Das kleine Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut ausgestattet, von Croissants über Müsliflocken, Yoghurt, frisches Obst, Eier etc. ist für jeden etwas dabei. Rodolfo und sein Team sind super: hilfsbereit, sehr freundlich und kompetent. Man fühlt sich richtig wohl und willkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Nichts!

• Veronica (10/5): Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí y lo recomendamos al 100 % - Nuestra experiencia en Residenza Corte Antica ha sido inmejorable. La ubicación es perfecta, ideal para moverse por Venecia con facilidad y a la vez en una zona tranquila. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, la habitación cómoda y el desayuno muy completo, con variedad y productos de buena calidad. Queremos destacar especialmente la atención de Lilliya, que fue de 10. Siempre muy pendiente de nosotros, amable y cercana. Como único detalle a tener en cuenta, hay que subir dos pisos hasta las habitaciones, pero no es nada pesado y no empaña en absoluto la experiencia.

• Cintia (10/5): Se tem um lugar perfeito, é aqui! - Super fácil localizar chegando por S.Lucia, o trajeto até o píer é super rápido e fácil, boa localização aos pontos turísticos, a recepção de Rodolfo foi excepcional para nos deixar bem acomodados, nos auxiliou para subir com com as malas até o quarto (só escada mas isso não é problema pra nós), nos forneceu um mapa com os melhores locais para visitar. O hotel é super aconchegante, o quarto é perfeito!!! Enorme, eu e meu esposo ficamos em um que tem banheiro privativo, sala e quarto, o banheiro é grande, bem equipado, com varal elétrico para secar as toalhas, chuveiro maravilhoso e o espaço para banho ótimo. Tudo muito limpo, organizado, móveis super bonitos, cama grande, lençóis, travesseiros e toalhas super macias, tem um frigobar abastecido com produtos com um custo bom, ar condicionado, chaleira com café e chá a vontade. O café da manhã é sensacional, frutas, iogurte, leite, café, suco, pães, petfours, geleias, queijos, ovos, sem contar com o espaço para o café com música ambiente super agradável, as louças impecáveis. A Lilian que serve o café é super simpática, mesmo nós só falando português e ela italiano, se esforçou para se comunicar conosco. Eu recomento este local de olhos fechados. Acho que só faltou um microondas, mesmo que coletivo para esquentar alguma refeição, eu não gosto de sair à noite, prefiro jantar no quarto.

Die Vaporetto Station Accademia ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, Markusplatz usw. ganz einfach und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleines Frühstücksbuffet wo es an nichts fehlte. Rudolfo ist ein toller Gastgeber der uns mit vielen Venedig Tipps versorgte. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder.
• Jane (10/5): - The rooms were absolutely fantastic. Spacious, well equipped and clean. There was a well stocked mini fridge and plenty of storage. Breakfasts were amazing with a good selection including fresh fruit. We have stayed in several accommodations in Italy and Residenza Corte Antica B & B was by far the best. Located in the heart of San Marco. Close to everything you need. We would highly recommend it.
• Tuncay (10/5): - Ontbijt was heerlijk en uitgebreid, je komt je kamer uit en je ruikt de crossaints al op de gang. Locatie was perfect heel centraal op 15 min loopafstand van de meeste bekende bezienswaardigheden. De dames die het ontbijt klaar maakten waren ook heel behulpzaam en gaven goedr handige tips over de bezienswaardigheden, ik heb meer aan hen gehad dan de persoon bij de receptie die hebben we in de 4 dagen dat we daar verbleven maar 1 x gezien. Alles was perfect alleen ik had het eerder ook gelezen op de revieuws dat de goot van de douche vol liep, dat was ook zo waar ik totaal niet van hou, maar op een gegeven moment liep het weer leeg.

No staff present at night but readily available by what’s app. Difficult to find by directions but very close to transport and restaurants once you find it the first time. Staff was incredibly helpful. Great location
• Tracy (10/5): Great little find in Venice - This B&B is a great find and very close to the San Samuele vaporetto stop. Rodolfo met us at the B&B, he was helpful and very knowledgeable giving tips on things to see and places to eat. He supplied a map and marked areas of interest. As we were early our room was not quite ready but we were shown to a small bathroom downstairs to allow us to freshen up and change into something cooler, we were able to leave our luggage which was taken to our room when ready. The room was lovely with a fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Lilia who helped with the breakfast was a delight. Breakfast is not a full English but if like us you prefer the more continental breakfast you will not be disappointed, food was plentiful and consisted of cereal, cold meats, cheese, rolls croissants, small cakes, orange juice and other pastries/biscuits. We will definitely return.

Le stanze sono bellissime, arredate con gusto e pulitissime; la colazione è molto buona con brioche fresche, frutta, yogurt biologici e molto altro. Inoltre la posizione della struttura è molto comoda per visitare San Marco la mattina presto oppure la sera quando la maggior parte dei turisti se ne sono già andati… Consigliamo questa struttura per chiunque voglia visitare il cuore di Venezia.

• Catherine (10/5): A really wonderful place to stay in beautiful Venice! - The room was spacious in comparison to many rooms in Venice. It was also very comfortable. The breakfast was great and the staff were also great, very helpful and welcoming! Unfortunately there was a bit of construction noise going on at a property close by the B&B but this was happening during working hours so should not affect too many people wanting to be out and about sightseeing….
