Des Weiteren hat das eine Zimmer direkt Aussicht auf die belebte Bar-/Restaurantmeile. Konte bis 3.00 Uhr nicht schlafen.

Busy street offering lots of food options, access to museum at end of street and easy to get into other parts of old town Naples. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The property offers everything you need though. It’s a little basic. The room is directly off the main breakfast/entrance area so can be noisy if other guests in that area. The room is quite bare has no other seating or comfort.

Я открыла рот от изумления и красоты, когда увидела этот сад! Комнаты так удачно и приватно расположены. Вы можете не закрывать дверь и быть в комнате и видеть этот сад! Ночью тишина, для Неаполя это редкость. Номера сделаны с большим вкусом, все очень функционально и качественно. Самое здание- как музей, очень красивое, старинное. Рецепшн и вся команда невероятно радушные! Действительно, чувствуешь себя как дома. Все было превосходно! Не понравилось что не было свободных номеров на еще несколько ночей:)

Breakfast is really good with fresh prepared juice & quick snacks available 24 hrs. Value for every penny spent. Although located on first floor, it's bit difficult to manage with heavy luggage as elevator is not available & also not accessible.

Joseph (10/5): Tolle Oase inmitten des Trubels - Perfekte Lage, mitten im Geschehen und trotzdem sehr ruhig im Innenhof. Wirklich schöne und große Zimmer und die tolle Terasse inmitten des Trubels. Das Personal ist extrem hilfsbereit und antwortet über Whatsapp sofort wenn man z.B. ein Taxi braucht. Erwähnenswert ist auch das sehr schöne Frühstück. Alles in allem ideal für einen Städtetrip. Die Anfahrt mit dem Taxi kann mitunter etwas abenteuerlich sein.

Much better than some 4-star hotels ( f.x. Smart hotel Napoli)!!! Here has more reasonable rates, bigger room space, cleaner and have the balcony with chairs! The pillows are not comfortable. Hopefully they can be better.

Romain (9/5): une parenthèse familiale - Nous avons passé un séjour avec des enfants en bas âges et nous avons tout apprécié: la localisation, la gentillesse du personnel, la proposition des activité (visite de Pompéi par leurs soins), le buffet du petit déjeuner. l'impression d'être chez des amis de longue date.

El personal de 10, nos ayudaron con todo lo que necesitamos y fueron súper súper amables. Desayuno espectacular con varias opciones caseras muy ricas, variado y estilo buffet. La habitación estaba muy bien, grande y con cama cómoda. Muy limpio todo. Súper recomendable para estancia en el corazón de Nápoles!!!! Nada

Die Damen haben sich mega toll um die Gäste gekümmert und waren wirklich immer nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war super und ganz liebevoll hergerichtet. Ganz lieben Dank an das ganze Team

Anna (9/5): Bardzo udany pobyt - Świetna lokalizacja w centrum miasta, budynek na pieknym placu Bellini w klimatycznej kamienicy. Nasz pokój wychodził na taras od strony ogrodu dzięki czemu w nocy nie było głośno. Bardzo uprzejmy personel, pomocny (zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i na miejscu). Pyszne śniadania, jajecznica robiona na życzenie, świeżo wyciskany sok pomarańczowy, kawa z ekspresu, duży wybór herbat. Cały dzień można korzystać z kawy, herbaty i ciastek. Pokój przestronny, nowocześnie urządzony,i posiadający wszystkie niezbędne udogodnienia. Pokój ogrzewany 2 kaloryferami i klimatyzacją. Widok na piękny ogród i stoliki i krzesła na tarasie. Odjęłam 1 gwiazdkę za komfort ponieważ w pokoju pierwszego dnia był bardzo silny zapach octu albo środków chemicznych o zapachu octu. Nie mogliśmy dowietrzyć pokoju. Byliśmy w styczniu i podłoga na parterze była zimna, przydałyby się kapcie.

Alessia (9/5): - Per visitare Napoli posizione spettacolare, colazione super, Affaccio di alcune camere su Piazza Bellini, bellissima visuale, unico neo il sabato sera e’ il ritrovo di tutti gli universitari dato che è piena di bar…e la festa continua fino a tarda notte. Se non sbaglio la nostra era l’unica stanza affacciata sulla piazza e si è sentito un po’ di confusione fino alle 3-4 di mattina. Comunque io tornerei assolutamente ad alloggiare in questa struttura

Maria (9/5): Increible emplazamiento, servicio y desayuno - El emplazamiento es perfecto. La habitacion era muy espaciosa y silenciosa. Lo mas increible la amabilidad de Sara. Nos aconsejo y ayudo a reservar restaurantrs, guia para Pompeia. Increible. Muy amable y servicial. El desayuno espectacular. El espacio comun no era muy comodo. Faltaroa algun sofa o silla mas comoda. La habitacion un poco oscura y lugubre. Pero estaba bien.

Marco (9/5): Un'accoglienza incredibile... - Struttura molto bella e organizzata. Colazione molto buona sia dolce che salata e staff gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione. Camera spaziosa e pulita. Presenza di doppie finestre che limitano quasi del tutto i rumori esterni. Unica nota dolente per noi che abbiamo un bambino piccolo è stata la mancanza dell'ascensore al piano. L'ascensore è stato realizzato ma arriva al piano superiore. Tuttavia essendo un palazzo storico è normale e anzi è gia molto positivo che sia stato realizzato.

Shok (4/5): Friendly staff with good breakfast, but the hotel has a noise issue - Although the reception is not open 24 hours, all the hotel staff were very friendly and tried to help solve problems. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was great. We booked the room "Apartment with Balcony" for three nights, as we thought the balcony was facing the beautiful garden, but it was actually facing the noisy street where a lot of young people hanging out till late at night at the bars there. There were also rubbish collection bins across from the hotel, to which people throw glass bottles into in the early morning. After experiencing this on the first night, we asked for a quiet room. The hotel staff were very helpful and offered us a room facing the big garden. The room we were offered was "Family Room with Garden View" and it was nice and very quiet at night. The second night was perfect. However, one of the neighbours came back with their hounds on the third day and these dogs were barking LITERALLY through the entire night. It was almost impossible to sleep. So, if you don't mind noise, this hotel is a great option, but if you prefer a quiet room, you may want to call the hotel before making a reservation to see if the neighbour will be there with their dogs or not. I hope this review helps some people!
