• Gala (9/5): Un refugio muy acogedor dentro de la ciudad - Hemos pasado tres noches en Interno21, y la experiéncia ha sido buenisima. Rubén es muy amable, atento y nos dió buenas recomendaciones. El apartamento está muy bien decorado, es tranquilo y silencioso (algo a valorar mucho dentro de la ciudad), muy limpio y acogedor. La cama es muy cómoda, así que el descanso genial. La ubicación también genial, cerca del centro y para de metro Museo. El desayuno está bien, tienes un surtido de productos como zumos, pan, galletitas, café o infusiones disponible a cualquier hora del dia. La verdad es que nos pareció una opción genial para pasar unos días en pareja, de hecho si vuelvo a Napoles repetiria.

• Alvaro (8/5): Estancia muy recomendable - En primer lugar, la atención y la disponibilidad de Rubén, el cual nos ha tratado y nos ha cuidado realmente como si estuviésemos en casa (como en el check out no tenía huéspedes después nos permitió dejar las maletas para terminar de disfrutar de la ciudad). El apartamento estaba bien ubicado y muy bien comunicado con línea de metro y buses, y apenas a 15’ andando de la Via Toledo. Estaba muy limpio y era muy bonito. No hay nada reseñable, quizás para larga estancia la habitación se queda un poco pequeña de espacio para dejar la ropa y maletas.

• Solene (9/5): Un séjour fabuleux - L’appartement est vraiment magnifique du sol au plafond avec beaucoup de charme. Notre chambre était fonctionnelle et très agréable car bien aménagée malgré sa petite taille. Pour ceux qui auraient une voiture, je recommande le parking de parchieggio Dell’Erba qui se situe à 6 stations de métro mais est peu cher et nous a semblé secure. Il manque éventuellement une petit étagère en + dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires de toilettes. Sinon tout était bien :)

• Francisco Javier (9/5): Fantastico alojamiento en el mejor lugar de Napoles. - Limpieza extraordinaria, decoracion con mucho gusto y Rubén nos lo puso todo fácil, aunque no tuvimos oportunidad de hablar personalmente con el. La ubicacion es imposible mejorarla, pegada al museo arqueologico, se puede visitar toda la ciudad andando (los lugares más recomendables) Tidos estaba perfecto, si tuviera alguna sugerencia, quizá exhamos en falta un microondas para calentar el cafe y quizá alguna repisa pequeña dentro de la ducha, esto silo por aportar alguna idea.

Abbiamo avuto all'inizio un problema per la prenotazione ma è stato risolto in breve tempo. Nel bagno sarebbe utile mettere qualche mensola...

• Hannah (10/5): Wir hatten eine tolle, entspannte Zeit in der Unterkunft und können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen! - Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und lag perfekt im Zentrum, sodass man Neapel super zu Fuß erkunden konnte. Die Kommunikation mit Ruben war perfekt! Die Einrichtung der Wohnung war sehr stylisch und es gab alles, was man brauchte. Das Zimmer war relativ eng, sodass man mit zwei Koffern etwas gucken musste, wie man diese unterbringt.

• Persefoni (10/5): Exceptional - The room was very clean, as was the rest of the house. Beautifully decorated and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast is just right and definitely a plus! Ruben was a great host — easy to communicate with and always willing to help with anything. The house is in a good area, right next to the Archaeological Museum and about a 10–15 minute walk from the historic center. The metro is also nearby, around a 5-minute walk. I definitely recommend it! -

At least in our room, there was no way to block the light (no window blind, shutter or alike), so we woke up as soon as the sun shone. The bed was also a bit noisy.

• Dawn (10/5): A lovely quiet, quirky centrally located BNB with a fantastic host who cannot do enough for you. - Interno 21 is an amazing place in the heart of the city of Naples, yes so quiet you would not think so. It is a 16th century Neapolitan building, with an amazing pulley lift and has such charm. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was so comfortable that we had no trouble getting a good nights sleep at all. In addition, it was so quiet that you would not know there was a noisy, bustling city out there. The bathroom was a good size and had a lovely rainfall shower. The place was exceptionally clean too. There is a communal kitchen area that is light and bright and airy. It is self serve for breakfast, but there were plenty of brioche, croissants, cakes, fruit tarts, fresh fruit, smoothie / juice drinks, milk, water, a kettle, coffee maker - incidentally, my husband said it was some of the best coffee he had tasted from this machine. Water is available every day in the fridge for guests - which was a nice touch as it was warm when we were there even though it was May. It is centrally located on a side street, yet a very short walk to the Main Street, metro, and many places of interest and museums. We actually walked everywhere rather than taking the metro - as we feel we get to see more of a place this way. The owner Rubin is amazing! He is so friendly, helpful and found some excellent restaurants for us to visit to cater for my husband’s taste. Rubin was available via WhatsApp if you needed anything, and he went above and beyond when we stayed here. Such an amazing host - thank you Rubin! Nothing.

Ruben was so helpful with recommendations and allowing us to leave our bags when we arrived early before check in. • Nikolaos (10/5): Excellent host in a cute renovated vintage apartment - The host was incredible and was happy to give us the local's guide to Napoli. He made us feel very comfortable as guests and every encounter was very enjoyable. The kitchen has everything you need for a nice breakfast albeit being somewhat small. Good coffee and pastry, even organic tea. (Although it's a sin have breakfast inside considering what the city had to offer.) The area is great too.
• Paulina (10/5): Escapada a Napolés - Small and cozy place. It is inside an old building, it is well connected by bus and subway. Close to a square full of restaurants, bars, bakeries, I loved the location. The room was very clean and the breakfast was typical Italian, coffee and pastry. The only uncomfortable thing was the noise, very early in the morning you could hear the neighbors on the other floors arguing and shouting, which caused you to wake up very early in the morning.

• Lucy (9/5): A wonderfully clean, comfortable and relaxing stay in Naples - The property was quiet and calming and ideal to return to after a day exploring Naples. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom very clean with a towel change which was appreciated as were the nice toiletries. Ruben was extremely helpful throughout our short stay, whether with directions and our late night arrival, advising on a pharmacy or local restaurant recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble. Interno 21 made our Naples visit so nice. Perfetto! The breakfast was plentiful and perfect as a start to a day out exploring. It might be nice to have a few more protein / healthy options if I was staying for longer.

• Shannon (10/5): Stunning B&B in Naples - This accommodation was the best we stayed in during our 2 week trip to Italy! It was clean, comfortable, light and airy feeling. It was an huge apartment with 3 guestrooms, we stayed in the circle room. You have your own private bathroom and a little balcony. It was lovely and spacious. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was included which was just in the dining room/common area, there were plenty of fruits, pastries, cereals, fruit juices, coffees and water to help yourself to which was helpful to quickly grab when we had a day out to Pompeii. The host Ruben was lovely and so accommodating. The only issue some may have is the area is a bit further from the main bit of town but it's right next to a metro stop so this is easy solved! Thanks Ruben!

• Jan (9/5): the perfect stay to visit intriguing Naples - Interno21 is a beautiful apartment for 2 or 3 couples with a shared dining room for breakfast. Our room was rather small, but equipped with a soft bed and a sufficiently large bathroom. No noise at night which is definitely a big asset in hectic Naples! We appreciated the cleanliness and the breakfast facilities. The location is excellent: 5 minutes to the metro station MUSEO on line 1. nothing
• Martin (9/5): Superb - The room is very nice and very clean! Ruben is friendly and very welcoming. The check-in and checkout was very smooth. It's ideally located in a busy central area, but it's very quiet once inside. the bed squeaks when you turn over
