• Maria (7/5): - la colazione molto basic. A casa mia faccio di meglio! Ma per una mattina non cade il mondo! La gentilezza del personale e la pulizia della struttura compensano abbondantemente! La posizione è buona se si considera che ci troviamo all'uscita della tangenziale di Capodimonte, che siamo a 2 minuti dall'ingresso delle Catacombe di San Gennaro ( che finalmente ho visitato) e che intorno c'è silenzio per cui ho riposato molto bene, tuttavia il fatto di dover raggiungere dal centro la struttura esclusivamente con il bus, non mi ha fatto impazzire, preferisco sempre la metropolitana, le corse sono più frequenti e rapide ! Ma anche questo, dovendosi trattare di un soggiorno di un fine settimana, è superabile, anche perchè la fermata del bus è proprio sotto casa! Comodo anche per il parcheggio che ho trovato proprio a 50 mt . In buona sostanza, non ci abiterei ma per un fine settimana a Napoli è una buona struttura

Cítily jsme se zde bezpečně. :) - Snídaně byla připravovaná dopředu, což bylo fajn, když jsme chtěly jet na výlet brzy ráno, tak jsme si ji mohly vzít s sebou. K snídani bylo balené pečivo a sušenky a k tomu byly nutelky a marmeládky, a ještě džusík v krabičce. Na kafe jsme měly k dispozici kávovar. :) Velice kladně hodnotím místnost, kde byla kuchyňka. Byla velmi hezky zařízená. Velice jsme ocenily, že jsme měly pokoj s balkonem do dvora. :)

Wonderful for the price! - Very convenient accomodation with a modern bathroom, well-equipped shared kitchen, washing machine. We had a little cosy balcony with a fantastic view on green terrasses of the nearby church - magnificent for breakfasts. Room was small but had everything necessary and the staff was very proactive and caring. The area is really nice and quiet, next to the art museum and catacombs that are really worth visiting. Walking to the center takes 20-25 mins, and there are frequent but not too predictable buses too. Naples only allows prepackaged breakfast, but in comparison to another hotel I stayed here we were given a nicer variety and extra juice, which is a great snack for a long day on foot (and there is a coffee machine of course and a tea kettle!) Mattresses (perhaps hastily splitted because we requested twin beds) had a lot of lint on them, making it a bit unpleasant even through the sheets. Pretty sure that double beds don't have this. Typical Italian beddings of simple sheets was a little too cold and hard to manipulate in layers, but we received warm blankets immediately on request. Shower was a little clogged.

• Victor (8/5): I recommend it both for family and for a group of friends for a few days in Naples - Excellent location near Bosco di Capodimonte park, Catacombs of San Gennaro and San Gaudioso, beautiful Basilica di Santa Maria della Sanita. Reasonable cost. Excellent kitchen with full equipment set and big breakfast meals kit. Payment is possible only in cash, which should have been left in the room. In the morning, strange people appeared in the kitchen, about whom the administrator knew nothing, demanded to give them the keys to the room. There are no grocery stores nearby.
• Marianna (9/5): Superb - The appartement is nice. It's nice to have some snack, tea and jus in the appartement. The communication with Chiara is rapid and efficient. The access to the building was complicated. I didn't receive any messages how to get the keys and what are the codes to get them. I travel without internation mobile telephone connection. I had to ask the people who were coming out of the building for help.
• Chee-kong (9/5): Impressed enough to use again when next back to Naples. - The room that I was allocated came with a jacuzzi. It's very clean and staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and there were good amenities. Though not in the city centre, but location was still very good as many buses pass in front of the apartment. It was easy to walk to the city centre as it's a straight road. Takes about 45 minutes but then you can enjoy seeing more of how the locals live. The one facility that I feel that was missing was somewhere to hang the towels. There were no towel rails or hooks. I was in the "jungle suite". It is decorated with artificial foliage. It is not to my taste and must be difficult to clean. I had not notice it being dusty but that does come to mind. The nearby area is not laden with restaurants that's in the vicinity. Thankfully, there is an excellent restaurant just next door to the apartment that serves very good food and at decent prices.

Of course we was two: one man a one woman end the bed is a split bed, so was need to sleep each for our side, that was not good for us. We want to change to another room , the host was ok with that but was a special room and the price was almost double. We quit to change room, in the end.

Shower leaked slightly as doors would not close properly

• Richard (10/5): Great stay - Great staff, beautiful room, clean. Great view. Decent breakfast to start the day. Giuseppe was very responsive and helped us with whatever questions and requests we had. In a more "local" neighborhood of Napoli away from the craziness. Location might not be the greatest as it is far from the center of the city and there isn't many stores/restaurants around. That being said there is a bus stop right outside and taxis are usually always available.

• Jian (10/5): I would recommend this B&B to my friends - I love this B&B. It is actually a big apartment on the 7th floor. It felt like home. Security was very good. I just needed to follow instructions from the owner. Room 101 is very cute, yet it has everything needed. A food basket was already on the desk, and drinks were in the refrigerator. There is a small and beautiful balcony. The most impressive thing to me was the shatter outside of the glass door and window, which could be open automatically. The owner answered questions immediately. The handle and the lock to the room were not working well. But it was manageable, and I felt safe in the apartment. Thus, I didn't bother the owner.

For breakfast it’s always the same: croissants, jam, crackers, juice, tea bags. It’s not clear why even bother specifying breakfast

• Izabella (8/5): Very good - The place was very clean. Owners were very friendly and welcoming, communication via WhatsApp was fast and easy. The bad was comfortable. The view was at a park nearby so it was very pleasant. The communal kitchen had a coffee machine and had everything you need. The breakfast included cereal and milk, coffee and tea, croissants, cookies, bread with jam and Nutella as well as water and juice. Overall the B&B was very modern, cozy and felt safe. Also the catacombs are a few minutes away. You can hear your neighbors quite well through the walls, so if they're loud it may not be so easy to sleep, but it was okay for us. Also, the complex has just two rooms so this it's not really such a big disadvantage.

The water pressure in the shower was not optimal and had to deal with a lot of changes in temperature.

• John (4/5): Below average stay. - The only thing I liked about this property was it had A/C and a refrigerator. Was very awkward dealing with the host via messages as he only speaks Italian, which meant I had to copy and paste everything he says into Google translate which was annoying, however I can deal with that if he wasn’t quite rude like he was on most of the messages he sent me, saying I haven’t paid any money even though i’d only just checked in plus he has all my card details from the website. He told me to leave cash for him in the morning, very unprofessional really. The place is on a busy road which is nearly impossible to park a vehicle. The lift to the top floor is the smallest ever plus the shower in the bathroom was probably made for Stuart Little, couldn’t even turn around in it. They say it included breakfast which was just a couple of pastries in a packet, so not really a breakfast to be honest. All around probably not the best place I’ve stayed in Italy or anywhere else for that matter.

• Katie (8/5): Very good - Room was modern. Breakfast was good, pastries and coffee. Balcony was fab! Had two chairs too. Water and milk in the fridge for us. There were a lot of ants in the room.

It’s a bit noisy when the next apartment is also occupied as they both are sharing something like a bathroom window. The breakfast is a bit on the poor side and it includes only some packed treats.
• Ioanna (10/5): Great experience! - We fully enjoyed our stay in Naples! The room was bright and really comfortable for accommodating a couple. The breakfast en suite was amazing. The jacuzzi was spacious and clean. The host was very helpful with attention to every detail. Definitely would visit again! Payment was cash only.
• Leonhartsberger (8/5): Very good - we were able to walk into the center, even though that was a long walk. It was Easter and we were visiting with a kid and they left some Easter eggs in the room for us. The breakfast is in the shared kitchen and we had the owners there interacting with us while we eat and they are very polite and nice people. Room had a good size and it was very clean. the area isn't too good, I don't know how safe that is in the night, but it's very dark and didn't seem too good. We parked below, but you need to leave the keys and the car was parked outside (safe, but this isn't something I like). We thought we were making a reservation for a room with a terrace and a jacuzzi, but only one of the 2 rooms had this option and it wasn't ours, so ask before you book.

• Mitchell (1/5): Do not stay here - The only thing that I liked was the price and it had a small balcony. Breakfast snacks were made available. Being new to Naples; wasn't sure about where to stay location wise, but with more research I would have stayed close to the airport. After getting key from keybox (outside of the building) to open the front door; we had to take a very cramped elevator to the 7th floor and yet find another keybox where we had to take a set of keys out and leave the key from the first keybox. After finding our room it gave an initial appearance of being clean. After looking around we noticed what appeared to be black mold in the shower along the floor and wall (see picture). Since we were only staying one night we chose to not shower until we got to our next hotel. There was also a trail of ants? along the wall near the bed (see picture, but hard to see). We attempted to kill them. When it was time to go to sleep the bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress sagged in both spots where you should lay. Lastly, the walls are so thin; that you can hear entire conversations from the next room as well as someone using the toilet. DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!!!!!
• Morgana (9/5): When in Napels, live like a Neapolitan at La collina di Capodimonte - Our host was great and communicated via WhatsApp, which made things like arrival instructions very simple. The breakfast was very one-sided with only sweet things like jam, Nutella, and cakes. I would have liked at least something savoury like cheese. However, we had access to a kitchen so we could make our own meals.

• Konstantinos (9/5): Superb - The location was great, we were 10 minutes from the city center and metro station.The bus stop was outside the building. The view from the balcony was to the catacombs of San Gennaro and was beautiful.Outside the building there's a 24 hour parking for those who have car and a trattoria with tasty and cheap food. We loved the Italian lady who cleaned our room and gave as the breakfast even though she didn't know any English. Last I want to thank the owner for his help in any question we had.
