• Karol (8/5): Very nace place to enjoy the vibrant city of Napoli with good accommodations - I stayed with my boyfriend and since the beginning Maurizio was very helpful and clear with the information he gave. When we arrived everything was simple (nice location, good instructions and the area has a lot of local businesses that made our life easier) The breakfast was also very good and was also very considerate to leave snacks and water for us. It also has a lot of recommendations on what to do which is so amazing. The A/C was not so cool even though it was at a good temperature. I also didn’t know (and didn’t ask) we had to pay the daily taxes but I don’t blame them and overall makes sense.

• Claudia (7/5): - La ubicación en una calle principal llena de restaurantes y comercios, y bien conectado con el transporte público. Entrada estrecha y con escaleras. No dispone de ascensor así que si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad es un inconveniente.

• Michael (8/5): - Lage war super, direkt im Centro Storico. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Bett gemütlich. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftsbereich mit kleiner Küche, in der es einen Kühlschrank, Geschirr, Zwieback und einen Kapselkaffeeautomaten gibt, an dem man sich bedienen darf. Das klassische italienische Frühstück, bestehend aus einem Gebäckstück, einem Kaffe und einem Saft ist nicht so wirklich unsere Sache, auch wenn alles sehr lecker war. Gerade vor anstrengenden "Sightseeing-Tagen" in Pompei etc. wäre ein etwas nährstoffreicheres Frühstück nicht schlecht gewesen.

A cama é extremamente confortável e, na zona comum dos quartos, há uma pequena sala com frigorífico, máquina de café, chá e algumas tostas — perfeito! A localização é excelente, no coração da zona histórica, mas surpreendentemente silenciosa. O anfitrião é extremamente simpático e sempre muito prestável. Valeu muito a pena ficar aqui hospedados e, sem dúvida, adoraríamos regressar em breve! Absolutamente nada a referir

• Rémy (9/5): Superb - Very nice B&B located at the edge of the historical center of Naples. It is quite close to the main train station where you can take trains or buses to the airport, Pompeii, etc, but also in the historical center so you can do everything by foot. The host is very nice and reactive, he gave us a lot of useful informations when we arrived. There is a breakfast area where you can help yourself with drinks, biscuits, fruits, but also it is possible to have a free coffee and croissant at a nearby coffee shop. Since the apartments are facing a court, and since the B&B is not located in the busiest area of the historical center, it is surprisingly quiet, especially for Naples. It is a bit dark (but I think it is the case in all buildings in Naples) and the steep stairs can be an issue for elderly/disabled people, but otherwise it is a very nice place to stay !

We loved the lively road and easily found some great and reasonably priced food nearby. Breakfast suited us with coffee machine and toasts etc in the kitchen, or in a nearby café.

• Alan (10/5): This is a clean, bright, warm, spacious B&B in the heart of Naples' buzzing old city. - The location was amazing; our own room in the part of Naples steeped in character. Outside was right in the middle of the Centro Storico. Inside was modern, comfortable, cozy and quiet, which was a real feat in this bustling city, full of energy. Honestly, for the price we paid, I don't think we could have found a better place to stay in Naples. Via dei Tribunali is a buzzing, lively part of the city. The pace of life is full-on the whole time. However the sound-proofing from the street noise in this B&B is miraculous.

• Magdalena (10/5): Exceptional - We liked the privacy and cosiness of the place. The kitchen with the fridge were on our availability so we could make coffee at our chosen time. Good communication with Maurizio via WhatsApp. He gave us detailed instructions how to enter the building. As we arrived late at night, he also advised us how to travel from the airport, which was especially helpful. He made sure we were safely in the room and responded even at midnight! The location is convenient, in the heart of the historic centre, at the end of Via Tribunale closer to the train station. The street itself is narrow and hard to walk because the passengers need to be constantly beware of the passing vehicles and motorcycles. Especially in the evening this was a challenge.
• Ana (8/5): B&B in the heart of centro storico - The room was spacious and comfortable. Each person got 3 towels which were changed every day or every 2 days. Additionally, we had our beds made and bins emptied every day. We even got slippers for the room. The double bed was large and comfortable. The room had AC. The bathroom was fully equipped with toiletries (shampoos, shower gels, showet caps etc.) hardryer, bidet. The location of the hotel is great, it is 15mins of walking distance away from the main train (and metro) station, making it easy to reach and travel from. It is also easy to visit all of Naples on foot from this location. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops in the vicinity. The accommodation has a common kitchen/dining room for all 3 rooms, where you can make coffee, eat joghurts and snacks left for the guests. You can also use the fridge if you want to add something of your own. You receieve a card per person each day for having breakfast in the bar 2mins from the b&b, where you can take a croissant and coffee. The communication with the host was great, he was always available for assistance and we had no problem checking in and out. Overall, it was good value for money in Naples. Although the b&b is well-positioned, it is also in a very noisy spot. The street outside is always filled with mopeds, cars, mini-trucks, making it impossible to sleep with an open balcony door. The room also lacks natural light, due to there being only the balcony door and not a window. The breakfast included only sweet options, so if this is not something you like, be prepared to buy additional food, which you can store in the fridge.

• Maya (8/5): Overall good - Overall all was fine: The location is excellent, close to the old city. The room is big, the bathroom also. The room was clean and tidy. The host offer you unlimited access to kitchen with coffee,tea, juices and beverages. Also snacks and fruits. The air-conditioning is good, the bed was comfortable. We had no noise from the street or other guests. (Only 3 rooms) Overall it was good but there are some things that could had made it much better: The place is hard to find, the host didn't meet us because we were half hour late. Only after phone call we found the place. After that he was great, we were in touch by WattsApp. The towels were clean but old, also the cheets. The shower had only up rain flow, no side shower. Some of snakes was with expired dates by few days. The host gives each day card for coffee and sweet pastry in bar close to the B&B but it's only included regular coffee/capochino/juice and croissant. My husband wanted americano coffee and solted pastry, and the bar owner told us we need to pay the difference. The TV had only Italian seeking channels.

The street is busy and noisy but very living, and when you close the window you don't hear anything. So it's not a problem.

The central location and a short walk to the bus/Train station was a bonus. AC, cleanliness, shower and balcony was top marks here! Wasn't much to dislike with the BB.
