• Anna (7/5): Einfache, saubere Unterkunft am Bahnhof für eine Nacht - Es war besser als erwartet. Für eine Nacht eine saubere Unterkunft direkt am Bahnhof in einigermaßen angenehmer Gegend (tagsüber und abends bis etwa 23 Uhr). Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bett auch, es war alles sauber. Der Checkin-Prozess war gut. In dem Teil der Bahnhofsgegend (waren auch vorher in anderen) haben wir uns wohl und sicher gefühlt. Tagsüber gar kein Problem. Abends gibt es viele Restaurant nur wenige Schritte entfernt, wir waren bei einem und das war super. In der Gegend gibt es viele Unterkünfte und Hotels. Als wir gegen 23 Uhr aus der Altstadt zurückkamen, war auch noch viel los und Leute unterwegs. Da wäre ich auch allein langgegangen als Frau. Einen Kühlschrank gibt es auch. Nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof und leicht zu finden. Wir wussten es durch die anderen Bewertungen schon vorher: der Empfang ist etwas rüde und roh, besser ist auch, man spricht italienisch (spreche ich). Man wird jetzt nicht direkt herzlich empfangen und mit offenen Armen (haben wir so aber auch schon in anderen Unterkünften in Neapel erlebt), sondern etwas schroff. Leider waren wir zuerst im falschen Zimmer einquartiert worden, ich stand schon fast unter der Dusche, dann mussten wir schnell das Zimmer verlassen und in ein anderes rüber. Das war alles ziemlich stressig, vor allem, wenn man sich nach der langen ANreise sich einfach nur entspannen will und schon eingerichtet hatte. Egal. Beide Zimmer waren gut und sauber. Nachts war es sehr laut von der Straße her, es gab Streit und Geschrei, es musste dann sogar die bewaffnete Polizei kommen. Selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster alles zu hören.

• Janine (7/5): - Super gelegen, direkt am Bahnhof auch Fussläufig alles in der Umgebung. Unterkunft sauber und komfortabel. Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Bad super modern. Der Flur wird Kamera überwacht, Besuch mitbringen (kein Übernachtungsgast) ist untersagt und wird bei Missachtung rausgeworfen oder mit weiteren Kosten an der Tür abgerechnet. UNVERSCHÄMT!
• Marco (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE - Near train station. Wifi was fine.. Not a quadruple room. Only had one King size bed which was a bit hard. The sofa, if foldable is not a twin size but a single size. Room was fine, but not as advertise. Not city view. Owner takes time to answer messages but worse is he doesnt answer the bell after many time tried. Neighbors let me inside. The owner has a dog which barked loudly and often. It barked all morning. Dog got inside my room by accident at aime point. Avoid if dog allergies. Owner screamed several times at it to get out.. Owner was during my short stay if one night unpleasant, very cold, very agressive and insulted me 5 seconds after we meet for not automaticaly closing the door behind me. After I had to Wait 30 minutes outside. He only speaks italian but I am Italian si this wasnt a problem for me. Shower was broken and it made water burst all over the bathroom. The untouched broken piece of the shower faucet almost hit my face. He did nothing and ordered me (yes ordered) to not dry the floor with the towels. He opened the windows stating it would dry the floor, letting the mosquitos inside. He came twice in my room without me asking. He simply asked me to wash myself in the sink or bidet. Not replacing the wet towels from the shower malfunction. I insisted a few times for a solution to the shower being unusable, to wash my hair otherwise then in the bidet or sink. He gave one ans only opportunity to wash myself at the very moment (meaning it was now or never) in HIS room, which I politely declined by repeating what the current situation was (doing so the last 15 minutes he was in the room without any useful purpose, without leaving) I was leaving to go out to eat. He said at least I have a bed to sleep in. I respectfuly asked for him to leave the room because otherwise hé would have stayed inside.. He welcomed new persons in the middle of the night (late check in) but he spoke way too loud when doing so, leaving the room door open making it inconfortable for everyone at 1am. Yes 1am. The people newly arrived were not loud, they were calm un compariso to him. I went to close the door and he saw me.

• Spiridon (3/5): Poor - The location was very good. Near Garibaldi Station The person who "welcomes" me didn't know a word of English. I must use google translate to have a little conversation. At first he did not accept my ID Card, he had never seen a Greek ID card before and starts to scream and became very rude. I have been shocked from his behavior. Furthermore he told me many times that the room is for one person and not for 2 so is forbidden to invite someone. Of course this is very offensive for me. So thats why the room had only one pillow. I use to sleep over 2 pillows. I stay 8 nights and only one time they change the towels in the room In the description of the room have a city view but the room has inner yard as a view so decadent. At last never gave me the receipt for the money of municipal tax i gave in the person who "welcomes" me
• Sam (8/5): Great room, but be prepared to deal with difficult host/manager - Excellent modern room, with great shower and air conditioning. Very close to the central station. Very difficult to access on arrival. No sign for the property and no answer on the buzzer. Eventually called the host/manager, but he spoke absolutely no English and had awful body odour. He eventually came to collect me from the street, after about 10 minutes. The area is convenient to get around, but pretty sketchy.
• Tony (10/5): Perfect location for the train station - The location was perfect. Close to the train station for my early departure. The room was very comfortable and clean. Everything was explained clearly. I'm a light sleeper and the fridge made a noise. But other than that, everything was great
• Ilgiz (6/5): Pleasant - - Big room with fridge, dining table, and shelf. - The host was not the most pleasant person to interact with: he visited our room several times while we were out; did not even try to speak English and got frustrated when asked to repeat his phrase in Italian - so keep a Google translator with voice recognition ready; asked for national IDs in addition to travel IDs (did not happen in other 3 hotels during our trip in Italy). - The air conditioner was not cooling enough, even at the lowest temperature. - The bed sheets had spots and burns from cigarettes.
• Christopher (8/5): Napoli is my favourite city, but even though I went in May it was spoiled by rain. I'll go back. - I never had breakfast at the property, I found it easy to go down to the excellent food hall at Garibaldi station, the lift in the building was very handy as long as nobody left the doors open which happened a couple of times, there is a notice in the lift instructing users to close the inner doors after use but some people are inconsiderate of stupid. I liked the room and it had a fridge that came in very handy, I never needed the air conditioner as Napoli was fairly cool during my visit. The shower was very good and spacious. The location of the property is excellent only a few meters from the metro entrance, I got a weekly integral ticket for various transport for €16 which is well worth it for getting all over the place. I can't think of anything that I didn't like.

• Vik6283 (7/5): Good - Spacious room. Clean, renovated, next to train station. The host/owner is and ABNOXIOUS, grumpy old man. Speaks Italian only and does nothing but frowning and scolding. I would prefer spending a night under the bridge rather than dealing with him again. He should be nowhere near the hospitality industry.

• Bratu (6/5): Pleasant - It was pretty ok. It is an air b&b ( a big appartmebt diveded in 3 rooms) Big room. You have to tell the owner to take out the garbage. The air condition is functioning very well but at the brgining it was limited (after a little presure made to the owner we deblocked it). We couldn't leave our luggage anywere at the end of our stay.

No hot water for tea No microwave No kitchen The host was not available when I arrived despite me sending a message to inform him of my late arrival. I had to sit outside till a kind neighbour phoned the host. However, the 1 reason I would not stay here is because I like a room with tea making facilities..
• Aqib (5/5): Passable - Close to the station. Fridge and lock in the room. Not clean enough. There were small hair (possibly dog hair) on the bed sheets, owner gave us new sheets which also had hair. No proper check in instructions.

• Jon (8/5): Overall excellent accommodation and recommend to stay there - The location was excellent and just a very short distance from the main railway station and metro network. Quite a few restaurants' right next door and a McDonalds across the road. It was very hot and humid upon my stay and so the air con in the room was very welcoming together with the fridge for cool drinks. Felt there could have been more pillows provided. However, as I was alone and there were two it could have been worse.
• Morris (1/5): Never staying here again, disgusting and unfriendly - not much The bathroom was an absolute disgrace. Urine stains on the toilet bowl that I had to clean up and hair in the drain in the shower. The host was also incredibly rude and arrived 30 minutes after we agreed I would arrive. He was incredibly aggressive and threw my bag on the ground and his overall demeanour was unpleasant and intimidating.
• Joanna (8/5): Fab location, lovely en-suite room, no kitchen! - The en suite room was spacious, comfortable and clean. There place is located 2 mins from the central train station but I didn’t find it loud at all. Air con works perfectly. That’s a fridge in the room as well! No kitchen, no breakfast. Staff didn’t speak a word of English.
