The bed had no duvets, only a thin summer sheet. This is unacceptable in winter. Breakfast included in the price consisted of a croissant worth 20 cents. Next to the toilet there was a cleaning brush whose holder had no bottom, so after use water was dripping onto the bathroom floor. Very unhygienic. The shower was leaking, and there was no hot water.

Старе дерев’яне вікно потребує заміни: воно не зачиняється достатньо щільно, хоча навіть у такому разі шум усе одно був би значним. Підлога холодна, тож бажано мати капці. Ванна кімната потребує ремонту — видно, що загальний стан житла потребує більшої уваги, ніж просто мінімальні оновлення.

Il bagno più piccolo sporco, la doccia con il doccino rotto, nessun appoggio per il necessario del bagno. Asciugamani non sufficienti per due persone, le tende della stanza sporche , letto oltremodo scomodo per non parlare dei cuscini. Pavimento sporco con polvere ovunque. Mancanza di acqua calda

• jason (6/5): Very disappointed and terrible communication - The location close to the central metro The communication of where to pick the key up, we messaged the property the day before about asking to drop our bags of and there was no response, when we arrived at the property there was no one to talk to or no keys, it was only after a b&b place in the same building called the property manager, he then sent a what’s app message where to get the keys from and drop them back off too. It was 800 meters away at a a hotel, there was also cut fingernails in the bed.

La bañera no traga, se va la luz cada vez que conectas el aire acondicionado y nos quedamos atrapadas en el ascensor porque también se iba la luz del bloque. A parte, para subir al ascensor tienes que pagar 10 céntimos cada vez. La señora de la limpieza fumando dentro y gritando por la mañana, horror. Lo único positivo, el chico que lo lleva por internet, atento a cualquier duda en directo.

Зі сніданком брати не рекомендую. Бо сніданок то кава з недопеченим круасаном в кафешці поруч. До комфорту і чистоти питань немає. Чисто і зручно 😌 Не було ні гелю для душу ні ніяких інших рідин в ванній кімнаті. Поза рідиною ( гелеподібною),яка була налита у флакон з пшик дозатором). Сніданок -кава з не допеченим круасаном.

• Gabriele Virdis (7/5): Perfetta per chi non ama lavarsi - Stanza spaziosa, letto basso ma abbastanza comodo, frigorifero in stanza e aria condizionata, oltre che una buona flessibilità per l'orario di check-in. Il bagno, in particolare la doccia, decisamente da rifare l'impianto del doccino, davvero in stato pietoso, e la presenza di un phon rotto e di un altro funzionante ma inserito alla corrente in maniera nkn corretta e quindi pericolosa.

• Barbara (5/5): Si potrebbe migliorare - Il B&B è in una posizione molto comoda, vicino alla stazione centrale e alla Metro linea 2. Il personale che ci ha accolto è molto simpatico e alla mano. Colazione nel bar sotto casa ok. Inoltre il bagno in camera dà un punto in più. Magari siamo stati sfortunati noi ma ci sono stati diversi disservizi, tra cui frigo staccato, asciugamani molto vecchi, phon e condizionatore rotto (con 36 gradi)..Hanno rimediato fornendoci subito un ventilatore per fortuna! Con un po' di cura in più potrebbe essere un'ottima soluzione.

• Roberta (8/5): Napoli da visitare - Sono stato in questo b&b e devo dire che nonostante alcune pecche, l'esperienza è stata nella media. Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile, la camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo, con frigo in camera e cassaforte. Tuttavia, ho notato alcuni dettagli che richiedono un po' di manutenzione: il tubo della doccia era rotto,  l'appendi asciugamano rotto. Spero che il gestore prenderà in considerazione queste osservazioni per migliorare il soggiorno degli ospiti. Nel complesso, comunque, il soggiorno è stato accettabile e potrei considerare ti tornare in futuro se saranno apportate alcune modifiche elencate. Inoltre la posizione è ottima, si trova in una strada principale, vicino la stazione dei treni. .

• Branislav (7/5): Jednodnevni obilazak Napulja - Smeštaj je u stanu na šestom spratu u kome se izdaje još jedna zasebna jedinica. Nalazi se u blizini železničke stanice i na nešto manje od 2 km od pristaništa za trajekt. U blizini je i prodavnica i kafe u kome se služi doručak. Konfor u sobi je skroman, ali zadovaoljavajući. U smeštaju je nije postojao kafe aparat iako je naveden u opisu sadržaja. Posteljina i peškiri bi mogli biti zamenjeni novijima. Doručak se sastoji od jednog kroasana, kafe po izboru i čaše mineralne vode što je, po mom mišljenju, moglo da bude obimnije.
• Michaela (1/5): Unsafe, Unhygienic, and Unacceptable — Avoid This Property!! - The only thing was the location in reference to Napoli Central Station, a 10 minute walk away, the surrounds of the physical location itself was dirty & unkept which let it down massively. My partner and I stayed one night at this B&B and the experience was truly awful. We were given the wrong address and ended up walking 10 minutes in the wrong direction, into an unsafe area. When I contacted the host for help, I was met with rude, impatient messages despite their initial mistake. It appears the person messaging us wasn’t even the person who greeted us. The surrounding area was disturbing, with piles of rubbish everywhere and visible prostitution outside the entrance at night. On arrival, we were met by a man who shouted in Italian and looked visibly irritated. He gestured for us to follow a woman who also didn’t speak a word of English — there was no hospitality, no welcome. We were squeezed into an ancient, unsafe lift that should be condemned. The room was dirty, stained furniture, and unsafe electrical sockets. Only one socket worked, which was providing the fridge with electricity with a faulty looking adapter connected to it. I had to unplug the fridge in order to charge my phone, whilst doing so I felt it burning hot, burning my hand & causing a painful blister. It also pulled out of the wall, exposing wiring — a clear electrical code violation and fire hazard. No guest should be staying in a room this dangerous. We couldn’t safely charge our devices, and we felt unsafe and vulnerable the entire stay. Between the hostile staff, poor hygiene, electrical danger, and unsafe location, I am shocked Booking.com would list this property. The experience was traumatic, and the injury to my hand continues to cause pain. Absolutely not recommended!! We couldn’t wait to leave. I will be asking Booking.com for full compensation.

• miki (5/5): - Anche se in una zona non proprio ottima ma comodo perché dista a 5 minuti dalla stazione Non mi è piaciuto sinceramente che alle 23 di sera sia avvenuto un check-in nella camera a fianco con un casino della miseria, inoltre andrebbe rivisto un po' il bagno, mancano portasciugamani, cassetta dell'acqua che si blocca di continuo, la TV visualizza solo canali locali e infine l'ascensore a pagamento non è molto simpatico, la colazione fatta al bar sotto un po' modesta a mio parere.

• Katerina (7/5): - "It's hard to say how to rate this accommodation, the location is great due to the fact that it is close to Garibaldi station, but the neighborhood is otherwise terrible, full of garbage. The house itself is one of the better ones in that street. The accommodation would have been ok if it had been cleaned better, unfortunately there was foreign hair, crumbs etc in the room and bathroom. Bathroom otherwise very nice and bed to sleep on also ok. Even a working fridge in the room, although not quite clean. As we toured Naples, however, we found that it is standard that hygiene in the city generally lags behind and we began to appreciate our snotty accommodation. So probably standard, but for us from much higher cleaning standard central Europe simply worse accommodation, but I guess it fits the price and the location. I don't want to complain, the owner was nice. And actually, the great breakfast included in the price at the cafe just a few meters from the house made up for it all.

Il sig Carmine è stato gentilissimo ed è venuto sempre in contro a delle nostre richieste. Ottima l'accoglienza e la grande tempestività dei gestori nel risolvere un piccolo problema in camera. Molto consigliato Il servizio di colazione che viene effettuato in convenzione al bar vicino il B&B purtroppo è un po' superficiale ed è possibile prendere solo il cornetto e caffè, se il budget colazione fosse giusto qualche euro più alto sarebbe possibile prendere anche un succo di frutta o una sfogliatella, che sarebbe il top. Però parliamo di sfumature

• Zeo (6/5): Soggiorno spartano ma comodo. - Lo staff è stato molto gradevole. Carmine il proprietario è molto disponibile e presente. Francesca e la collega sono state molto chiare e simpatiche nell accoglienza e nelle spiegazioni. L'appartamento è tra il domestico e lo spartano, ci si può accontentare. È posto a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Centrale, metro e bus. Inoltre il bar convenzionato per la colazione è stato molto comodo e piacevole. Al proprietario consiglierei di porre una doccia al posto della vasca o almeno una tenda-doccia, e con delle zanzariere la stanza sarà ancora più piacevole.

• Iaconi (1/5): Mai piú e mai lo consiglierei - Posizione e pulizia Siamo stati accolti da una signora e sua figlia, alle quali abbiamo pagato subito la tassa di soggiorno. Abbiamo lamentato il non funzionamento del riscaldamento. Ci e' stato detto che sarebbero stati attivati girando le valvole e che comunque avremmo potuto usare il condizionatore. Dopo vari reclami la signora ha ammesso che non sarebbe stato possibile accenderli perche' l'impianto non era attivo.Al che abbiamo contattato il proprietario,ma nulla ,si e' negato al telefono. Il risultato e' stato lavarsi al freddo in una vasca seduti in 40 cm circa di larghezza. Se qualcuno e' un po' in carne non saprei come potrebbe lavarsi dato che non c'é nemmeno una tenda per poter stare in piedi. Per fortuna siamo due persone intelligenti e senza pregiudizi ,altrimenti verrebbe da dare ragione a chi pensa male dei napoletani,dato che il proprietario si e' comportato da persona poco onesta, senza nemmeno metterci la faccia.

Apartment is very spacious, clean and in good location, close to main train/metro station Garibaldi, close to the port and close to old town. Euro Spar supermarket is 5 min away. • Cathryn (1/5): - nothing. the staff were very rude and unhelpful. we were asked for 18 euros tourist tax, we gave 20euros but the owner didn't have change and promised to leave the 2 euros when they cleaned the room on the Wednesday however they didn't clean the room or leave the money. we were on the 6th floor and had to put 10cents to go up and again to go down in the lift !! the 'breakfast' was a very sweet cake ....being diabetic this was not suitable but they gave me no alternative. the description of the room states kettle and tea/coffee facilities....there were neither a kettle or tea/coffee. the bathroom/ shower were absolutely filthy with lots of hairs and dirt . The area in which the accommodation is left us feeling extremely vulnerable, nervous and not comfortable in being there . There was obvious prostitution taking place directly outside the building which was absolutely awful !! the accommodation was not as shown on booking.com . we will be sending an email and requesting full compensation as we have been loyal, satisfied customers in the past but this experience has really made us nervous about using the app in future.

• Anastasiya (5/5): - pozwolili zameldować się wcześniej. Nie było czysto, lodówka śmierdziała, ręczniki były poplamione. Ale najgorsze było to, że pewnego dnia wróciliśmy wieczorem, a drzwi wejściowe i do pokoju były otwarte, a ręczniki wymienione. Oznacza to, że pracownik nie zamknął drzwi, a nas nie było przez CAŁY dzień.
