• Bermudez (10/5): Nos gusto bastante. - Está situado en el centro del lugar con todas las comodidades alrededor para todos los gustos. La tv no está en la mejor condición pero se ve.

Sin embargo, hay que estar atentos al Boucher que otorgan para las aguas termales, ya que, en mi caso, el que me entregaron fue de pago y no era válido para el lugar turístico. Tuve que llamar para que me mandaran el Boucher que si era válido, el cual es una especie de recibo con el número de personas que disfrutarán de las instalaciones que me enviaron por whats app.

• Sophie (9/5): Wonderful people - Really well-located, comfortable hotel. Each day the owner makes a different type of delicious gluten-free cake for breakfast - highly recommended. The hotel shares its reception with Maricio, an absolutely fantastic guide - he worked extremely hard to get us the best deals on onward transport, gave fantastic hiking tips and was really helpful and friendly even when there was no possible financial benefit for him - we had so much trust in him we even contacted him for help arranging transport once we moved to our next destination.
• David (10/5): Great location, excellent staff and breakfast. - Great location, Mauricio is very knowledgeable about activities throughout Costa Rica. The breakfast is amazing and you get a free pass to hot springs. There is traffic noise.

• Marijana (10/5): - La chambre était très propre et calme. Le jeune homme a la réception était très accueillant et serviable. L'hôtel est idéalement situé au centre ville
• Silvana (5/5): Para Pasar una noche solamente . - La Señora que nos recibió era muy amable Incluye entrada a termas . En la reserva aparecia 1 precio y al llegar era casi el doble . El dueño bastante parco . Demadiado oscura la habitación , sin vicillos . Dan un vale para salir a tomar desayuno pero no avisan que solo cubre un monto y la diferencia hay que pagarla . La entrada es bastante fea . No volvería .

• Marina (4/5): Not worth the money they charge - Noce people but little customer service - Size of room . Own Terrace . Thermal Springs entry saves $8 pp each time you use it and you get tokens for each day if you wish . No hot water, fridge did not work. No furniture to hang or store clothes . No facilities such as drinking water bottle to help yourselves. No communal area to use or kitchen area . No mattress protector . Fitted sheets that didn’t fit . Hard pillows and spring mattress . Noise of electrics humming day and night . Lots of road noise either side .

• Gönül (5/5): Eine Nacht war schon zu viel - Wir sind nach einer langen Autofahrt angekommen und konnten uns in einem Thermalbad in der Nähe etwas entspannen. Der Parkplatz war auf einem andern Grundstück, wo man uns erst mal nicht parken lassen wollte. Wir hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und haben ein Zimmer mit zwei einzelnen Betten bekommen. Auf unsere Reklamation, dass wir aber ein Doppelbett gebucht und bezahlt haben, hieß es, das wäre das letzte Zimmer. Zum Frühstücken mussten wir in ein benachbartes Lokal, mit denen das Frühstück für uns vereinbart war. Dort wusste man aber nichts davon und man wollte, dass wir unser Frühstück bezahlen!!!

• Cornelia (5/5): Sehr laut aber für kurze zeit voll akzrptabel . - Die gastgeberin war sehr sehr nett. Die lage der unterkunft war super im zentrum ! Gutes frühstück im Restaurant daneben. Konnten uns ein nettes spa von drei aussichen . Wir nahmen los laurones welches fr den nm immer ganz nett war(eher fr kinder ) Viel zu laut in der nacht da die strasse daneben war , um 7 uhr begangen bauarbeiten im innenhof der anlage die den ganzen tag andauerten und ebenfalls sehr laut waren,

• fabienne (8/5): Très bien - L'accueil, l'emplacement, le parking. La combinaison de la chambre d'hotel et du ticket d'entrée aux bains d'eaux chaudes. La proximité avec les chambres d'à côté non isolées ce qui peut être extrêmement gênant lorsque les voisins d'à côté n'ont aucune idée de ce que signifie le mot respect.

De badkamer was oud en niet aantrekkelijk om te douchen
