• David (10/5): This is a gem of a B and B in center city. - Location is great to access the city. Our host was fabulous! He served us and sang to us! The breakfast on the roof was amazing. Would use this place again for sure. There was not anything we did not like. A great B and B.
• Ulrike (9/5): Hübsches, familiäre B&B mit toller Dachterrasse! - Es gibt eine wunderschöne Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick über die ganze Bucht, die Stadt und den Vesuv. Gabriele und seine Familie bemühen sich, einem jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, er besorgte z. B. jeden Morgen für mich glutenfreie Croissants zum Frühstück! Sonnensegel auf der Dachterrasse wären prima gewesen, aber es war recht windig, vielleicht werden sie noch aufgebaut.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach toll und super zentral gelegen, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, die total nett und unglaublich zuvorkommend sind ❤️. Gabriele und seine Familie sind wundervolle Gasstgeber. Im Hinterhof sehr ruhig gelegen und trotzdem zentral. Das absolute Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse – einfach ein Traum! Wir würden diese Unterkunft jedem sofort weiterempfehlen und kommen selbst sehr gerne wieder! 🫶 Gibt keine Verbesserungen. Alles top

Jeśli szukacie miejsca, które łączy w sobie domową atmosferę z autentycznym klimatem tego niezwykłego miasta, nie mogliście trafić lepiej. ​Co najbardziej mnie zachwyciło? ​Lokalizacja: Hotel znajduje się w idealnym punkcie – blisko kluczowych zabytków i świetnej komunikacji, a jednocześnie pozwala poczuć prawdziwe życie Neapolu tuż za progiem. ​Pokoje: Bardzo czyste, przestronne i urządzone ze smakiem. Widać, że właściciele dbają o każdy szczegół, aby goście czuli się komfortowo. Łóżka są niezwykle wygodne – idealne na regenerację po całodniowym zwiedzaniu. ​Obsługa: To największy atut tego miejsca! Gospodarze są niezwykle pomocni, gościnni i zawsze uśmiechnięci. Our taxi driver had no idea how to find this place and it is not easy to figure out how to access. The signage on the street is rather small.

Le logement est bien situé, le copieux petit-déjeuner est préparé avec soin et la baignoire spa est appréciable en fin de journée! La terrasse et sa vue imprenable doivent être fort agréables l'été.

Bij aankomst kregen we een aperitief aangeboden op het dakterras met lekkere hapjes en veel uitleg over de bezienswaardigheden in Napels. - Een aantal latten van de lattenbodem zaten los. Deze vielen eruit. We zijn het vergeten te melden....onze excuses.

• Daniel (10/5): Nous recommandons fortement cet hébergement. - Nous avons séjourné une seule nuit du 12 au 13 septembre 2025. Nous avons eu un très bel accueil de Gabriel avec un aperetivo sur le roof top avec une vue incroyable sur le Vésuve et la baie de Naples. L’hébergement est propre, confortable, au calme mais très bien situé. Notre avion du lendemain partant tôt, il nous a accommodé pour servir le déjeuner plus tôt. Un très bon déjeuner en quantité et en fraîcheur toujours sur sa magnifique terrasse. Le veille, nous avions eu droit à de la musique et des chansons napolitaines interprétées par Gabriel lui-même. Un très beau moment. Lorsque nous reviendrons à Naples nous envisagerons sûrement cet hébergement mais pour plus qu’une nuitée cette fois.

• ATSUKO (9/5): 美味しいナポリのピザに大満足！ - 暑かったナポリで、クーラーが良く効いたクラッシックなお部屋｡シャワーの出もよく、お部屋は清潔だった｡またオーナーのガブリエルさんはとても親切で､到着時冷たいアペリティフで歓迎してくれた｡また美味しいピザのお店を教えてくれたり、彼のスクーターでナポリの見どころをミニツアーした後ピザ屋に連れて行ってくれた｡ ナポリの国立考古学博物館の近くで、かなりきつい坂の上にあり､下りは良いけど登りはちょっと大変？です。
• Emma (10/5): Outstanding property made even more wonderful by the host of dreams! - Gabriele was born to be a host! Unbelievably kind and courteous he went so far out of his way to make our stay wonderful. The room was enormous! It felt like a mini apartment. Spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, cool and calm, it was an oasis in a hot busy City. Breakfast was beautiful, we really appreciated being able to choose exactly what we wanted. The view from the terrace was outstanding, to look over the bay of Naples and Vesuvius every day was a dream. Gabriele’s evening entertainment is utterly full of joy. We are missing it terribly and can’t wait to return! Nothing! It’s perfect!

Wieczorem Gabriela organizował przemiłe muzyczne wieczorki na tarasie. Pokoje czyściutkie i gustownie urządzone. Jeżeli będę wybierał się do Neapolu, napewno skorzystam z oferty Gabriela. The room was very comfortable – perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The rooftop view was absolutely stunning, a perfect spot for a morning coffee or evening wind-down. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, creating a warm and friendly environment. The location is excellent – peaceful, yet within easy reach of the city's main attractions. If I ever return to Naples – such a unique and unforgettable city – I will definitely stay again at Nel Regno di Napoli. Highly recommended! There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like – everything was perfect.

• Daria (10/5): Cozy and beautiful B&B with a unique roof terrace. - The B&B Nel Regno di Napoli is beautifully central and close to the subway. The rooftop terrace was the highlight. Up there, you have a wonderful view of Naples and plenty of seating. Gabriele was very friendly and fulfilled our every wish. He was always available to answer any questions. The rooms are very nice. We highly recommend the B&B. Thank you so much Gabriele, for the wonderful time. We would love to come back.
• Michael (9/5): Fabulous stay - Great location and wonderful family run B&B. Elevator makes for great access and the patio on roof gives great view of bay and mt Vesuvius. Also a hot tub we didn’t use as we were here specifically for Archaeological museum and Herculaneum,Pompeii. The only reason would not give a 10 was poor internet in our room but very good in the breakfast area. Would recommend to anyone.

• Iaroslav (9/5): Superb - - the owner was really friendly and always opened for any kind of query; - the location is lovely, you can reach all main attractions within walking distance; - beautiful terrace on the roof; - spacious rooms; - good A/C - enough space to store your own stuff; - authentic design of the rooms; - good Italian breakfast which includes basic stuff: eggs, bakery, coffee, fruits. - would suggest during winter times to take skippers, the floor during winter time was really cold, but I think it is not a big issue during summer

• Dawn (10/5): Host is amazing! - Host is amazing! He really goes out of his way to make sure your stay is perfect. Communication is easy through WhatsApp - conquers any language barriers. When we asked how to get to the rooftop terrace, rather than just answering, he sent a video along with directions. Check in and check out were very easy also. Breakfast is whatever you want, served quickly when you are ready. Great lodging! Visited in mid-Oct and it rained heavily for two days. Not the lodging’s fault but it made getting around the city a bit difficult because of the increased traffic. Not all taxi drivers were willing to take us from the port (where our conference was held) to the lodging due to the heavy traffic. Lodging loaned us umbrellas which were lifesavers!!!

From the moment you arrive until you leave, they strive to delight you. The Inn is lovely with the authentic feel of the past but with the conveniences of today. Having an elevator is amazing! The rooftop terrace is the highlight of the property! Breakfast is served there each morning while staring at Naples Harbour and Mt. Vesuvius. It is absolutely breathtaking! This accommodation is a very special property. You have to experience it. We had the pleasure of enjoying a private tour of the Amalfi coast with Mario, the son of Gabriele, the proprietor. It was wonderful and he is a lovely young man. We celebrated our anniversary while staying here. Gabriele hosted a lovely gathering on the rooftop for us with champagne, cake and music. It was magical. Not a thing!

• Susan (9/5): Fabulous stay - We were offered a choice of rooms with antique furnishings. Our room was very spacious and had a huge bathroom with a jacuzzi. Everywhere was clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with drinks and aperitifs on the rooftop terrace when we arrived and had amazing views across the city and to Vesuvius. For breakfast there was a great choice of items on a menu to be chosen the night before which was taken on the roof terrace. The area was safe, quiet and convenient to most places of interest. The rooms were clean and the roof top terrace was stunning ! The host was kind and always available. Breakfast served on the rooftop or in your room every morning. The shower temperature was unpredictable, but that was not a big deal.

We let him know our arrival time and when we came in from Pompeii he had appertivos for us to enjoy on the terrace with music. He also had 2 rooms available so let us look at both and choose our favorite! The room was spacious, modern and clean. There was an upstairs room with door and an open master bedroom. The bathroom was HUGE with a spa bath and separate shower. Gabriele provided us with a menu of breakfast items and had us select what we wanted the night before. The pastries, eggs and coffee were great and much enjoyed on the terrace which overlooks the whole city. The A/C was situated upstairs where the twin beds were located. The downstairs room was quite warm so our daughter couldn't close her door upstairs and made for a cold room. The description listed a washer and dryer. Every other place we stayed in Italy that listed that had it in our room. Here we had to walk a couple blocks to a laundromat.
• Katrina (10/5): Exceptional - We stayed here for one night which was the first night of our honeymoon. Gabriele (the owner) runs the B and B with his family and you can really tell as they were all very caring. We arrived at around midnight and arranged for us to have a complimentary aperitif on the rooftop terrace as they heard it was our honeymoon which was thoughtful! They also have us a room upgrade which was very spacious, clean, comfortable and had an amazing big bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub! The breakfast was delicious which we had from the rooftop terrace able to see so much of Naples. We went out exploring in the morning. Was very nice accom, would stay again if returning to Naples. Nothing :)
• Rohit (10/5): The stay is fabulous! - Experience: The owner Gabriele, his son & daughter our so hospitable. Our flight got delayed but Mario waited for us patiently at the airport. Although we reached arnd 12 midnight, they still served us apertivi at their roof and the experience was magical with the entire view of the Naples. Room: The room was spacious, comfortable with air conditioning. Breakfast: My wife is a vegetarian and they accommodated our special request for avocado as well for breakfast. Loved the stay and would definitely come back here!! 😊🙏 Everything was amazing!

• Jessica (10/5): One of the best stays I’ve ever had! The most fun host! - I had the BEST stay at this property! Gabriele was an absolutely amazing host. He met me outside of the hotel on the first day that I arrived. Then he had an aperitif ready for me on the terrace which was gorgeous. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and he accommodated my vegan diet. The highlight of my stay was when he took me on a crazy motorbike ride around all of Naples!!! My final night, he played music for all of the guests up on the terrace and it was such a fun time. I would highly recommend staying here - I travel a LOT and this was one of my best stays ever!! From the welcoming drink and snacks on the rooftop terrace to generous breakfasts accompanied by opera and incredible views, as well as arranging airport transportation for us, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and our bathroom was huge with plenty of hot water and pressure. The location is easy walking distance to two metro stops and tons of restaurants and shops. And there is a lift if needed. We highly recommend this B&B and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Napoli! Everything was great.

• Littlegeneric (10/5): One of the best properties I have EVER stayed in!!! - This is one of the best properties I've stayed in. First, the area is perfect. Very close to the Metro, the museum, and the historic area. The apartment itself is HUGE, and has a rooftop balcony with the most incredible view of the city and the volcano. Sitting on the roof as the sunset was one of the highlights of my whole trip. Additionally, the owners of the property treat you like family. It was my boyfriend's birthday during our stay, and they surprised him with a delicious cake and bottle of champagne. Stop reading reviews and book this place - it's amazing. I'll be back!!! : ) Absolutely nothing - it's perfect.

• Ian (9/5): Pleasant stay in central location. - We had specifically requested a room with a bath, but it turned out that the bath had a leak, so the staff upgraded us to a superior room with a spa bath for no extra charge. They were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. You need to send them a text or whatsapp message the evening before with your breakfast choices; we didn't manage that on our first night as the message didn't come through in full, but we soon got it sorted out. The hotel is very close to the Archeological Museum, although there is a ramp and a short hill to climb to reach it. The view from the roof terrace is exceptional!

• Vojtěch (9/5): Perfect view! - The reason to choose this accommodation is definitely the breathtaking view of the whole city, Vesuvius and Capri. You can have a breakfast there or sit there any time you want. Gabriele, the owner, is very nice. He allowed us a very early check in. He offers you to choose from many things for breakfast. The room is simple, clean, cleaned every day. Metro is around 5 minutes awya by walk. In the street there is a small market as well. The room is simple with older furniture and some mistakes like broken toilet flush button, but it definitely won't disturb much your stay.

My mother and I arrived Naples at midnight, and Gabriele comforted our stomachs with a warm welcome party in the terrace. Every day breakfast was great! Even once we left at 6 o'clock in the morning, Gabriele prepared fresh breakfast in advance and arranged for his son to drive us to the airport and port. The scenery of the terrace was amazing, with a view of the volcano and the coast of Naples. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the museum, the best hotel! I will recommend it to everyone who comes to Naples. Nothing

Gabriele and his daughter Enza, were gracious hosts. Gabriele went above and beyond to help make our last couple of days in Italy wonderful. He not only helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure, but also drove our car to and from the parking garage. He also entertained us with his beautiful voice, singing Neapolitan songs, as we sat on the rooftop enjoying our last evening in Naples. The street where the property is located, as with other streets in Naples, was very narrow and congested.

The rooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable, the location is easily accessible - the port is only 20 minutes walk and all the main attractions are within walking distance. The huge sun terrace is beautiful, offering panoramic views of the gorgeous city, the breakfast is fresh and delicious. Gabriele plays excellent music in the evenings on the terrace where you can enjoy an aperitivo. Nothing was too much trouble - Gabriele gave me restaurant and activity suggestions, helped me with my luggage and will be a lifelong friend. I will be back soon! N/A
