O único ponto negativo é que o aquecimento fica ligado direto e não estava tão frio assim. Para nós o quarto ficou um pouco quente demais.

Volveremos de todos modos y 100% recomendable. Me gusto todo.

• Laura (7/5): No es la mejor ubicación. - Los anfitriones son lo mejor del alojamiento, amables y con la mejor disposición para guiarte, orientarte y también se consiguen planes turísticos directamente con ellos. El lugar es limpio y hay buen desayuno. Su ubicación no es central, está lejos del centro y el lugar tiene temas de humedad, huele mucho a humedad, incluso sus toallas, tambien mosquitos.

Mis expectativas eran mayores por las valoraciones que tiene. Ya me he quedado en otros lados en Mendoza y de verdad mis mejores recomendaciones, pero acá solo con llegar, no cumplió con la expectativas que según las recomendaciones me llevaron a elegirlos Atención mala, piscina no funcionaba, acoso por pagar lo antes posible, hasta nos siguieron al auto para ellos ir a cambiar, pero nosotros ya sabemos como y donde, y que se lo mencionamos, pero así y todo nos siguieron hasta el auto. Nosotros venimos a Mendoza todos los años.

• Dq (10/5): Perfect old-style Argentine atmosphere on a quiet street in Mendoza - Perfect old-style Argentine atmosphere on a quiet street in Mendoza. Expansive B&B with excellent breakfast, smart decor, and a hot tub. Quiet and relaxing. Good base from which to explore Mendoza. The host was very helpful when we needed to change our dates and the booking.com website wouldn't let us. 1. It was about a 15 minute walk to the busy part of town. The neighborhood is largely residential and felt safe, even at night. This is nice if you want to be in a quiet neighborhood. It's not your place if you want to be located right on the busy street. 2. The rooms are a bit small, but that's OK because there are spacious shared facilities (kitchen, lounge, and hot tub patio area). We were the only guests during our stay.

• Scott (10/5): Peaceful and restful - It was quiet and peaceful. The service was excellent and professional. The space is both beautiful and ended to a feeling of tranquility. Both good or bad, depending on your perspective, it was more distant from the more active main streets in the city.
• Tricia (10/5): One of the best places we stayed during three weeks in Argentina. - This was a really delightful and very hospitable place, probably about the best 'Cama y Comer' that we have stayed in! It's in a quiet residential area where there are a few shops and restaurants and not far from the large Parque General San Martin. It's only about 25 minutes walk from the city centre and there is a good local bus service. The whole building is beautifully set out and decorated. It has a lovely small pool and outside area to sit around, an attractive dining room area and hot water for tea available much of the time. Juli, her family and staff made us very welcome despite my rather limited Spanish. Breakfast was very good and the lady who prepares it made sure we'd had something to eat before we left early on various trips. The taxi firm listed in their info book takes WhatsApp orders which was very useful. wifi reception in our room was occasionally a bit limited.

• Cheryl (9/5): Enjoyed our stay at this quiet property - The property was clean and quiet and had the most wonderful staff. The breakfasts were fantastic. It had a little pool in the courtyard which was great for the summer heat while we were there. There are only 6 rooms here, and it is run as a true B&B. We arrived very late (0130) because our plane was delayed, and the host woke up to let us in. She immediately took us to our room, and let us check in properly the next morning. We really enjoyed our stay here. N/A

It’s a private house turned into a mini ´hotel’ so it is not really up to the standard for tourism. The towels were stained, the sheets were old and there was hair in the pillows as a sign of poor cleaning. The blankets looked dirty so you did not feel like like lying down. The pictures are totally misleading.

• Marie-helene (9/5): Like staying at grandma’s - The host was very welcoming and caring. The breakfast was great and the place had warmth. It can get loud in the courtyard when guest are hanging out or coming through. It kept me from falling asleep and woke me up one morning.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bathroom was was spacious. The room was small and quite dark, with a window giving onto the courtyard where everyone passes to get into the hotel. The sheets didn’t have a very good smell. We felt it was a bit overpriced, also given other options in Mendoza.

They charge a 18% fee for credit card payment — our other hotel did not do that, so this was a surprise.

Ruben was kind enough to meet our tour times in the morning. The place is located within walking distances from several restauramts. It has an interior patio with a pool and cozy setting. The room has all you need, including A/C. Magdalena and Reuben were very kind and supportive. They even exchanged some dollars for pesos argentinos. They also offer laundry services. Great value, can't go wrong with this B&B.

Although we couldn’t speak much Spanish, the staff were so friendly and we were able to get by even though communicating was difficult. The hotel is like a little oasis on the hot streets of Mendoza. • Ruth (9/5): Fantastic - What a great place in Mendoza. On a quiet residential street but within 20-30min walk to the main restaurant areas and plazas. Very friendly and helpful staff, although it does help if you can speak some Spanish. Breakfasts were good and you can request an early breakfast if you need to go early. Small dip pool in the back if its too sunny. The room kept nice and cool and was cleaned every day. Magda helped us book a taxi to the airport and with money exchange. If we return to Mendoza we will be returning here. The only thing was we would have liked a kettle to make a cup of tea but a minor issue.
