• Petra (10/5): Wir haben 5 Tage in Neapel verbracht und waren begeistert. - Das Frühstück war phantastisch und ließ keine Wünsche offen, die Gastgeber Costantina und Massimo waren sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit bei jeglichen Anliegen. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal! Die Lage ist prima, sowohl das touristische Zentrum bergab als auch Vomero mit dem Castel Sant`Elmo bergauf waren gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann sich aber ebenso gut für kleines Geld in die nur 50m entfernt gelegene Seilbahn setzen. Wir fühlten uns auf dem Corso mitten im Leben, direkt unterhalb des B&B ist ein phantastischer Bäcker und gegenüber ein kleiner Supermarkt. Unser Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und mit einem feinen Bad ausgestattet und nicht zu vergessen, der geräumige Kühlschrank. Wir waren begeistert und wenn wir nochmal nach Neapel kommen, dann bestimmt wieder dorthin.

• Yvonne (10/5): - We werden erg vriendelijk onthaald. Ontbijt smorgens erg lekker en ruim voldoende. Een kabeltrein in de buurt dus makkelijk om boven en beneden te komen.. Zeker een b&b waar we zullen terug komen mochten we Napels nogmaals bezoeken.

Muchas atracciones quedan cerca y nos sentimos seguros todo el tiempo, tanto de dia, como de noche. Las camas son amplias y muy comodas. El desayuno exquisito, muy buen cafe y masas dulces. Pero lo mejor, fue la atencion de Maximiliano y Constantina. Volveremos!!! Todo supero nuestras expectativas.

La stanza era semplicemente splendida: ampia, pulita e persino profumata. Ogni dettaglio era curato con attenzione e ciò ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole e confortevole. Mi hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare il bagaglio in struttura e il proprietario è stato così gentile da rassicurarmi anche riguardo all'esame che avrei sostenuto quella mattina. Consigliatissimo!

El desayuno muy bueno y además consultan las preferencias sobre si dulce o salado. Massimo y Constantina súper amables y encantadores, estaban dispuestos a ayudar con todo. La ubicación es buenísima porque esta cerca del centro sin estar dentro del bullicio de la ciudad. Repetiremos sin duda!

There’s almost no running hot water in the morning (I couldn’t get the water to heat up) The staff treat you like a number, don’t treat you like a person but more just they have to do their job. The place isn’t really that convenient, the only upside is the location but otherwise it’s a pretty low quality Airbnb. I was not happy.

Ottima colazione con brioche , cornetti e sfogliatelle con la possibilità di avere a disposizione prodotti adatti a nostro figlio con problemi di allergia.Posizione strategica, vicino alla funicolare, al centro e con parcheggio a pagamento proprio di fronte. Getting in was difficult because no one was there when we first arrived and you have to pay (with only a 10 cent coin) to use the elevator. • Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Loved the welcome we got and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Excellent varied breakfasts and the B&B was very clean. The provided Aircon is essential and having a fridge to store our drinks is a masterstroke. The hosts were very patient with our language barrier and helped use translation tools to pass on information about such things as our early checkout. Very well situated in some respects, as a supermarket, bakery and tasty pizzeria are literally yards away and close to the funicular which is essential for access to the more touristy areas without having to navigate hills and demented vespa drivers. Thanks for a lovely stay, B&B La Casa di Có Finding the B&B is tricky as it is quite hidden. We muddled through and managed to find it with luck and a helpful courtyard attendant. There is a gate that may be locked to a shared courtyard, then you have to gain access to a shared stairwell, both protected by intercoms and very little signage. Quite a long walk (20-30 mins) to nearest ATM
• Sabrina (10/5): A delightful stay! - I really enjoyed my stay at the Casa di Cò. Both the room and bathroom were super clean (the bed-sheets smelled so good!). The bedroom was large, full of light and had a mini fridge, a closet, a small combination safe and a desk with a chair. There were fresh towels in the bathroom, shampoo, shower gel, a hair dryer, and even a magnifying make-up mirror, which I appreciated a lot because it's super useful but really hard to find, sometimes they don't have one in high-end hotels! Breakfast is included. It was a really rich sweet breakfast, with lots of choice - I had the most amazing sfogliatella (a flaky pastry with ricotta) and an excellent cappuccino. The two owners were delightful and very helpful. They gave me advice for transportation (taxi) and made sure that I had everything I needed. I'll just give you an example of how nice they were. I was there for a conference and, on my second day, I had to leave the B&B very early, before breakfast time. The owner arranged for me to have breakfast at a nearby cafe! Since I was in Naples for work, I didn't really have the time to enjoy some sightseeing, but the B&B is ideally positioned to explore the city and it's just a few steps away from the funicolare.

PICTURES LOOK MODERN AND ARE NO WAY REPRESENTATIVE OF THE REALITY VALIDATE RIDICULOUS CHECK IN HOURS BEFORE BOOKING: 1-4PM ONLY NON ITALIAN NATIVES BEWARE SOLO FEMALE TRAVELLERS BEWARE** - Flexibility: Inexistant. - Knocked on my door at 9:40AM to perform daily cleaning because owners wanted to go home for the day. So I had to get out now or no daily cleaning for me. - - Check in hours from 1-4pm. When I realized this, my booking was 100% refundable however owner said no problem to check in at 8pm so I kept my booking. My train as shown on the picture attached was delayed over 1h. I advised owner via Booking.com at every step. I got here at 9:11pm as i has told him and was welcomed with an angry host saying he waited 2 hours for me and he is doing me a favour, that I owe him thank you for doing me a favour , that the train delays are not his problem and check in ends at 4pm. The train delay is unfortunate for everyone in the situation and but fact is it’s out of anyone’s control. Why agree to later check in in the first place if it’s to make me feel horrible about it? Why do I pay over 120 euros a night for 2 nights to stay at his establishment to have to kiss owner’s ass when prior agreements were made ? Complete lack of professionalism and agressive Italian man is more than scary as a solo woman after sunset night in that neighborhood of Napoli. - Cleanliness: Old white STAINED bed sheets. Floor hasn’t been cleaned in ages. Found lump of hair in shower, next to the bathroom, on the bedroom floor and on the towels provided. Shower so clogged up you have water up to you ankles after 2 minutes. Nasty mold in shower. See pictures! - Communication: HORRIBLE.Only answers you in Italian. UP TO THE CUSTOMER to use google translate. They messaged me on what’s app from 2 different numbers asking check in time, and twice on Booking.

• Mary (8/5): This was a good location for exploring the historic centre of Napoli - La Casa do Co is near the Spanish Quarter, a very interesting location, and a good place to stay, though about 40 minutes walk from the train station (I took a taxi there). You can use the bus to get into the centre of Napoli. My host was friendly and helpful. The room was quiet and clean.

The location was very convenient: the Corso V.E. is full of practical shops (common food etc.), while the touristic area Via Chiaia is in a close distance (go down through Via Santa Catherina da Siena), from which Piazza del Plebiscito with the cathedral, and even marina and Castell dell Ovo are also accessible by foot, sit for a wine when going back. The place was quite clean, a sort of family type apartment. Given the prize of the accommodation with cheaper (though new) equipment. Forgot to say that there was absolutely no noise from the street. On the other hand, my room (the door) was not insulated. For a night or two no problem. A delicious sweet breakfast served in the hallway. Knowledge of English very basic, but I got not only the receipt but even a nice talk. Clearly an apartment with an atmosphere! A practical note (9/2022): Google maps (if used on a computer) correctly find the address (Corso V.E. 244) as well as the B&B. But if you use "Show direction" in Booking.com (in the browser or in the mobile app), it sends you to the tagged location close to Castello Aselmeyer (CVE 166 or similar) about 1 km to the west. To be sure, the B&B is located not far from Santa Caterina da Siena church.
