• Carlo (9/5): - Il B&B è semplicemente stupendo, lo staff e il titolari sono favolosi, disponibili e cordiali e sempre presenti per qualsiasi necessità o bisogno. Non ci dimentichiamo di Sasà che è un superlativo padrone di casa. A causa di Booking che ha descritto male le camere da prenotare ci sono stati un susseguirsi di problematiche. Diffidate quindi da quello che leggerete sui servizi proposti da Booking, meglio contattare la struttura direttamente. Chiamare poi l'assistenza Booking è una tristezza unica e meno male che il proprietario Grandissima Persona vista e riconosciuta la colpa di Booking nella descrizione dei servizi e della camera ci ha assistiti ogni singolo minuto. L' Assistenza Di Booking dopo la terza telefonata ha bloccato il numero non dando così soluzioni al problema, Serietà di Booking ZERO.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell appartamento Dubai, che dire? È veramente fantastico, l atmosfera romantica e rilassante....dopo una giornata di viaggio e visita della città è stupendo tornare in appartamento e fare un bell.idromassaggio...sarà senza dubbio il nostro alloggio qual ora decidessimo di ritornare... La vasca idromassaggio con luci soffuse ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più speciale. Pulizia buona e accoglienza molto cordiale da parte dello staff. Posizione comoda, vicina al centro. • Raven (4/5): Uncomfortable and rushed to check out when it wasn’t time to do so. - I liked the jacuzzi and lights The owner had birds I heard them a lot they would wake me up. The streets are filled with drugs and homeless, the key I was given was hard to use because it was defective and he switched it out for a better one the second to last day of my stay. They knocked on my door in the morning while I was sleeping to say I had to check out when I didn’t. I had to prove I was up for checkout the next day. There’s no shower just jacuzzi, no fridge. It’s a smart room but only in Italian.

• Laura (5/5): Une grande déception… ok pour une nuit mais pas plus. - Proximité du centre même si le quartier n’est pas rassurant pour autant… Beaucoup de bouteilles d’eau disponibles dans le frigo pour le séjour ! Au top 🙏🏼 La climatisation fonctionnait bien. La gentillesse du papa du propriétaire qui est venu nous dépanner plusieurs fois et tard le soir. Par où commencer… En 1 : aucune information ne nous ai donné excepté l’adresse (donner à plusieurs reprises).. adresse qui n’était pas la bonne malheureusement… avec mon compagnon nous avons fait énormément de voyages avec booking à travers le monde et nous n’avons jamais vu cela. Le monsieur ne nous a donné 0 infos. D’habitude les propriétaires nous envoie un voir plusieurs messages très long avec beaucoup d’infos. Bref chacun ses méthodes. Nous avons attendu que quelqu’un nous ouvre et c’est un resident qui nous a ouvert… Une fois à l’intérieur et rentrés dans une des chambres, ce n’était pas la bonne… le papa du propriétaire vient nous voir et nous montre une autre chambre hors nous avions reservé un studio avec cuisine… après explication avec son fils il nous dit que nous ne sommes pas au bon endroit (je vous rappelle que la seule infos que j’avais était l’adresse et même cela n’était pas bon…). Le papa nous « emmène » dans un autre lieu en nous donnant 2-3 indications et il part devant avec son scooter… il faisait une chaleur à crever, et nous étions avec nos valises à pied et le chat dans le dos sans savoir où nous allions. En 2 : Une fois arrivée dans l’appartement, quelle déception. Une odeur de cigarette que je ne peux qualifier. Etant deux non-fumeur, c’était vraiment horrible. D’autant plus que nous nous sommes dit que ce n’était pas grave avec le temps l’odeur allait passer eh bien pas du tout ! Au bout de quatre jours, l’odeur est bien restée à chaque fois que nous rentrions dans l’appartement, l’odeur était toujours présente comme au premier jour. En 3 : la Literie… le matelas est dur comme du bois… En 4 : Attention pour les animaux : pas de vue directe sur l’extérieur, car les vitres sont opacifiées par des films et pas de balcon comme indiqué sur l’annonce mais le propriétaire nous a indiqué « c’est une erreur de Booking »…. 👍🏼 En 5 : l’eau chaude….
