There was a dog in there so I guess they look after the local animals which is really kind of them, turkey has a lot of stray animals so its good to see that. I booked the villa which wasnt a villa, 2 other rooms were connected to it. When i see villa i expect my own place. I'm really tall, the door frames are shorter than usual so I banged my head 5 times. Maybe the 2nd-5th time were my fault for not learning but I'm suprised I never had a concussion from this place 🤣 The aircon wasnt working. Luckily it was quite cool when we stayed.

• Faiza (6/5): Нормально. - Расположение и садовая территория. Один очень хороший администратор по имени Тунахан (всегда вежливый, добродушный, помогал во всем). В номере было две кровати, это было удобно. Большая кровать и маленькая. Постельное белье хорошего качества. Ужасный запах канализации. Если окно закрыть в санузле, то вонь невыносимая. Очень старое всё, унитаз неприятный старый, отдает плесенью. Уборку делают только если попросишь, повесили табличку для уборки - никто не пришел, висела весь день. Только после того как на ресепшен попросили убрать, на следующий день- убрали. В первые дни не было даже мусорки в номере. Некоторые на ресепшен не очень дружелюбные. Wi-Fi работает очень плохо, хоть и подключалась к нескольким разным их точкам.
• Matthias (5/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der Garten lädt zum verweilen ein. Wir checkten um 22 Uhr platt von der Reise ein und mussten leider feststellen, dass uns nicht das gebuchte Dreibettzimmer, sondern nur ein Doppelzimmer gegeben wurde. Wir konnten für die Zweite der beiden Nächte in ein Dreibettzimmer umziehen. Um 23:30 Uhr wurden wir noch einmal rausgeklopft und unser Baby geweckt. Grund war, dass wir noch zwingend vor 0 Uhr zahlen sollten. Es gab keinerlei entgegen kommen für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Der Mitarbeiter War zwar sehr freundlich, aber wir waren trotzdem sehr unzufrieden. Leider war das Doppelzimmer auch wirklich deutlich schlechter als das Dreibettzimmer. Beide waren auch nicht besonders sauber.

• Bence (9/5): - Price - value wise it’s a perfect place. Cute garden to sit out and talk. Right at the beach. I stayed here one night, and it was nice all in all. The room can be noisy, there is no soundproofing, keep in mind if you stay longer.

• Philip (9/5): Ich komme gerne wieder her. - Unmittelbar nach der Buchung hat Ümit Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen. Der Service ist wirklich unschlagbar. Er hat sich um einige dinge Bemüht. Diverse Anfragen sowie ziemlich außergewöhnliche Dinge wie "Trocknen von Wäsche" nach Regen war sogar tief in der Nacht möglich. Jeder Wunsch wurde berücksichtigt. Hier komme ich wieder hin. Ümit ist ein absolut netter Kerl. Schade dass ich kein Türkisch kann. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Allerdings sind die Duschen/Duschköpfe sehr verkalkt und in den Fugen/Rändern ist Schwarzschimmel. Das ist nicht so super. Neben der Klimaanlage hätte ich mir auf dem Zimmer noch einen Ventilator gewünscht um die Luftfeuchtigkeit aus dem Bad zu bekommen.

• YEHIA (8/5): Really good and recommended if someone wants to stay in a calm environment near the beach. - Location was superb, maximum 4 to 5 min walk from bus station, also if u miss the bus 7 min walk from another bus station, so easy to reach by public transportation. Location was superb on the promenade near the beach and near everything u need from a beach promenade. Staff were really helpful and communication was easy and they can speak good English. Shower glass would be better if repaired or renewed. Ventilation in shower is not that good, but manageable.
• Joel (10/5): Great stay on a rainy day - The staff was super nice, parking was easy, and if you don't mind a little walk, the nearby shops have some good food. We also used their partnered food-delivery service, which was great. And the WiFi was great! Nothing. It was pouring when we arrived, and I'm very grateful we had such a nice place to wait it out.

• Michelle (9/5): Cosy and affordable - Location was great. Within easy walking distance to local cafes, restaurants and the beach. You can walk for miles. The room was cosy and we had a view of the ocean. We were there in winter so not much else was available on site. We were met with a warm welcome from both owner and dog :) Nothing, it was all good.
• Ekin (6/5): - It was very close to the beach and the price performance was not bad Befofe our stay, we requested a room with a sea view on an upper floor; we specifically mentioned this twice when calling the hotel to confirm our request, and we were informed that a suitable room would be provided. However, upon arrival at the hotel, we were initially assigned a room on a middle floor. I would also like to note that this room was not adequately cleaned and did not feel hygienic. After discussing the situation with the staff, we were moved to the room on the upper floor; however, this process took approximately half an hour, and this initial inconvenience upon check-in negatively affected our mood. I would also like to mention some shortcomings within the room. The showerhead, once fixed in the upright position, could not be lowered again, which caused discomfort during use. Additionally, it was unclear which product (shampoo or shower gel) was inside the two dispensers in the shower area. Using these products was also quite difficult; the dispensers were old and non-functional, and due to rust, they created an unsightly appearance and a poor experience.

Das Zimmer war nicht sauber gereinigt. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, was eigentlich kein Problem wäre, aber man spürt kein Interesse, etwas daran zu ändern. Der WC Deckel ist defekt und hat nur noch an einem Punkt gehalten, wir hatten drei Kleiderbügel im Schrank, zwei davon waren defekt. Es roch sehr stark nach Klor.

The staff are friendly, and overall it’s a great value for the price. We actually came back and stayed here again for one more night just a couple of days later because we realized it was the best option in terms of price and quality.
• Anastasiia (10/5): - A good hotel. The best thing about it is the beachfront location — the sea is literally just a few steps away. There is a large green area with tables and hammocks, which is very nice to relax in. There is also a big parking area on the property. The room was clean and had a hairdryer and a fridge. Of course, there is almost no sound insulation, so you can hear noise from other rooms. But for this price, everything is great. The staff are pleasant and friendly.

Немного заморочный подьезд к нему, Но в целом разобраться можно, просто возле стоянки такси нужно поехать вверх от моря)))) Номера чистые, уборку за неделю не проводили не разу. В душевой сломана дверь. Персонал супер приветливый и услужливый, чемоданы подняли-спустили, чаю предложили, что в номере есть обьяснили, как заказать еду в номер показали. Все минусы, коих не очень много, нивелируются близостью к морю) Если нет ожидания люкса, то я рекомендую от всей души.

My cousin has a severe fear of cats/dogs and we didn’t realise how much cats there would be around our hotel so she panicked a lot. However the staff were very patient and whenever we would go out and come in they would help block the way or encourage their dog to come out the way. The outside garden is also very beautiful. Unfortunately the room was NOT up to standard. We booked a standard triple room and were told it would have a sea view (as stated on booking) however we were on the lowest floor and you can only see a bit of the sea from the corner of the window. The room was not clean at all. One of the blankets was dirty when we went in but the staff gave us another one after we asked for it. We found someone’s shorts underneath one of the beds and the wardrobe had a dirty sock right next to the spare pillows. Mattress was very hard and we had no key to lock the balcony door. There is also no tea/coffee maker (just a kettle and some tea/coffee sachets) and you have to pay 50trl to use an iron. Not an issue but it was not mentioned on the listing.
• Kateryna (10/5): Очень довольны. - Расположение отеля в 5 минутах от моря и это супер. Пляж и вода очень чистые. Персонал очень приветливый. В отеле можно заказать завтрак и доставку, а так же кальян. Территория очень красивая, есть где вечером посидеть на территории если не хотите никуда идти. Рядом много кафе, ресторанов, 4 минуты до Макдональдс и 3 минуты такси. Если не лень можно пройтись до остановки и проехать куда вам надо. Транспорт отлично ходит и не дорогой Мы остались очень довольны. Отель рекомендую.🙂

• Ирина (8/5): - Были в начале января. Номер небольшой, но чистый. Жыли в отдельном бунгало. Один большой минус это ледянная ванная и очень холодный пол. Летом это видимо большой плюс))) территория большая, много мест для отдыха. Море близко! Еще вернемся 😃 Холодная ванная зимой. Не предусмотрели нагреватель.

• Jaïro (9/5): Génial si vous n'avez pas de voisins bruyants - Situé à deux pas de la mer et dans un quartier tranquille en périphérie d'Antalya. Chambre moderne et propre. Personnel à l'écoute et présent 24/24. Facilité d'accès et de parking J'étais dans une chambre où le bloc d'extraction d'air de la climatisation de la chambre d'à côté était juste à côté de la porte d'entrée. Résultat: quand le voisin dormait avec la climatisation allumée toute la nuit ça faisait un bruit d'avion dans la chambre. De plus on entend les voisins parler car les murs sont fins.

The soundproofing was terrible; I could constantly hear other guests in the hallway and in the next room in the middle of the night. People were smoking in the hallway and you could smell it from the room....
• Sergey (2/5): Meh, дорого и грустно - Расположение возле моря и вежливый портье, есть услуги прачечной - в номере было грязно: пятна на полотенцах и постельном белье, пришлось просить замену - очень мало места, шкаф открывается в кровать. Очень узкий проход - светильники были сломаны, не держались на стене - сломанная сушилка на балконе - ужасный запах из сливов - горячая вода из горячего и холодного кранов - стена, возле которой стояла кровать, была горячей - за все время пребывания в номере не убирались и не обновляли туалетные принадлежности

• Olaf (9/5): - Alles war sauber und intakt. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal und es hat einen schönen Garten indem man sich aufhalten kann. Nichts negatives aufgefallen.
• Egorova (6/5): - Локация Оплата наличными. Не качественная уборка. В номере необходим мелкий ремонт ( сантехника, оконная сетка, замена батареек). Отсутствие лифта. Для троих в номере очень мало места.
• Serhii (10/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, man gelangt direkt an die Uferpromenade. Es gibt Parkplätze, das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel ist sauber, duftet angenehm, es ist ruhig und komfortabel dort. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

• Anton (7/5): Man könnte sagen bis auf die Sauberkeit alles zufriedenstellend. Grundsätzlich empfehlenswert wenn man es nicht so genau - Lage und das Personal super. Der Garten und die vielen idyllischen Sitzmöglichkeiten waren schön. Praktisch direkt am Strand, viele gute Restaurants und Geschäfte gleich ums Hotel. Die Zimmer waren erwas dreckig. Tücher mit Flecken, auf sem Bett fremde Haare. Generell etwas schmoderig.

• Alex (6/5): All enjoyed our stay, just a few things that were disappointing. Adequate hotel, great location. - Location was fantastic. Beds comfy. Adequate fridge. Great bathroom which was large and had a lovely shower. Aircon was fine and in good working order. Handy kettle and mugs for tea. Lovely Turkish tea and coffee provided if wanted. Gorgeous cats roaming about. Garden was great - although tables often full of empty bottles/cups & full ashtrays. We were all bitten by flies & mozzies outside but likely due to abundant greenery so obviously not fault of hotel. Nowhere to really put anything in the room. No hangers in wardrobe - had to buy some. Wifi went off 3 times in evening, although it did come back on. When I asked how often room gets cleaned, they said whenever we put green sign on outside of door - but didn't get room cleaned once without me having to ask - despite putting green sign out. Room was cleaned 3 times in 12 days. Plug socket didn't work next to my bed. Blankets were like sandpaper. Had to ask for toilet paper. Only allowed one key.
