Camera fissata 16 gg. prima e data ad altri senza avviso. - Camera prenotata il 9 aprile 2026, orario check-in confermato il 15, arrivati il 25 in struttura non troviamo nessuno, non riceviamo alcuna risposta al numero indicato nella prenotazione, e, reperito un altro numero del B&B su internet, contatto il gestore e, senza aver ricevuto alcun preventivo avviso, mi viene detto che la camera non è più disponibile per overbooking. Ritengo tale spiegazione poco credibile, visto il congruo anticipo della mia prenotazione, e per le particolari modalità del caso (mancato preavviso, nessuno in struttura e mancata risposta al telefono indicato nella prenotazione). Quindi, partiti per trascorrere il ponte del 25 e del 26 aprile nella bellissima città di Napoli, io e mia moglie ci siamo ritrovati per strada con i bagagli al seguito, senza un alloggio in una città dove tutte le strutture risultavano sold out, quasi rassegnati a prendere un treno in giornata per il ritorno. Segnalato immediatamente il problema a Booking, ci è stata fortunatamente assegnata nel pomeriggio una sistemazione alternativa, che, in via eccezionale, vista l'emergenza del caso, ha accettato di ospitarci per una notte nonostante accettasse solo prenotazioni da 2 notti in su (Mastio Panoramic Guesthouse). Chiunque potrà comprendere il disagio, il nervosismo e lo stress subiti che hanno rovinato il resto della agognata vacanza, che doveva essere invece un antidoto e un toccasana per lo stress accumulato quotidianamente sul lavoro. In conclusione, struttura da evitare assolutamente, correttezza e professionalità inesistenti, ovviamente sto valutando un'azione legale di risarcimento.
• Michael (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Neapel - Die Lage passt zu Neapel, laut , authentisch, die Leute hier sind freundlich und kommunikativ, mit ein paar Fußwegen alle Stadtteile zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft ist im vierten Stock , mit einem antiken Aufzug gut zu erreichen. Sie ist absolut ruhig, da. Zum Innenhof, sehr angenehm. Der Gastgeber der Wohnung ist sehr freundlich, eben Neapolitaner. Tip : Die Unterkunft ist leicht zu finden, Hausnummer 23, in den Innenhof gehen , den Portier nach Appartement Atmosphere del Centro fragen, der Weis dann schon, vierter Stock, Oder den Eigentümer vorab kontaktieren, da es sonst schwierig zu finden ist.

Il bagno era bello, ma la caldaia perdeva acqua sugli asciugamani che non abbiamo potuto utilizzare.L ‘ acqua tiepida, mai calda! Colazione non presente. Il parcheggio e’ costato 30€ al giorno!!!!!

• Tania (10/5): Wonderful traditional hotel - Excellent location, beautiful old Napoli building and excellent staff with thoughtful details. We had a toddler with us and the staff ensured we had a few toys, a toddler toilet seat and crocs to avoid slipping on wet floors! Excellent value for money. The lift needs 20 cents but when you check in you get a fob. They are 4th floor so with a lot of heavy bags and no cash this was a little vexing. However the check in staff came down stairs and gave us a fob

Le petit déjeuner devait être pris dans un bistrot très proche et il était satisfaisant. Le lit était de bonne qualité. Le contact avec le propriétaire, Pascuale (par ailleurs très sympathique), n'a pas toujours été facile

The property was filled with old world charm creating the perfect ambiance for us. It was clean and spacious We conveniently enjoyed breakfast of coffee and croissants at the next door cafe.

Het is een veilige buurt en vlakbij openbaar vervoer (metro/bus).Taxi brengt je op 15-20 minuten naar de luchthaven. Het gebouw zelf is prachtig en typisch Napolitaans.De B&B bevindt zich op de 4de verdieping met lift van het historisch gebouw. Binnenin is het zeer rustig en hoor praktisch niets van het straatlawaai. De B&B is prachtig gedecoreerd, antieke en zeer originele spulletjes.De kamer is fantastisch: zeer ruim, hoge plafonds, prachtige inrichting, groot en comfortabel bed. Mooie en origineel gedecoreerde badkamer met douche, antieke wastafel , haardroger, doucheproduct , ruimschoots handdoeken en toilet....alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is een airco, een kleine koelkast en waterkoker op de kamer. Wij vonden deze kamer prachtig en perfect. Alles is antiek gedecoreerd, met smaak en zeer origineel....ver weg van de standaard-onpersoonlijke verblijven, dit is echt typisch , warm en persoonlijk! De communicatie bij aankomst met de eigenaar is vlot via whatsapp, hij is enorm vriendelijk en heette ons zelfs s avonds laat hartelijk welkom.Hij is enorm hulpbereid , gaf ons tips en regelde onze taxi voor de luchthaven.Echt de perfecte gastheer, een grote "Dank U" voor alles. Voor ons was dit de perfecte, originele uitvalsbasis voor ons bezoek aan Napels. Tijdens ons verblijf werkte de t.v. niet, je kon wel netflix kijken maar dit is een detail wat waarschijnlijk verholpen kan worden. De B&B serveert zelf GEEN ontbijt maar net tegenover het gebouw bevinden er zich verschillende zaakjes waar je goed en goedkoop kan ontbijten.

The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great local tips and guidance on transport and things to do. We also really appreciated the flexibility with storing our bags and checking out—it made our travel much smoother. All in all, we had a fantastic time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The cost of the room that we paid, and that was listed on Booking.com, was three times more than the price listed on a card inside the room. I am not quite sure what is going on here, but it felt like we significantly overpaid for a basic room in a hectic part of Naples.

The bnb is decorated in classic Italian grandma style - with hand painted ceramics and inlaid and carved wooden antique furniture. It is located right in downtown Naples, a short walk to the Spanish Quarter, to the port, and to Via Nile shopping.

The room is in an apartment an old mansion, the owners live in a part of it. The name is misleading, there is no "breakfast". The room we stayed in is large but did not have a lot of natural lighting.

Our host, Bozana (and her beautiful dog) were lovely and welcoming. The room itself is huge and beautifully furnished. It had everything we needed, including a fridge, kettle and cups. There was plenty of space to store our suitcases and a good size bathroom (and big shower) with lots of hooks and shelves. It all helped to make our stay very comfortable and relaxed. We liked everything

The bathroom is really perfect with a shower with great pressure that’s also of a good size. Everything was clean, the AC was quiet enough and the room was able to get silent and dark at night. Would definitely go back. Nothing I didn’t like really but I didn’t really need to have my towels put on a hanger to dry better. I’m sure that it would have dried on the hanger.

• Briju (10/5): Exceptional - The host was exceptionally thoughtful all through the process - right from the booking stage, she was in touch with very helpful information and guidance about our visit to Naples, Pompeii and Capri. As a family with children this was particularly important as we had accurate information about all aspects of our stay. The host very kindly supported us with getting local transport organised and also in guiding us on best places to visit. The accommodation is very tastefully decorated, was immaculately clean. Apart from location being quite central the place felt really cosy, comfortable and safe for us as a family. I would highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Naples or surrounding areas. • Dale (10/5): Great location when visiting Naples... will use again! - The location was wonderful and centrally located to everything that we wanted to see and do. The lady who runs the location was so friendly and eager to help. Her english was good and we could communicate well with her. She provided a map and helped identify where everything that we wanted to visit was at. Then she gave suggestions to see along the route to our destination. The room was quiet, but the location was right in the "middle of everything". Exactly what we wanted... decorations were great. We were a party of 4, Mom, Dad and 2 daughters... 22 and 20. Had plenty of space. The only thing not to like is that... its Italy, and parking is always a problem. She does have a recommendation for parking and its pretty convenient... follow her instructions, she will direct you to the large parking structure and it will be reasonable.

• Tarn (10/5): Historic, wonderfully furnished and comfortable room in the heart of Napoli. - We loved the style of the room. Very classic furniture and lovely bedding. Lots of lovely warm light. Quiet, too, considering you are in the very centre of Napoli! The bathroom was funky too, with wonderful ceramics all over the walls and even some little house shoes provided! Great water pressure and heat. We were welcomed very warmly by a wonderful host and made to feel at home. Nothing. It was all wonderful.

An air conditioner kept our room cool when needed. The owner of the property was" the best". She brought lovely strong coffee in the morning. She knew how to get everywhere! She gave us detailed and impassioned advice about what to see and do. If we needed a taxi she called it and established the price. She treated us like family. • Dean (10/5): Charming room on 4th floor of historic building, ascended via quaint antique elevator. - The room is spacious, elegant high-ceilings, adorned with Turkish rug, gorgeous antique furniture, beautiful Italian ceramic tiles and wall-decor pieces, and a most exquisite Murano glass chandelier crowning the middle of each room! Very clean, good a/c, and a comfy bed. Location is just a block away from Metro station, 2 stops from main train station. Very helpful host, e.g. reserved a flat-rate taxi for us to the airport for early the next morning. If we had to identify a couple of minor things to make it even better, we could suggest softer towels. Some travelers may find it difficult to pay in cash rather than carta di credito, but it was no problem for us.

• Gall (10/5): Molto bene - Bozena was exceptionally helpful! The location is excellent. 20 minutes to the archeological museum, 20 minutes to the waterfront! Rooms were quiet, clean and restful.

• Mary (10/5): Lovely hostess. Truly felt like I was part of her family. - Our hostess was amazing. We arrived 3 hours early and incredibly exhausted from a wedding on the coast the night before. She got our beds made for a nap & made us delicious coffee. I will definilty return next time I'm in Naples.

• Joseph (9/5): Bozena is a lovely host. - Breakfast was ok, it was brought in the room every morning by the hostess. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the underground and a very good restaurant. I recommend the underground as it takes you to most sites and museums. There is also a train stop for Pompei which we got to know about later which we could have used. Nothing really.

• Denise (10/5): Exceptional - Most beautiful room in an amazing apartment. Very large room with high ceiling felt like an apartment within the house. Charming, helpful and friendly host. 5 mins. from Port and also Alibus to train station and airport (5euro). Close to all sights. Sorry we weren't there longer and also that we hadn't booked breakfast in room as it looked great in photos and very good value. I would recommend this accommodation to everyone. Bed super comfortable and shower good and turbo hairdryer. So much better than an hotel.
