Everything is close by, good restaurants and attractions in 15-20 minutes walk (Sotterranea, Duomo). Garibaldi station and the port can be reached in 35-40 minutes walk. The room and the bathroom were very clean, they are like new ones. Size of the room is perfect for a couple. We received delicious breakfast, prepared by our host, Anna. She was so kind, helpful and as an extra bonus, she prepared a breakfast box for the day when we needed to leave, as it was so early. To sum it up, it is a perfect accomodation to explore Naples during a weekend, you receive great value for your money. We definitely return back when we visit Naples again.

Forse sarebbe più giusto offrire anche una colazione light ad un prezzo più basso come alternativa per chi vuole mangiare poco. La stanza è ampia, confortevole e pulita. La proprietaria è molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione molto centrale rispetto alle attrazioni di Napoli. Lo consiglio a tutti. Il prezzo è un po' alto.

Camera accogliente e pulitissima sotto ogni aspetto. Inoltre hai a dispozione cucina, macchina del caffè con relative cialde e bollitore per tisane e camomille. Se dovessi tornare a Napoli, Toledo Point sarà nuovamente punto di riferimento per il soggiorno.

• Carsten (10/5): Perfekt. - Die Gastgeberin Anna kümmert sich sehr fürsorglich um ihre Gäste und ist immer erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet und außergewöhnlich vielfältig. Am Abreisetag musste ich sehr früh zum Flughafen. Anna hat mir trotzdem ein kleines Frühstück bereitgestellt, was nicht selbstverständlich ist und ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Haupteinkaufsstraße Via Toledo. Die Metrostation Toledo und die beiden Bahnhöfe am Montesanto sind sehr einfach und fußläufig zu erreichen.

Pulizia impeccabile e accoglienza eccezionale da parte della Signora Anna, che gestisce il B&B con grande gentilezza e disponibilità. Il B&B si trova nel cuore di via Toledo, vicino a negozi, bar, ristoranti (come la storica trattoria Nennella) e a pochissimi passi dalla fermata Toledo della Linea 1 della metropolitana. Ottima colazione e comodissimo il servizio di deposito bagagli, di cui abbiamo usufruito. Un ringraziamento anche al ragazzo che ci ha gentilmente aspettato per il ritiro delle valigie al check-out. Consigliatissimo, sicuramente ci torneremo!

Le camere pulite con tutti confort tra l'altro nonostante si trova al centro della città regna il silenzio. È stata un esperienza a dir poco favolosa. Anna insieme alla sua famiglia sono delle persone favolose ti fanno sentire a casa (una sfogliatella offerta a dir poco favoloso) siete stati gentilissimi ci rivedremo molto presto

Maria hat bereits vorab per WhatsApp Kontakt aufgenommen und uns Tipps für den Weg vom Flughafen gegeben. Sie kümmerte sich rührend um unser Wohl und bereitete selbst das Frühstück für uns zu, inkl. Ei, Prosciutto, Käse und zusätzliche Kleinigkeiten und Süßes. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß die gesamte Zentrum, beide Funiculare und auch den Hafen erreichen (25 Minuten). Das Zimmer geht in einen Innenhof, was zwar nicht schön, aber auf dieser belebten Straße eher ruhig war.

• Ellen (9/5): Fantastisch! - Toledo Pont is in het centrum van Napels gelegen. Anna is bereid je overal mee te helpen en het contact via whatsapp verloopt prettig. Het enige minpuntje is dat de kamers wat gehorig zijn. Voor de rest was alles top.

Looks in good recently renovated condition (Oct25) Bed was (Oct25) too soft and springy, if you lay 2, you feel, wobble and rock on each slightest move of your bed partner - soft beds are not good for your back after long day walking. Hope host finds a way to sort this issue, after this this would be best place to stay in Napoly.

The B&B proprietor, Anna, was fantastic in helping us our first night as our checked bags did not arrive in Naples with us. She also hosted great breakfasts and provided a breakfast bag on our final morning as we were checking out early, and offered suggestions for local dining. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet – free from street noise. The location was in the heart of the Toledo area with many restaurant and shopping options. It is a short walk to the Metro, a 15 walk to the National Archeology Museum and Piazza Plebiscito, and 10 minutes to the Montesanto Funicular station. There is a taxi stand in front of the building as well. I highly recommend staying at Toledo Point when in Naples! Nothing - everything was positive.

The host, Anna, was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, she prepared delicious homemade breakfasts and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Best of all, the location couldn’t be better as it was right in the heart of all the main attractions, so everything is within walking distance, yet still peaceful and quiet inside. I would highly recommend Toledo Point, it truly exceeded every our expectation. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about.

• Karla (10/5): Exceptional - The owner, Anna, was wonderful! She cooked fabulous homemade breakfasts! There were 3 individual rooms. Everything was new and had been completely remodeled. We were there with 2 other couples, and we all enjoyed it immensely!

• Nikola (10/5): Nice and comfortable in the city center - Location was perfect and host was very kind. She let us stay 2h longer for checkout since next guests were coming later than expected. Nothing. Bathroom was a bit narrow but it is all good. Do jot want to be picky.

• Zorica (10/5): We will be back for sure ! - I liked everything about our three nights stay at Teledo Point in Napoli. Anna is a fantastic host and it is clear that she really care about her guests. Clean rooms in a very convenient and safe location. Thank you Anna for a wonderful stay. We highly recommend this accommodation. 👌

• Summer_will_soon_be_here (8/5): Good location, average b&b - Location ia great. Warm and welcoming reception. Room is clean and large. The b&b is in a business center and clearly does not give the "home" vibe. Rooms are not isolated, be ready to wake up to every room's breakfast chats.
• Sean (9/5): This place is in amazing location, with a super host. - Location, Location, Location. The multi colored light shower :-). The host was super nice and accommodating. Wish we had extra regular pillows. We could have asked, and I am sure we would have gotten them, but we were only there one night. Initially, trying to find the place was a little challenging as there isn't any exterior signage, but again, once you know where it is at the location is amazing.

• Franciscus (10/5): Great stay, great location, very friendly staff - It’s located in the Naples center of attraction, but when you got in to the room it was very quiet Nothing
• Janos (9/5): BnB with a great host a family atmosphere breakfast - Anna is a great host, really kind and attentive, responsive on chat (WhatsApp in our case). She has some difficulties in English, but we could understand each other. Toledo Point is in the old town, close to multiple places of interest. The apartment was super-clean, the breakfast had a family atmosphere. The balcony opened onto the inner courtyard which was fairly quiet. We had a hotel-like experience. I was ask to increase my review scoring, which made me feel a little negative after a really positive stay. It was problematic to enter the building with a stroller, at the entrance was some stairs and the elevator was old style with manual opening and closing. We had a hard time to create night lighting as the night lights are very bright.
• Luca (10/5): Exceptional - We loved each and every minute in Napoli and Toledo Point was a perfect choice to stay. It was in the center, so we could visit the city; shops and restaurants were near. The room was big, beautiful and well equipped. Also our lovely host, Anna made the trip even more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, really worth it to try!
• Terry (10/5): Loved it, 100% recommended to all travelers! - The host Anna was the absolute best like other travelers said! She was above and beyond on everything we requested her for. We asked for a luggage deposit at 9am on the day of our arrival - instead she had the room ready for us by then, free of any extra charge. She was also super nice and caring in many small ways, making our stay as heartwarming as it gets. The host aside, the place was super clean, centrally located at a great location, and comes at a very reasonable price tag. I strongly recommend Toledo Point to all travelers coming to Naples! Nothing- perfect stay.
• Ramonda (10/5): Exceptional - Anna is the nicest host, with limited English on her side and limited italian on mine, we managed to communicate very well after all 😊 very sweet lady and super helpful, could not fault accommodation, very central to everything, superb building. Only downfall slightly unreliable french style lift, was broken twice in our 24hr stay, so 3 flights of stairs were not the easiest with big luggage. But honestly, with smaller bag I will stay there again 😊

• Samir (10/5): Exceptional - The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was great. But most importantly, the host Anna was exceptional in her hospitality and prompt in communication. She was always available via phone or WhatsApp. She made us feel welcome and went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and take care of our requests. I strongly recommend this place.
• Brenden (8/5): Excellent unit. Great location and facilities and staff. - Location was great. Facilities were great. Staff was excellent. Netflix would have been a bonus.
• Gareth (10/5): Quality accommodation in a great location in old Naples - Excellent location in the heart of old town Naples. Bars, shops and restaurants in the old streets easily accesible. Near to a Metro which is just 4 stops from The central train station. Rooms really clean and modern, general kitchen area spotless. Host excellent with good communication via WhatsApp. None
• Lorente (10/5): Exceptional - The host was absolutely lovely and very communicative. The location is super convenient. The room was sparkling clean and the bed very comfortable.
