superb -
- Filip (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice room! Very good localization. Had a nice stay.
