• Artur (1/5): Śmierdzi szambem, pokój praktycznie bez łazienki ponieważ ona nie działa - Pokój w centrum historycznym Neapolu ale szambo wybija w Łazience w prysznicu co powoduje że łazienka kompletnie nie działa . Nie można nawet umyć zębów w umywalce ponieważ woda ze śmierdzącym szambem wybija w brodziku prysznica i okropny smród czuć w całym pokoju. • Luis (3/5): No es lo que promete - Ubicación y precio Eran una casa particular y no una residencial. La cama era doble, pero estaba una sola sábana y cubre cama, y la cama era muy incómoda. El baño estaba en mal estado, se salía el agua de la ducha y los implementos en mal estado. Había un frigobar, y este hizo cortocircuito, nunca se reemplazó. No hicieron aseo ningún día y no cambiaron las toallas. Hicieron el cobro del impuesto de la ciudad sin dar recibo. La ventana estaba sellada, no se podía ver la ciudad por la ventana de la habitación. No sé entregaba desayuno, más bien habían snack. No lo recomiendo, no sé ajusta a lo que ofrecen en la página. Además, había que subir las maletas por las escaleras, no tenía ascensor, y es difícil entender el sistema para sacar las llaves e ingresar.

• ana (9/5): - El cuarto está buenísimo, nos toco un cuarto con cinco camas en dos pisos y éramos dos, baño privado, cómodo, limpio y con cocina a disposición en caso de ser necesario. Tiene aire acondicionado que nos salvó en los 37 grados de Napoli y ubicado en pleno centro storico. Recomiendo. Son tres pisos por escalera, con escalones altos. A tener en cuenta si van con una valija muy grande o pesada.
• Ilyas (8/5): Bra sovplats för 5 - Perfekt plats, mitt i gamla stan. Vi bodde på våning 3 och det fanns ingen hiss, det står att frukosten ingår men det är bara torrvaror som är förpackade och självbetjäning. Men det funkade för oss, barnen åt flingor. Det fanns vatten att tillgå.
• hackzilla (3/5): Terrible accommodation, great area, definitely coming back but not to this place - The only bright spot of this experience was the area. It is truly beautiful, with a long tourist street filled with temples and an amazing atmosphere. The vibe and food along the street are really superb, and I highly recommend visiting this area. The bed in the room was extremely uncomfortable, with a cheap foam mattress that offered no back support. Sleep was far from restful. The shower was impossible to turn on without getting soaked, and there was a constant unpleasant smell of chlorine and mold from the toilet, making it unbearable to use. Additionally, the noise from the plumbing when using the toilet sounded like a jet taking off. The bed linens caused severe itching, and the walls and ceiling were covered in dirt and various stains. During the day, the room was stifling because it was constantly filled with the smell of fried grease from the street food stalls outside. The air conditioner, instead of cooling the air, reeked of mold. The refrigerator didn't work; it made noise but didn’t cool, and after two days of trying to chill drinks, I realized it was useless. The bedside shelves were broken, adding to the inconvenience. Security at the hotel was nonexistent. The keys were made in such a way that any neighbor could easily copy them and gain access to your room. The soundproofing was non-existent: you could hear everyone and everyone could hear you, including the noise from the street. The service was unsatisfactory. The hotel owner responded to messages with a huge delay, about 10 hours, often replying at night. If you have a problem, be prepared to wait half a day until midnight for a response. Breakfast was simply terrible. Water and cheap chemical snacks with crackers were far from what you would expect in the morning. There was no proper meal. You won't be able to sleep before 1 a.m. due to the street noise, regardless of whether your window is closed or not. The overall impression of the stay was a complete disappointment. None of the advertised services matched reality, except for the number of beds. While the price wasn't high, it was nowhere near justified by the quality. If I had known what awaited me, I would have looked for other options.

• Aidia (10/5): Ci tornerò sicuramente - In pieno centro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal mare, in una piazzetta bellissima con ogni tipo di servizio. Staff disponibile, gentile e attento ad ogni richiesta. Camera dotata di ogni necessità.

• BEATA (10/5): Byłam - wrócę - Przepyszna kawa - chociaż obsługa ekspresu stanowiła lekkie wyzwanie ; ) ale było warto pomyśleć. Gospodarz Christiano bardzo uczynny - a taką knajpkę nam polecił, że i pysznie i sami miejscowi - zatem zaznałyśmy prawdziwego Neapolu od strony gastronomicznej. Wrzucam obiekt do ulubionych i na pewno wrócę! Wszystko w najlepszym porządku.

• Raditschnigg (3/5): Keine Empfehlung - Die Lage Schimmel im Badezimmer, nicht zutreffende Zimmerbeschreibung, unsauber, Preis-Leistung schlecht, Schlüssel befinden sich am Schlüsselbrett vor dem Zimmer, leider sperrt jeder schlüssel (hatten also immer alle Wertgegenstände bei uns.. )

• Katalin (6/5): Összességében jó éreztük volna magunkat a szálláshelyen ha klíma működött volna. - Tisztaság volt, központi helyen volt. Légkondicionàlló nem működött kellőképpen a szobában. Ez a 40 fokos hőségben nagyon nagy gond volt. A közös helységekben ( konyha , étkező )szinte elviselhetetlen meleg volt. ( ott nem is volt klíma. )A szobai hűtő rossz volt. A wifi első nap működött , a többi 4- ben nem. A zuhanyzó nagyon picike, alig lehetett elférni. A mosdóban a víz nem folyt le.

• Chari Pastor (7/5): Buena ubicación - Ubicación y aunque no conocí en persona a Christian, respondía rápidamente a cualquier petición o problema. La ducha no funcionaba el día de mi llegada pero se resolvió. Hice una petición de 2 camas individuales y estaban juntas con la misma sábana, las almohadas eran muy duras. Por último, si desayunas temprano no queda leche y no hay hervidor eléctrico de agua.
• M.Maddalena (10/5): Ottimo soggiorno. Il padrone di casa, Christian, è davvero molto ospitale. - Posizione molto centrale, molto vivace, a pochi passi da molti monumenti e musei. La zona è ricca di buoni ristoranti e bar. La colazione è semplice ma il caffè è buono e si può comunque integrare in uno dei tanti bar nei dintorni.

• Alessia (10/5): Tutto pulito e ben posizionato nella fantastica e calorosa Napoli - ho alloggiato in questa struttura solo per una notte ma è andata più che bene. la posizione ottima, ad 1 minuti da via dei tribunali. la stanza è piccola ma le due persone è più che sufficiente. c’è aria condizionata, una Smart tv, asciugamani puliti e anche un frigo bar. la cucina in comune è piena di brioche, latte, cereali, cacao, una macchina del caffè, scaldalatte, tutto il necessario per una colazione all’italiana (inclusa nel prezzo). il self check-in è molto facile e la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia prima che la stanza sia pronta sia dopo il check out è stata molto gradita. un’ultima parola la spendo per la signora delle pulizie veramente gentile e per il proprietario (Christian) che nonostante non abbiamo incontrato si è messo da subito disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. tornerò sicuramente la stanza al terzo piano senza ascensore ma nulla di importante alla fine
