• Michaela (5/5): Overall, despite the helpful host and good communication, the stay itself was not as comfortable as we expected. - Overall, the stay had both positive and negative aspects. Communication with the host was excellent throughout the whole stay. We received many great restaurant recommendations, the room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed regularly, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were also some important downsides. There was visible mold on the bathroom wall, which should definitely be addressed (picture). The biggest issue, however, was the noise insulation. The room is located directly next to a shared kitchen/common area, and the walls are extremely thin. Even normal conversations between other guests become very disruptive and can easily be heard from the room. If people spend time there in the evening or return late at night, it is very difficult to rest properly, even when they are simply talking at a normal volume.

• GIUSEPPE (7/5): - L'établissement est parfaitement situé dans le coeur authentique et vivant de Naples avec ses cafés, restaurants et boutiques où vous pouvez trouver de tout, du quotidien jusqu'au superflu. Une bonne partie de ce qui est à visiter se trouve dans un court rayon. C'est vraiment la qualité 4 étoiles du lieu. A cela vient s'ajouter le calme de la chambre quand la rue est en perpétuelle effervescence de jour comme de nuit. Contrairement à beaucoup de commentaires, je ne vois pas en quoi le petit déjeuner est ¨exceptionnel¨ quand on a juste la possibilité d'obtenir avec un coupon par personne: un café ou un jus d'orange pressé avec une viennoiserie trop sucrée dans un café situé à quelques mètres de l'établissement et tenu par un personnel très aimable au demeurant. Mais surtout, dans sa présentation, l'établissement, qui se situe entre le 3ème et 2ème étage, ne précise pas que l'utilisation de l'ascenseur, montée et descente, se fait obligatoirement avec une pièce de 10 centimes! Par ailleurs, Giovanni, qui sert d'intermédiaire, n'avait pas pu nous accueillir, ce qui fut bien dommage car il nous a envoyé une vidéo informative quant à l'ouverture/enregistrement/entrée dans l'établissement qui étaient obsolète et ses explications brumeuses. Pour finir, impossible de se connecter au réseau wifi. Là aussi, Giovanni pas au top. Et la cafetière dans la cuisine dysfonctionnelle qui a provoqué un court-circuit partiel de l'établissement.

La chambre donne sur une rue très bruyante et l'isolation est trop faible. On rajoute à cela des voisines qui rentrent dans la nuit en braillant et en claquant les portes, ça fait des petites nuits.
• John (10/5): - The accommodation is in a great, non-touristy area easily accessible to everything that this amazing city has to offer. The breakfast in the cafe next door was a perfect start to the day. The National Archaeological Museum, which is a very short walk away and an unmissable treat for the senses. There are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants all around, but the beautiful en suite room is a cosy, well-sound-insulated retreat. A perfect choice.

Accessibility to the apartment is not straightforward, you need to pay 10 cents to use the elevator (this is absolutely fine, but would have appreciated a heads up, so I could have brought some change), also, we struggled to find the breakfast place and there was no indication of it on the voucher, so we would have appreciated at least in a whatsapp message to say which exact Cafe we would need to go to

• Claudiacast (10/5): Bel week end Napoletano - Ottimo B&B nel quartiere Sanità, a due passi dal centro e da ben due stazioni della metro. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione centrale con una sola fermata di metro. Giovanni è stato molto gentile e disponibile nel darci indicazioni sia per spostarci verso il centro che per darci indicazioni su ristoranti dove mangiare sia nelle vicinanze della struttura che in pieno centro storico. La stanza era di buone dimensioni, pulita e silenziosa, così come l'ampio bagno. Per la colazione ci è stato fornito un buono per farla al bar sotto casa. Se dovessimo tornare a Napoli non mancheremo di prenotare nuovamente questa struttura. Nulla. Se dovessimo cercare il pelo nell'uovo, suggerirei di lasciare nella cucina comune a disposizione degli ospiti qualche bustina di te, tisane, camomilla, zucchero e qualche capsula di caffè, visto che c'era un bollitore e una macchina del caffè di cui purtroppo non abbiamo potuto usufruire per mancanza dei prodotti.

Even when you arrive in the night time it looks little dangerous , when you wake up you realize it is a calm part of the city. We had to pay extra 20 euro for late check in ( we arrived at 10pm) and we were told this when we arrived on Napoli airport what is not fair in my opinion. And if you want to use a lift inside the building you have to put 10 cents or it doesn´t work

Very clean. All necessary facilities were provided. The hotel is located in city center. I reached most of sightseeings by foot for 20-30 minutes (I like to walk). However subway stations are very close to the location. Ciro was always helpful and available in case of any questions. Thank you !

The host is very caring and we had good communication. Also the breakfast is simple but convenient for people who want to schedule their breakfast time flexibly Maybe the only thing i can say is our double bed has two single mattresses together so sometimes we need to adjust a bit. But the bed is still comfortable and I am okay with that.

Self-service breakfast is also convenient. The location is also very much convenient. You can easily get to the city center just by crossing a street, there are also some museums nearby and just next to a metro/underground train station.

He was very thorough with directions, any recommendations he gave were amazing and the B&B had everything you needed. The beds were typical Italian beds, which weren’t really comfortable for me but was to be expected. You find them in most other places as well.

Rione Sanita is an neighbourhood to discover, and in walking distance from the historic centre and many other sights. I really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!
