• Thea (10/5): Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ascona, wurden sehr herzlich bef - Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, schön vorbereitet. Das dunkle Vollkornbrot war schnell weg, war auch sehr fein und knusprig! Viel Zopf blieb übrig. Sich warme Milch machen für ein Milchkaffee am Morgen war leider nicht möglich. Alles super!! Sehr sauber😊

• Raphael (10/5): - Very friendly host that explained us everything. Clean and comfortable rooms. Very good location. I can highly recommend it if you stay in Ascona. The only thing that could be a bit improved is the breakfast (maybe add some scrambled eggs or porridge). The choice was a bit limited. It was still fine, just not exceptional like the rest of the stay ;)
• Miruna (10/5): Enchanting and cozy - This is the second time we are staying and we love the personal homely atmosphere. It’s friendly and personal with a cozy atmosphere, and very convenient location in the old town of Ascona. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds comfortable. We especially love the layout with the interior garden which corresponds to the breakfast area. As well, the caffe / bar courtyard at the front which serves as a welcoming threshold for guests.

My room was very comfortable, with a great bed and a spacious bathroom. Everything was clean, inviting, and set in a truly lovely environment. What really stood out was the warm hospitality. The owners were not only professional and available, but also genuinely kind and welcoming, which made the experience feel special. Great value for money, excellent atmosphere, and the kind of place I would be very happy to return to. I definitely recommend it :)

• Helga (9/5): - Es ist mit Liebe gemacht. Die Ausstattung ist gut, aber ein Stuhl wäre gut gewesen. Wenn man nicht im Bett ist, besteht keine Möglichkeit, sich gemütlich im Zimmer aufzuhalten. Es hat ausserhalb des Zimmers gemütliche Ecken. Etwas teuer. Dusche und WC im gleichen Raum, getrennt wäre besser.

Die Lage zentral und doch ruhig. Eine sehr hübsche Gartenbar. Alles äusserst geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider muss das Etagen-Bad mit einem weiteren Zimmer geteilt werden.

• Adria (9/5): Lovely stay in a reconditioned & modern traditional Ascona house - We had a great & lovely stay at B&Borgo. The staff (family managed) was very nice and friendly, the room was very cosy and bathroom (which is outside the bedroom and therefore shared with another room) was sparklingly clean. Breakfast which was included in our stay was very complete and delicious. We will definitely come back in our next stay in Ascona!

Property has fantastic interior and great concept of the common areas, beds were super comfy and despite being very central - it is surrounded by quiet streets adding cosines to this place. It is great mix of hotel and making you feel like home.

Beautiful room, very clean, lovely host family who are very accommodating, clean shared bathroom the only thing i would recommend is to have earplugs in case you are sensitive with noise with you - one night the adjacent bar was busy until after midnight and in the morning it can get noisy from people enjoying breakfast outside below the rooms

I would have liked to sleep longer. There was a lot going on in the house from 8 am on Sunday (breakfast, cleaning, etc). Curtains would have helped too.

The whole building was very well done with nice furnishing with many being a mixture of antique furniture and more modern accessories. Centrally located for a short walk to the waterfront and transportation stations. The breakfast was beautifully displayed with a lot of choices. It was a pleasure to talk to the Innkeeper who spoke very good English. We would stay here again and highly recommend the innkeeper and the B&B.
