• Ximena (8/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicación es muy buena, cercana a metro Cavour. Hay muchos lugares cerca donde comer y se puede ir caminando al Coliseo y a otras atracciones de la ciudad. Elizabeth está siempre disponible para resolver tus dudas. No hay servicio de desayuno, pero hay una cafetera y hervidor de agua si lo necesitas. El edificio no permite el uso de los ascensores. Las instalaciones son un tanto antiguas, por ejemplo los enchufes de la corriente eléctrica.
• Fernanda (10/5): - Hospedagem excelente! Muito bem localizada, camas super confortáveis, roupas de cama também. Fácil check in e check out. há dispobilidade pra deixar as malas de maneira prática. Único detalhe é que não há ar condicionado ou ventilador (o que pra nossa estadia não prejudicou em nada, pq o clima estava fresco mas no verão isso pode ser um problema). Box no banheiro também é apertado. No geral amamos nossa estadia, recomendamos!

• Наталия (7/5): - Зручне місце, всі визначні місця в пешій доступності, в коридорі завжди була кава, та чай, але чайник дуже маленький і не було куди його покласти, також не було чашок, номер невеликий. Порадувало що було опалення, його вмикали та вимикали, але було тепло в номері. Ну ще такого маленького телевізора давно не бачили :-). Хочу відмітити Елізабет, яка на всі питання давала відповіді та допомагала. Стара будівля, звуки було чутно дуже, рядом якась школа, і було чутно дитячий крик, але вночі більш менш нормально.

• Karolina (8/5): Bardzo udany pobyt, już planujemy ponowne odwiedzenie Colosseo Kokedama. - Rewelacyjna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko koloseum, stacje metra, duży wybór restauracji i kawiarni. Pomimo bliskości głównej ulicy w budynku było bardzo cicho. Apartament skromny ale bardzo czysty, wygodne materace, mili i pomocni gospodarze.

• Nancy (10/5): Excelente opción para familias - Elizabeth es una superhost. Además de verificar que la reserva fuera perfecta y atendernos con mucha rapidez, nos compartió recomendaciones de restaurantes que disfrutamos muchísimo. La ubicación del B&B es buenísima, muy cerca del coliseo y de la estación del metro que puede acercarte a otras atracciones turísticas.

• Mar (10/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι τέλεια για να εξερευνήσεις το κέντρο της πόλης. Είναι ανάμεσα από τον σταθμό του τραίνου και το Κολοσσαίο, πιο κοντά στο Κολοσσαίο. Πολύ εύκολα μετακινείσαι από και προς το αεροδρόμιο Η μη αρκετή ηχομόνωση μεταξύ των δωματίων. Είναι καλύτερο για οικογένειες που χρειάζονται δύο δωμάτια, ώστε να μην ενοχλείται κάποιος από τον διπλανό του.

Camera spaziosa e pulita Bagno: piccolo, rumoroso (ogni volta che si apre l'acqua del lavandino, si aziona il motore del WC), e la doccia è pericolosa perché il piatto doccia è molto alto e per uscire dalla doccia si rischia di cadere. Scarsa assistenza da parte della struttura.

• Elisa (8/5): Sicuro e rassicurante. - La posizione eccezionale nel Rione Monti. Gentilezza e massima disponibilità dello staff. Dimora silenziosa. Facilita arrivo dalla stazione e per escursione. Soluzione consigliatissima anche per pochi giorni. L’unica pecca se vogliamo è stata il bagno. La doccia è su un piano rialzato è molto stretta bisogna fare attenzione nello scendere e difficoltà a salire. Inoltre è un bagno cieco senza alcuna ventilazione. Per accedere alle stanze c’è un un’unica rampa di scale a chiocciola. Salire e scendere con i bagagli non è comodissimo.

• Jon Paul (5/5): No recomendable - En general no puedo destacar nada que me gustase. Habitación muy pequeña e incómoda. No había sitio ni para dejar la maleta. El baño también era enano. Las instalaciones eran viejas y mantenidas con escaso gusto y presupuesto. El aire acondicionado era de los móviles que sacan una tubería por la ventana. Quitaba aún más espacio y era muy ruidoso.

• Caroline (8/5): Practical and nice! - Nice room very close from the metro and Colosseum. We enjoyed the restaurants recommendations and the hability to check in early. Small bathroom (typical of Europe). I do not recommend this room if you are overweight because you will not fit in the shower.

• Fernanda (8/5): Good location! - The place is in a great location: many restaurants, bars and tourist landmarks around. Metro is also just in the corner. The place is exactly like the picture, very clean. The bathroom is very small but it is ok for few days in Rome. As our flight was just at night, after our check-out Elizabeth let us to leave our luggage there during the day. It was very hot during the day and we had a problem with our air conditioner that was not working. Elizabeth was very helpful and attentive, and brought someone to fix it immediately. In the end all it was fine and issue solved!

Nice neighbourhood closed to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes with many food options. Relatively closed to major tourist attractions but sometimes it requires using metro and buses . Quiet neighbourhood which has a local vibe. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. I like the interior decor which makes it feels like home. The room is a little small for three. Bathroom is dated and cramped and use some improvements, especially the shower. The bed is surprisingly comfortable. Provision of a bar fridge is useful and appreciated. The apartment and the area are generally quiet. However during our stay we could hear activities in the hallway and guests in the next room. Bathroom is dated and cramped and use some improvements, especially the shower. It would be great if a small coffee table is provided next to power points for device charging.

The staff was very nice and the location was great. You could walk around and see plenty of things and it was closer to the station. Highly recommend and I will stay there again It was all good. No negatives.

• Aleksandar (10/5): Exceptional - We've had a wonderful visit to Rome last week. Special thanks to our host Luca at Colosseo Kokedama as he was really kind and always available to assist in any way. He helped us a lot with the very late check in as our flight delayed with 17 hours and we arrived at night! He also suggested for great restaurants to visit, traditional italian ones :) The apartment location is perfect (Monti area), at a short walking distance to bus stops and metro stations, to lots of tourist places (Basilica Santa Maria Maggiore, Colosseum, Foro Romano, Vittoriano and many more in the city center). The room was very clean and comfortable (especially the beds), and also we've had the best italian espresso there as compliment. Thanks a lot to Ruth as well, who is taking care of the place on site and being available to always help! We are very grateful for the chance to leave our luggage after the check out and to take it later, as our flight back was in the late evening! So we had few more ours to enjoy Rome! We would definitely come back and highly recommend Colloseo Kokedama as a place to stay in Rome!

Close to colosseum, so perfect for tourists. Free coffee and teas are provided. You can leave your luggage after the check-out, so I could enjoy Rome more easily!

The location is simply perfect - the Colosseum is a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of great restaurants and bars around. The hotel owner recommended fantastic places where locals hang out. The room, although small, was very comfortable for us, equipped with everything we needed. It was clean, warm, and had all the necessary amenities in the bathroom. Having a hairdryer, refrigerator, and kettle in the room is always a plus. The hallway features a coffee machine and tea. The owner was very courteous and pleasant. Additionally, we appreciated the option to leave our belongings at the hotel after check-out, which made our departure more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Rome!

It was very hot in Rome when we stayed in June, unfortunately the air conditioner didn’t keep the room very cool overnight and it was very loud. The shower is very small so wouldn’t recommend if you ate a larger person. However, the room was good value for money and so close to the Colosseum and metro station.

Beautiful sheets and wallpaper made our stay even more pleasant. Thank you Elena! Just small adjustments like coat wall hanger and some armchair would made this cozy room even more convenient place to stay. Those were only tiny thinks we missed during our stay.

The room was better than we expected. It was clean, near the Colosseum and about a 20 minute walk from Trevi Fountain. It wasn't luxury, but for us, who wanted something decent to stay since we weren't there for long, was great. Would go again!

• Patrick (10/5): Awesome spot in Rome - Great modern room in Rome! Plenty of sunlight, air conditioning and a great amount of space for couples traveling with lots of baggage. Taxi's were easy to get at the bottom of the street and there's little gift shops/cafe's super close by. 10 minute walk to the Colosseum. Was exactly what we needed The doors were SO loud late at night. You can hear people coming/going, but it wasn't a big deal.
• Natalia (8/5): Nice, clean and great location. - It was great located, really close to the metro station and the neighborhood is really nice to explore, close to the Santa Maria Maggiore Church and easy to go walking to the Colosseum. The room was clean and with a good size, ventilated and peaceful. The hostes were always polite and helpful. Was a good stay. If you go, my tip is to explore a little bit Rione its was really good. Maybe the bathroom and the entrance door was a little bit too small, but fair with the photos from the announce, so that was no surprise for us.
• Sabina (10/5): Fantastic - Very close to the city center and the main attractions of Rome, we travel everywhere by foot. Clean apartment. Great communication with host. A big plus for the possibility to leave luggage in the baggage store after check out.
