L’endroit est idyllique, entre nature et tranquillité, parfait pour se ressourcer. Tout est fait avec goût et simplicité, on s’y sent comme à la maison, voire mieux ! Petit déjeuné de compétition! Michela (10/5): Exceptional - This place is amazing, with a beautiful garden and a peaceful, nature-filled vibe. At only 5 minutes from the city, it really felt like the perfect escape! Wilma and Carlo were super friendly and made me feel right at home. The food was fantastic! Even though I’m not into kite surfing (not just yet :D), I really enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway!
Laurens (7/5): Good - It’s a well maintained and nicely styled Posada with eye for detail. Breakfast is ok. Surroundings very quiet. The Pousada is located at the end of the lagoon where there are not a lot of people on the water so a great place to kite especially for beginners. There’s not a big social vibe and it’s probably not the best place/ posada for solo travellers. To get to the center (busy area with restaurants etc) you will have to take a moto taxi each time back and forward.
Melissa (5/5): Passable - Very cute garden and decoration made with a lot of love. For kiting you’re quite independent from tide. Very tiny breakfast which was always empty - only filled when especially asked for. That makes you feel uncomfortable as a guest. Once it was refused to fill up the eggs. That was very unexpected as we especially heard of the Pousada because of the good food. The room was quite dark and not cosy. Only cold water available. For kiting you need to be quite advanced as the spot for entering and landing is very sketchy. Especially when the lagoon is filled.

Phil (10/5): A perfect stay for kite boarders - A Perfect Stay for Kiteboarders and Nature Lovers! We had an unforgettable time at this Pousada, and it’s all thanks to the incredible Italian hosts who built this place with so much love and attention to detail. The rooms are cute, simple, and immaculately clean and the property has ample space for relaxing after a day on the water. The homemade breakfast is truly amazing: fresh tropical juices, homemade cakes, yoghurt, jam, fresh fruit, eggs, and sandwiches—everything you could ask for to fuel up for the day. The hosts go above and beyond, not only making you feel at home but also launching and landing your kites, ensuring you have a hassle-free experience. The kite spot itself is a dream, right outside the gate! A sandy, flat-water lagoon with mirror-flat water and consistent wind—kiteboarders’ paradise. This place is a hidden gem, and we cannot recommend it highly enough!

Robert (10/5): Perfect place to stay for kitesurfing and relaxing in Ilha do Guajiru. - This spot is a hidden gem and fantastic value for money! Couldn't recommend higher. Absolutely amazing location right in front of the water at the start of ilha do farol where you can kite even during low tide. You can launch right from the hotel. The owners were really friendly and very helpful. The place itself is a unique design and fun, with lots of spots to hang out. It is 5 minutes from town so quiet in the evenings, but very close to everything. Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Nothing.

Olga (10/5): Excellent location and a beautiful pousada - Very nice location, right on the water. Carlo is helping guests launch and land their kites. Very nice breakfast and very cute place with great kiting amenities. Wifi was okay, but a bit slow for video calls for my work. Video would freeze sometimes and there would be a lag in speech too.
Xavier (10/5): Exceptional - The owners, so lovely people and Wilma is definitively the best Italian cooker ever. The beach boy is also very kind and always available to help you launch and land your kite. I could say so many other good points like the breakfast, the different places where chilling out, etc etc
Guy (10/5): One of the best pousadas I have ever been to. Defnitly the one that lets you most feel like home :) - First thing first - Wilma and Carlo that run the place are super nice and attentive to whatever you need! The place is located just next to the lagoon. Execllent spot to ener the water with your kite. There is a big room for equipment and an assitance that works in the pousada in case there is no one else to help you do it (lift and bring down the kite). Breakfast is great and among other stuff has Wilma's home made cakes - which are delicious! Other than that, everything that they make (for either dinner or lunch) is super tasty and above all, home made for you. Highly (!!) recommend the pizza night that they throw every once in a while which they make on the spot - if you are there - go for it (personally I liked the Napoli pizza which is stuffed with home made anchovy all the way from Italy!). I highly recommend for kite surfuers who wish to enjoy a relaxed and very cozy and friendly stay in Ilha Do Guajiru!
Vidana (10/5): Good mistake! - We selected this because Booking.com said it was 4.4 Km from Taiba but it ended being 1.5 hours away from there. It was a big mistake by Booking.com but we were so tired after driving so far that we opted to stay there. We loved staying there so it turned out great. The mistake of sending us so far from Taiba. Trust but don't trust where they send you. Check it out on a good map.

Wifi is bad No hot showers Beds dont feel very strong, a bit wiggly and squeeks when you turn around Need to go to the city center by own car to grab some lunch/dinner
Ekaterina (10/5): Best pousada in Ilha do Guajiru - The best Pousada where I stayed in my 2 months traveling in Brazil. In those 2 months - I came back to this place 3 times because I liked it so much. The location is perfect for kiting. There is always water regardless of tides. The spot is right at the door step. There is somebody who helps you to launch and land the kite. The hosts of the Pousada are the nicest Italian couple. You just feel like at home when you are here. Breakfast is amazing and home made. Nothing
Michel (6/5): Pleasant - nice quiet spot at the end of the road The pousada is on a very nice quiet spot without any facilities next to it. Since there was not many guests the restaurant was just out of service and so there was no option for lunch or dinner or even something to drink. The rooms are very basic and compared to other places overpriced. we had a strange time in the pousada. Somehow the look of the pousada was open and friendly but we did not feel welcomed by our hosts and they did not seem to like having guests. Sorry - can not recommand the place
