• Georgia Costa (6/5): Could improve the customer experience. - Renovated building A lot of building works in the village affecting pavements, diversion of traffic etc which was not great.. Staining on the pillows and mattress as there were no protectors. Only one pillow per person. No tea towel. Need to pay attention to small details to make the stay more pleasant. Our breakfast was poor.

The place was very comfortable. Beautiful courtyard and vistas all around the place. Included breakfast was a great bonus.

• Alexander (9/5): - Die Lage, und dass es sich um ein renoviertes altes Haus handelt. Das Frühstück hat uns sehr geschmeckt. Im Ort waren große Bauarbeiten, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.

The room was beautiful, set in an old house with authentic stone walls and a very cozy atmosphere. Breakfast in the small courtyard was delicious, and the service was exceptional – I felt truly welcome throughout our stay. Highly recommended and definitely deserves top ratings!

• Corinna (9/5): Ein schönes Erlebnis - Sehr netter Gastgeber, urige und gemütliche Zimmer mit viel Charme, leckeres Frühstück. Das Anwesen ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet! Die Anfahrt war etwas kompliziert, da man durch sehr enge Gassen fahren muss und auch noch Baustellen da waren. Aber der Gastgeber hat uns vorher detailliert eine Beschreibung geschickt, damit wir alles gut finden! Vielen Dank für eine wunderbaren kurzen Aufenthalt!

The town of Maroni is going through some renovation works and the street is torn up and places are closed, but when they get it all sorted, it will be back to being lovely and quaint again. Obviously, this isn't the fault of the owner. The place is lovely to stay.

• OLLI (8/5): Vastinetta rahalle rauhallisessa ympäristössä - Paikka on mukavan rauhallisessa pienessä kylässä. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja sopivan kokoinen. Iso auto ei mahdu kapeilla kujilla kulkemaan. Olimme vuokra-autolla liikkeellä, joka onneksi oli pieni ja näppärä kapeilla kaduilla. Pääväylän tietyö asetti hieman haasteita, koska läheiselle parkkipaikalle ei päässyt suoraan navigaattorin ohjaamaa reittiä. Kiertotie oli ahdas ja sitä pitkin ajettaessa sai olla todella varovainen, ettei auto kolhiudu.

Jednak byłam w nim w okresie gdy w Polsce była zima i potrzebowałam słońca, a miałam poczucie, że dochodziło go do pokoju dosyć mało. Pokoje bardzo zróżnicowane w wyglądzie, nie mieliśmy wpływu na to, który z nich dostaniemy. Ale właściciel okazał się super miły. Jeśli chcesz odpocząć od kurortów i miasta, będzie to super opcja dla ciebie. Na duży plus czarny kot doglądający podwórka :)

Malheureusement, nous n'avions pas été prévenu de ce fait lors de la réservation. Toute fois, le propriétaire est venu nous guider suite à un appel de notre part.

• MARIA CLARA (8/5): Non posso dire di essermi trovata male, è stata un'esperienza gradevole ma sicuramente migliorabile. - L'idea di dormire in un vecchio borgo è sicuramente affascinante; la camera è carina e grande e si affaccia su una corte con altre tre camere. C'è tutto l'occorrente, compreso bollitore dell'acqua. Il bagno invece è decisamente da risistemare. Molto gentili e disponibili i proprietari. Colazione in un piccolo cortile nelle vicinanze, esclusivamente salata ma buona, peccato il cortile stesso sia tenuto un po' in disordine. Prima cosa il bagno: a parte le dimensioni molto piccole, il lavabo è piccolissimo (ed era intasato) appoggiato su un tronco di legno esteticamente carino ma davvero poco funzionale. La doccia ha una tenda in plastica, che ormai non si dovrebbe vedere più da nessuna parte, e inclinazione sbagliata per cui l'acqua esce nel bagno. Per carità, per una notte va bene tutto ma, visto che è stata fatta una ristrutturazione, forse questi dettagli andavano calcolati. Seconda cosa: la posizione: vero che il proprietario manda video di come raggiungere ma, di notte e con ruspe che interrompono le strade, decisamente difficle da raggiungere. Fortunatamente la gentilezza e disponibilità ddei proprietari ha fatto sì che venissero a recuperarci. Pulizia da perfezionare.

Gribētos brokastot pie galdiņiem ar tīriem galdautiem. Vajadzēja cīnīties par to, lai būtu normāla kafija. Vajadzētu regulāri tīrīt numurus. Piekļuve ar auto bija izaicinoša, bet iemācījāmies piebraukt pie viesnīcas.

• suzanne (8/5): Séjour agréable dans un lieu calme et reposant mais le tout mériterait d’être revu ! Les photos sont un peu trompeuses - Maroni, petit village idéalement situé entre Limassol et Lacarna, pour visiter et découvrir le centre et de sud est de Chypre. Les gros travaux de voiries compliquent un peu l’accès au gîte situé tout en haut du village. De petites maisons, aménagées en chambre, construites autour d’une cour centrale, composent ce gite. Notre chambre était spacieuse, confortable mais vieillotte…dommage … du charme mais pas du tout exploité …les finitions seraient vraiment à revoir…dans la petite salle de bain/wc tout est bancal … les plantes vertes sont fanées…le canapé et les coussins ne sont pas exempts de taches, couette sans housse de couette ! Le petit déjeuner servi dans une courette, dans un autre gîte, à trois pas, est copieux ! Présentation sur assiette mais avec les mêmes ingrédients tomates, concombres, courgettes, fêta, halloumi, œufs…cuisinés un peu différemment chaque jour, pain et fruits de saison. La vaisselle est propre, les nappes sont lavées sans que disparaissent les taches, la table de cuisson, les ustensiles de cuisine et la table de travail mériteraient très largement un réel coup d’entretien L’hôte est très accueillant.

Ons plekje was een woonkamer met twee relaxte stoelen, een tafel met 2 stoelen, een grote koelkast, waterkoker en koffie/thee, een ruime slaapkamer met prima bed en een badkamer. Elke ochtend maakte Antonis een heerlijk Cypriotisch ontbijt voor ons klaar. Daaromheen was hij uitstekend bereikbaar als er iets was. Gewoon een supersfeervolle plek in een charmant dorpje!

Really need a car to get around as no public transport available. Main access road being dug up for what looked like drainage upgrading making initial arrival at hotel a bit hit and miss.

Der Innenhof ist traumhaft mit Bruchsteinen gepflastert Die Anreise war eine Katastrophe, weil die Strasse gesperrt war. Google Maps hat das einfach ignoriert. Es ist auch so gut wie unmöglich(!), eine gesperrte Strasse ins Googleeinzustellen. Der Fussboden muss unbedingt verkleidet werden. Es ist blanker Beton. In der Dusche ist eine Badewannen-Armatur verbaut? 🤷🏻‍♂️ Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Ich sass auf der Terrasse mit einem Glas Wein und hörte einem Nachbarn beim schnarchen zu. Wenigstens die Türen sollten genugt saugen

A környezet csodás, bár aki fél a keskeny utcákon történő vezetéstől az inkább hagyja lent az autóját. Nyugalmat keresőknek első osztályú. A szálláson nem volt teljesen elsötétíthető a hálószoba. A szoba bejárati ajtaja üveges és nincs rajta függöny. A konyha igencsak alátervezett, a hűtőszekrény piszkos volt. A hidegebb éjszakákra nincs extra takaró.

La Colazione non è a buffet, viene servito un piatto con uova preparate ogni giorno in modo diverso, accompagnate da verdure, salumi, formaggio, frutta o yogurt. La pulizia ha margini di miglioramento e, forse a causa di lavori nel paese, abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a raggiungere la struttura. Il proprietario ci ha inviato un video in cui indicava la strada.

• Katarzyna (8/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Przed przyjazdem otrzymaliśmy wszystkie niezbędne wskazówki dotyczące dojazdu jak i zakwaterowania. Pokój ładnie urządzony, czysty, klimatyzowany, wygodne łóżko. Otrzymaliśmy od właściciela rekomendacje dotyczące restauracji i było pysznie. W bliskiej odległości ładne plaże. Dwudniowy pobyt przed wylotem do Polski był bardzo udany. Śniadania mogły być lepsze, wypadły blado na tle cypryjskich możliwości. To taki malutki minusik.
