• Beverley (10/5): Blackrock B&B - A beautiful home with very friendly hosts. The room was so comfortable, I think I had the best night's sleep in a long time. Breakfast was so good, plenty of choice and a lovely Irish breakfast. I can't fault it.

Jackie the host, was extremely accommodating and friendly. The house was lovely. The room was comfortable clean and even had Irish Bailey’s cream on the mantle for us to enjoy. The shower was warm, the towels, soft, and the room private and the homemade breakfast in the morning beautifully presented and delicious. I don’t have any complaints

• Martina (10/5): Stilvolles und freundliches B&B - Wunderschönes B&B, geräumiges und hübsches Zimmer, wunderbarer Frühstücksraum. Alles wunderschön eingerichtet. Die Besitzer waren sehr herzlich und sehr aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war ganz wunderbar mit einer tollen Auswahl. Man kann zwei Minuten entfernt parken und dort ist auch der Zug, der nach Dublin reinfährt, was ca. 25 Minuten dauert. Ein Bus hält auch fast vor der Tür. -

Jacquie and Gerry’s breakfasts were as good as in any top hotel. The bedrooms were very clean and comfortable and the tot of Bailey’s Irish cream at night was a lovely touch. The location is so convenient for the Dart and if you like a nice walk to seafront offers this as well. Absolutely fabulous. Highly recommended. Would definitely stay here again. Genuinely nothing

• Thomas (10/5): A serene and restful hideaway in Dublin with easy access to local attractions - We loved the cozy bedroom and beautiful skylight, and we were greeted with Irish cream cocktails. Everything was meticulously set for us, and refreshed during the course of our stay. Breakfast was lovely, a welcoming space with delicious meal options. We enjoyed a full Irish breakfast and many homemade pastries. This location gave us great access to the Dart and subway system, which we used to travel into the downtown and down the coast during our stay. We drove into town by car, and the civic parking lot nearby was very accessible and easy to use. There were a few food options for dinner/drinks within walking distance, which was also lovely.

Tub was gorgeous but had no plug so we couldn’t use it. Our bedroom was cramped for the two of us and had to put luggage outside in hallway. Our boys room was large and good for the three teens. Traveling as a couple it would have been better-but we are a crowd! It was expensive but that’s to be expected needing two rooms. We didn’t know if we should/could use family room and kitchen after hours so we tucked into our rooms, which were very clean. Breakfast really was special and we very much enjoyed talking to the hosts!

• Pascalle (9/5): Fantastisch! Locatie is prachtig, kamer was prachtig! - De locatie was heel mooi, nog geen 2 minuten van het treinstation dus voor een city trip echt een aanrader. Het was daarnaast heel schoon. De mensen van de B&B waren heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Eigenlijk was er niks wat ons niet beviel. Wellicht dat we de volgende keer geen kamer aan de straat zouden boeken vanwege het verkeer maar over all heel erg tevreden.

• Jürgen (10/5): Herzliche Gastgeber, Scully hat unser Herz erobert, und wir hatten einen rundum wunderschönen Aufenthalt - Sehr schönes, altes Haus mit viel Charme. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und liebevoll dekoriert – man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Das Meer ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt, die DART-Bahn erreicht man in ca. 3 Gehminuten. Auch das Pub The Old Punch Bowl ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Raumtemperatur im Schlafzimmer: In der ersten Nacht angenehm warm, in den darauffolgenden Nächten jedoch deutlich kühler bzw. fast kalt. Die Heizung war hier etwas unzuverlässig.

She made the most delicious Irish breakfast for us every morning. The food was amazing. The beds were so comfy and the pillows were great. Tons of storage for clothes. The house itself was decorated with wonderful art. We loved every minute of our stay.

• Szlavi80 (10/5): Lovely place, lovely hosts. - We were welcomed by wonderful hosts. Our room was in the attic, we felt very comfortable there. Every corner of this home has a story, every detail is captivating. Breakfast was a special experience, not only because it was delicious, but we could experience the kindness of the hosts. The accommodation is in a quiet, peaceful place and is 20-25 minutes, 6 train stops from the city center. We will come back!

• Joan (9/5): Very enjoyable B&B experience in convenient Blackrock location. - Clean, quiet room with comfortable bed and a lovely, well-appointed bathroom in a beautiful Blackrock home. Host was quite helpful, and breakfast was excellent with a full array of options. Blackrock DART station is just half a block down the street, so it's a great base for exploring the Dublin area. We enjoyed walking along the coast path (15 min) to the Blackrock Village for dinner (many restaurants and shops). Parking is available at very reasonable cost just a half block down the street.

Fabelhaftes und frisch zubereitetes Frühstück mit sehr hochwertigen Zutaten. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Zimmer sehr ruhig und gemütlich (täglicher Baileys). 2 min. zu Fuß zur S-Bahn nach Dublin. Rückblickend eine der besten Unterkünfte auf unserer 14 tägigen-Reise. Vielen Dank.

Our room was very comfortable, clean and thoughtfully equipped in every detail. The breakfast meet all needs, was freshly prepared according to our wishes. Jacquie and Jerry were very friendly, we enjoyed our morning conversations a lot. The house is easily accessible from the centre by public transport and is a 20-minute walk from UCD. We would highly recommend staying at this amazing place. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, gemütlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Inkl. Shampoo und Duschgel wie auch ein Wasserkocher mit Tee und Kaffee. Auch Stauraum hatte es mehr als genug. Die Lage war toll. 2 Min. zum Zug (Dart), 2 Min. zum Bus und ein Pub in der Nähe. Gar nichts.
