• Ivan (10/5): Perfect - Everything was just perfect. Size of the room, spotlessly clean, terrace, breakfast. The host Mimma was wonderful. We will come back here!
• pawel (9/5): - Pensjonat przy Mezzocannone 53 to świetne miejsce na pobyt. Obiekt jest bardzo ładny, zadbany i utrzymany w przyjemnym stylu. Właścicielka, Mimma, jest niezwykle gościnna i każdego dnia serwowała osobiście śniadania. Pokoje były codziennie sprzątane, było w nich czysto i komfort. Dużym atutem jest także lokalizacja – w centrum miasta, blisko portu, oraz bardzo blisko stacji metra Università, co ułatwia zwiedzanie Neapolu. Mimo centralnego położenia, w pensjonacie jest cicho i spokojnie. Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka wygodnego noclegu w dobrej lokalizacji w Neapolu.

La struttura molto nuova, ben arredata, il letto comodo, il bagno spazioso, con una buona doccia. Mimma la proprietaria molto gentile e accogliente Il palazzo un po' trascurato, ma il b&b molto curato

• Troccoli (10/5): - Accoglienza eccellente: ci siamo sentiti subito come a casa. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata soddisfatta. La macchinetta del caffè è ottima, perfetta per iniziare la giornata, e la colazione si può fare in un bar vicino, con cornetti davvero squisiti.

• Lawrence (7/5): an adventure - There is no breakfast. Expresso was offed with a machine. The location was unexpected and the initial check in was very challenging. It appeared to be a hotel inline but it is an Air BNB type setup. The rooms was quiet, nice and comfortable. Access to the unit initially was a challenge. The door had a bunch of graphity on it no notice as to how to make contact to get it. Fortunate one of the shop owners had a contract and she was called. There is an elevator but it only goes up about half of the steps needed to get to the unit. After we got settled everything was fine and the owner was very helpful to get us a taxi on departure day.

• Sylwia (10/5): Neapel Centro Storico - Schöne,kleine, ruhige Wohnung. Es gab eine Gemeinschaftsküche mit den kostenfreien Kaffee und Tee. Die Vermieterin hat für uns einen Flughafentransfer organisiert. Nicht so leicht zu finden. Am besten kurz vorher anrufen, da wird man an der Eingangstür abgeholt.
• Lesley (8/5): - The location is very central, walking distance to most of the things you would want to visit. Mimma is a lovely person and was keen to make our stay a comfortable one. Unfortunately you can't account for the manners of the people staying in the other 2 rooms! We were woken at around 2am on our first 2 nights by someone returning very noisily. Our room was the one nearest the door. Also, breakfast is a bit of walk to a (not particularly nice) café.

• Carrie (10/5): Delightful, comfortable and super enjoyable. - Mimma was so hospitable and aided us with planning our time in the city and the taxi to the airport, saving us a great amount of money. Her place was comfortable and spectacular with everything we needed and more. I was so happy to have a tea kettle and a full kitchen! I highly recommend this stay - my daughter and I had a beautiful time. It was a 10/10 all the way!
• ida giulia (9/5): Un buon alloggio vicinissimo all'università - La colazione non era inclusa, ma c'erano a disposizione il bollitore e la macchinetta del caffè, in una cucina spaziosa e ben fornita. La chiave del portone su via Mezzocannone non funzionava e la signora Mimma me l'ha cambiata il giorno dopo, perciò tutto si è risolto. La camera era grande e il letto comodo. Tornerò se ne avrò occasione! Si potrebbe precisare come si arriva alla parte dell'edificio dove si trova il B&B: al primo piano, attraversando una corte interna, e poi un altro piano. Un messaggio automatico tramite Booking il giorno prima o il giorno stesso del check in sarebbe perfetto.

Casa di recente ristrutturazione molto accogliente in un contesto palazzo storico un po’ datato. Il balcone è in condivisione, il cane del vicino è molto aggressivo quando si esce sul balcone
• sun (10/5): I recommend this property! It’s best to contact Mimma before checking in, as the place isn’t very easy to find. It’s loc - Mimma is very sweet and helpful. I had a great time here! It’s quiet and the location is very good.
• Freya (8/5): Beautifully presented B&B - Fabulous decor through the BnB, room and kitchen facilities were great. We had all we needed for our stay here. Domenica was lovely and super helpful throughout our stay. Showed us round, explaining everything. Nothing was too much trouble and she gave us a little gift on arrival. We were able to use the kitchen to eat and play a board game in the evening. Location great as short walk from metro station and getting into the busy streets on Naples. It was a little confusing to where the bnb entrance is but Domenica met with us outside. A the elevator can be a little temperamental but does work.

The room is very well located next to the historical center and in addition to this very quiet. My daughter and I loved our stay here 😍.

Apartment is located in nice area across Naples University and is closed to plenty of restaurants and bars and etc. /
• Carolin (10/5): Great stay in perfect location! - Wonderful stay in Mimmis very clean, lovely decorated B&B with wonderful terraza! Perfect location to explore the city. And due to the backyard very quiet during the night, which is rare in Naples. The host is also very nice and welcoming!

• Elena (10/5): Definitely recommended! - The place is fantastic as for location, cleanliness, and comfort. Although the nearby area is very lively (with several places of interest, restaurants, universities, etc.) the room is particularly quiet as it overlooks a peaceful inner courtyard. The breakfast is served in a cafe that is in a cosy square, roughly 300m far. The host is amazingly friendly and helpful. For our future visits to Napoli we will surely stay there! We like it all!

• Dragana (8/5): Great location and clean, basic room with nice modern bathroom. - Located on a fun street and across from the university, we were on the edge of the Centro Storico and many restaurants and shops. The room was very basic but clean, with a large modern bathroom. There was unlimited coffee available in the common area, and our host allowed us to store our luggage for free for a few hours so we could resume our sightseeing until we moved on. We did not take the breakfast option. The only problem with this room is that it was a little difficult to get to but our pleasant host waited for us and helped us with our luggage. We walk up stairs, across a secluded parking lot, and up another set of stairs into another part of the building. There was a small elevator in one of the buildings but we usually walk a lot so the stairs were not a problem once we got our luggage in.
• Anonymous (10/5): It was a wonderful stay and great location is Naples, close to the port and the airport shuttle bus. Mimma went above an - Mimma was an excellent communicator, helpful with our luggage, and made sure we were comfortable here. The location is right by the university, which means means shops, cafes, restaurants and a buzz on the streets at night. We loved it!

• Edith (8/5): Good location - The location was excellent close to everything, the owner very nice, helpful and attentive. The room is spacious, modern and colorful. The entrance is scary for the first look but we realized that is Naples "street art" everywhere (in my book is vandalism). It is actually no breakfast, you have to walk to a cafeteria where you get a coffee and a croissant and we were going early morning and we got the yesterday's leftover.

• Marty (10/5): YOU MUST STAY AT CANNONE53 BECAUSE OTHERWISE YOU WOULD BE MISSING OUT - the property is absolutely amazing and in a great location just 2 minutes walk to Spaccanapoli and the historic city centre . the room was fantastic , the bed was super comfy and the furniture was of high quality . the bathroom was new , with two sinks, a beautiful shower , lovely tiles all around . it’s obvious the host really cares about presentation and she is such a lovely woman! she would refill soap and everything every day even if she didn’t have to. this is an amazing place and I think everyone should be staying there . the breakfasts was served in a beautiful bar just 2 min walk from the property where we had the best service and quality (especially the babbà). also the room was very quiet and we had lots of privacy . also the host gives you water and you can make coffee before going for breakfast. amazing , honestly one of the best B&B I have ever been in my 33 years on this Planet. thank you again guys you have been FANTASTIC nothing . there’s nothing not to like. everything was absolutely perfect and I can’t wait to stay in this property again. I’ll tell everyone to come and stay at cannone53.
