• Melanie (5/5): - Zimmer ist schön hergerichtet, Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und Insel Capri Die Wände sind sehr sehr dünn!! Man versteht jedes einzelne Wort vom Nebenzimmer, die Nächte waren Horror, wenn jemand etwas später Heim kam (zB machten die Nachbarn in der ersten Nacht Party, in der zweiten Nacht duschten andere Nachbarn um 2:30 in der Nacht!!). Einfach nur ärgerlich..

Pożegnalne spacery po mieście. - Mieszkanie zlokalizowane blisko portu w Neapolu, ale okoliczne ulice mroczne, choć bezpieczne. Pokój bardzo czysty, nowocześnie urządzony wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Poranna kawa z rogalikiem, konsumowana na Neapolskim bruku - bezcenne. Otoczenie kamienicy, w której znajdowało się mieszikanie - trochę mroczne - choć dzielnica zaliczana do jednej z najlepszych.

• Sophie (8/5): Charmantes, zentrales Apartment - Der Ausblick und die Lage waren super. besonders das Badezimmer war sehr schön Zum Frühstücken musste man in ein circa 4 Minuten entfernt ist Café laufen. Dort war es nicht so ganz klar, was und wieviel man dort frühstücken konnte. Die Besitzer sprechen nur Italienisch. Für meinen Mann, der sehr hungrig morgens ist, war das zu wenig. Es gab dort nur süße Teigwaren und Café. (Die allerdings sehr lecker waren)

Jeżeli masz formę i lubisz chodzić po schodach, schody nie będą Ci straszne i widok z balkonu będzie rekompensował wszystko. Pani Federica przesympatyczna. Plus za windę w kamienicy. Apartament znajduję się na 3 piętrze. Szukałam wśród wielu ofert apartamentu godnego dla mnie i ten był na najwyższym poziomie jeżeli chodzi o stosunek jakości do ceny. Jedyne czego brakowało - małego żelazka.

• Karolina (10/5): Czysto, komfortowo, bardzo wygodnie ! - Piękny pokój, czysto i przede wszystkim świetna komunikacja z Panią, która odpowiadała za nasz pobyt. Faktycznie dojazd może być utrudniony, szczególnie z bagażem. Jednak po wskazówkach od właściciela wszystko jest bardzo klarowne.

• Fabio (10/5): Bella struttura per visitare Napoli! - Ottima struttura molto confortevole e accogliente, pulizia della camera e arredamento moderno. Tuttavia la posizione non è comodissima da raggiungere se non tramite una funicolare che parte da Via Toledo, a piedi è molto in salita. Unica nota negativa sono i balconi che non sono stati puliti, la mancanza di una presa elettrica da un lato del letto matrimoniale, di un attaccapanni in bagno e anche la mancata dotazione di un bagnoschiuma.

Solo hay un espejo en el baño, como sugerencia debería haber otro fuera del baño que se pudiera ver de cuerpo entero. Tampoco había plancha para planchar la ropa. No me gustó el ruido de una especie de motor o algo que se escuchaba continuamente y dificultaba el descanso. Otra cosa fue que cada vez que salíamos del apartamento , en la ventana junto al ascensor había siempre una persona de dudosa presencia subido en la ventana, lo que nos creó inseguridad.

Huonetta varatessa olisi hyvä mainita, että aamiainen tarjoillaan noin 150m päästä asunnon sijainnista. Lisäksi asiakaspalvelussa olisi ollut toivomisenvaraa. Saimme sisäänkirjautuessa toisen peiton pyydettäessä, mutta siivouksen yhteydessä toinen peitto vietiin pois ja uutta pyydettäessä meille kerrottiin, että toista peittoa ei ole mahdollista saada, sillä parisängylliseen vuoteeseen kuuluu vain yksi iso peitto.

Belle cuisine à partager mais on ne peut utiliser que la cafetière et le frigo-congélateur.Pas spécialement embêtée par le bruit des voisins. Petits déjeuners dans la pâtisserie du coin : très sympas mais dommage pas trop de choix mais fait le job! Légère odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain mais plus que supportable...La vue mer était indirecte

We were given one single bed sheet and they would not give us another despite the polite / simple request. Красивый вид с балкона Это не ваши личный апартаменты, большая квартира с гостиной и маленькой кухонькой, с малым количеством посуды. Общий холодильник и по ошибке, мы взяли чужую Кока-Колу, думая что это общий мини бар. Конечно же потом вернули на место, но неприятно, что могли подумать, что мы воришки. Сильная слышимость соседей, мы в этом непривередливые, но это действительно так. Когда кто то поздно приходит или рано встаёт и все слышно.

Es war immer jemand erreichbar wenn es Fragen gab und wir haben auch eine Menge Tips für unseren Aufenthalt erhalten. Jeder Zeit wieder. Was man aber generell beachten muss ist, dass es sehr viele Treppen und Steigungen zu überwinden gibt. Neapel ist nichts für mobil eingeschränkte Personen wenn man die Stadt zu Fuß erkunden möchte.

• Michael (9/5): Great property - lovely staff. Minor inconvenience. - Lovely room in a great location. Staff were lovely, and welcoming. Also the best shower ever!! Much easier to find than expected, despite previous reviews saying it wasn't! Only a couple minutes from where the taxi dropped us. Other guests were extremely noisy, which kept us up. Also, we were charged an additional 30 euros rather than 20 for late check-in despite rushing to make it to the property before midnight. Had we of known we would be charged the 30, we may of stopped to get food or taken our time a little more.

You cant use the kitchen, the coffee machine wasnt working. We paid the breakfast and we only have croissants to eat, there was no other option. People at the restaurant wasnt polite, especially the bald gay.
• Jonathan (7/5): Quiet end of town but for a long walk - The balcony was a bonus for us because it seemed to be the biggest of the three rooms . It’s nice to have the sun on it for most of the morning too. Having the option to have our towels changed every day was good too. Unfortunately the sound of the plumbing from the room next door woke us up when ever they used the bathroom. Their bathroom sink tap sounded it was exactly behind where our pillow was on our bed.

• Kajsa (7/5): Good - Quiet area and a nice room. Extremely poorly isolated, you hear everything from the other room. The plumbing is also very loud. The balcony is nice but the only thing that separates it from the neighbours room is a flowerpot, so zero privacy.
• Aimee (7/5): Good accommodation for a short stay in Naples - Changed our check-in time due to a change of plans and the team were really accommodating. The room was huge and the balcony was a great addition. There a faint smell of sewage but to be fair this appeared to be common throughout Naples! Location felt safe but do expect a walk uphill from the centre (not a problem for us). Cafe serving breakfast was easy to find on Google maps and the pastries were delicious! It was a bit strange that there was a kitchen but you weren’t able to use it (which would have been really helpful as a vegan in Italy!)

• Paulina (1/5): Terrible. Worst stay experience ever. - Nothing good. Avoid! The room was not as advertised - in fact the opposite of "deluxe room with sea view" - small dark room with the view of the neighbours' balcony camo net and their TV blasting non-stop all evening until past midnight through their open door, and them smoking on the balcony a meter away in front of my window. Because of that it was not possible to have the window (balcony door) open, or to even have a curtain open. It was impossible to sleep at night as I got woken every time the other guest of this B&B used their bathroom, tap, or shower in the middle of the night and very early in the morning - there is no sound insulation between the rooms and the bed is positioned with your head against the paper thin wall behind which is the other bathroom. Terrible experience. I only slept a few hours because of the pipes and taps noise, and coffee machine noise outside my door, and then had to have important meetings all day. Because of all that I had to move out after the first night and paid again for another accommodation. The hosts refused to move me to another of their rooms or properties or to refund me for the remaining 4 nights, and to even acknowledge the problem, saying that sound perception is "subjective". They lied, pretended and twisted the situation. They also lied to Booking.com about the situation, saying that I "have declined their proposed solution", when in fact they did not propose anything re bad insulation and I did not decline anything. Reading their replies to other reviews now I see how they promised other guests a year ago to sort out the insulation problem, but never did, and every time they pretend you are the first one with that issue. Booking.com is also at fault for putting properties on their website that are not at all as advertised, and then siding with the host, not with me (the client). I am losing my trust in Booking.com too. I want my money back please.
• Sandra (4/5): Disappointing - The facilities were fine - nice bed and nice bathroom - and wonderful to have access to a sunny balcony. Overall not a very pleasant experience. I reached out for some simple guidance several times pre arrival and was completely ignored. The room wasn’t very clean at arrival - the places you touch a lot - like the bathroom tap, button to flush the toilet, windows and handles were you open the balcony door and shower door were all filled with fingerprints and dirt from previous guests. I cleaned it down myself as I didn’t have the time or energy to reach out and wait for someone to come and fix it. The noise from the neighbours was absolute horrible - it was difficult to fall a sleep and to relax. You could hear absolutely everything going on in the rooms next door like there were no walls at all.

• Matthew (9/5): Loved our visit to Naples, Bagna Ideal & Pompeii. Lots of walking, food was good, people friendly & weather was - Property was clean & had a good shower/bathroom. Balcony with a sea view. Loved the old buildings with narrow cobble streets & over looking the bay of Naples. Only 10 minutes walk down to the bustling city with shops cafes & restaurants along the sea front Had a shared communial kitchen which was fine but would have been better if the room had a fridge with a kettle & tea/coffee making facility itself. The breakfast cafe was a short walk through the narrow cobble streets which fine for us but wouldn’t recommend for anyone not fit enough to walk up steps, steep hills & uneven pathways.
• Laura (5/5): DON’T STAY HERE!!! - There was NOTHING that we liked here. First, DON’T BOOK THIS APARTMENT! False advertising, we booked a room with a sea view but got to stare at the massive opposite house, where people are very loud, loud television, loud talking. The correct advertising even for the one apartment that gets ‘the most’ of the ‘sea view’ should state that it is PARTIAL SEA VIEW APARTMENT. When we contacted property that this is not what we paid for, they started to scream and be rude to us, stating that it is my fault that they have same pictures for all 3 apartments in Booking. And that we can leave the apartment if we don’t like it here but they will not return the money. So basically the owner company, they have 3 apartments and we were in the middle, the walls are paper thin, it felt like we’re sleeping next to the toilet, you can hear EVERYTHING WHAT IS HAPPENING IN NEIGHBOUR APARTMENT TOILET! This was awful, terrible, terrible experience. For 5 days for 2 people we were left with 2 small shampoos and 2 tiny hand soaps, there wasn’t any shower gel, nothing. Nothing was refilled. Also, the cleaning is very bad, dirty toothbrush holder, dust under bed, dust in the closets, and dirt on the floors and floors weren’t being cleaned during our stay, there was also nothing to clean up it ourselves. The most shocking part was that we found prescription pills in the closet that most probably were left there by other guests but it again means that nobody is cleaning the closets. Those pills are used e.g., kidney was transplanted, chrons disease etc. Imagining that we would stay with kids and if they accidentally would find out something like this 🤯 In this common apartment, there is common kitchen and living room and then 3 separated bedrooms, there is also a sign that kitchen cannot be used. Also, breakfast is outside the apartment and there is only bread and coffee. Also, don’t believe the high reviews in Booking.

• Susan (8/5): Overall good experience. - We loved the view of the sea…. The ac was better than typical air conditioning units in Italy so we were happier. The apt was quaint and was definitely super clean and nice. We did not like all the stairs we had to climb and we did not realize that we were so high up on a hill…. We should’ve been more familiar with Naples and the topography. But next time we will book something on more flat ground.

The apartment next door had door open with loud TV on and smoked on balcony so not pleasant to sit on balcony. apartment in quiet area but taxi could get near due to small roads so quite a walk and often uphill which may be hard if poor mobility or larger cases. Had kitchen with fridge outside room but not able to use it.

Checking in was very quick and efficient and very welcoming too Too many stairs which was difficult with suitcases. Also taxis only can go as far as the corner of the street so you still have to make your way to the property on cobblestone. Something to consider if you have a heavy luggage

• Jack (10/5): Great location, modern rooms perfect for exploring Naples and the surrounding area. - Amazing room for a stay in Naples with a shared kitchen and living room space. Very nice location and the room looks great (and the balcony is nice too!) Make sure to take the funicular up to the property from Augusto (near Teledo metro station) if you have any luggage as we originally walked up without cases and only found out about this after. The walls are a tad thin which meant you could sometimes hear guests when they were shouting. Nothing major however and we didn’t lose any sleep over it.

• Kate (4/5): Disappointing - The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was good. The staff were polite and helpful. The soundproofing was terrible. We could hear our neighbours using toilet facilities as if they were in our room. The rooms were only separated by a thin partition. This was completely unacceptable and by far the worst thing about our stay. For breakfast we had to go out to a café which was nearby but not at all welcoming in atmosphere, whereas we soon discovered other nearby cafés that were nicer so ended up forfeited our paid-for breakfest...
• Josephine (3/5): Never again - Clean room with shower & toilet. This is a shared apartment with private bedroom & toilet and shared kitchen and living room area. However, There is a sign in the kitchen saying that it is prohibited to use the kitchen- so that’s quite pointless and misleading. Also, the walls are like paper - you can hear the other people breathing in the other rooms. Zero sound barrier. Location wise - awful - an uphill battle every day to get back to the property which is in a really dark small alley. The nearest transport to anywhere requires walking for at least ten minutes and the walk up those 200 steps to get back to the apartment is back breaking. So it’s basically an apartment whereby you can’t use the kitchen that you share with total strangers. Lastly, I got a text message from the owners/whoever runs the place to say they would meet us with the key at the property at a certain time and crucially- if you are late getting there by the agreed time then they will charge you €20 per hour! Incidentally, when we did arrive (on time), we were left waiting outside the building for a good 15 minutes before the woman appeared with the key. I would not recommend.
• Tom (9/5): Superb - Room was super tidy and modern, plenty of space, beds were comfy and had a nice overlooking view of the city from the balcony. Bathroom was great too. Only complaint (more of a nitpick) is the struggle getting into the place again. Using the key to open the door was a struggle, as it opens differently to a normal locked door.
