Nobody's fault of course, so just something to bear in mind No issues...; Great places to eat and drink right on the doorstep and 2 mins walk from main station & taxi rank. Will deffo book again for next Naples trip....;

Fica muito próximo da estação de metrô, fomos à pé com malas! O prédio é antigo mas tem elevador pequeno pra subir com as malas e o andar dos quartos é todo reformado! Fomos muito bem recebidos!

- Giuseppe (8/5): Overall, the stay is well worth the price, friendly staff, great room and location. - Beautiful upgraded modern and spacious room moments away from Napoli Central Station. Extremely comfortable beds and the pillows were heaven! Elevator was broken so we needed to strap our luggage up four flights of stairs. It gets very sketchy at night as there is a lot of the people around the neighborhood and the breakfast is not very appealing, a savoury treat and a coffee at an adjacent bar.

Budova vyzerá dosť staro,ale apartmány sú krásne. Je tam hlučnejšie z chodby,no len keď niekto prichádza/odchádza.

Rano nie było przez chwile ciepłej wody, napisałem na WhatsApp za 15 minut juz przyszła obsługa i naprawili problem. Kontakt z "opiekunem" natychmiastowy. Polecam ! Spędziliśmy 3 dni i polecam, 5 min na dworzec, skąd jeździliśmy od Wezuwiusza po Pompeje Jedyny mały minus to zapach z toalety, ale to raczej kwestia ich środków chemicznych bo bylo wysprzątane bardzo sumiennie.

- Jahred (2/5): We arrived later than expected due to flight delays (at dinner time), we were left stranded outside the building with no - Bed was relatively comfortable. The room felt luxurious-ish. You left us stranded out in the dark. We kept very good communication and told you our flight was delayed. It was not even that late when we arrived. We were locked outside of the building-nobody was answering phone calls. In a dodgy area-we were approached multiple times by scary people. When you finally answered phones, someone had let us into the car park area. You then told us someone was coming to get us and help us and nobody came. Terrible experience and we felt so so scared. Shower also felt dirty and mouldy-would definitely have appreciated something cleaner. The environment was average-felt like we were in slums. It’s just a level of apartments within a community of people. Not very nice place.

No surprise but Naples has a lot of rubbish around and the city needs cleaning up. The rooms are just across from the train station and very modern, clean and comfortable. We were there for one night stopover so it was perfect.

- Raphaël (5/5): Option if you need to catch an early train. - Right next to the train station. Therefore convenient if you need to take a train early. I had to wait for 25 minutes to get into my room because no one was at the reception (and although I had given my exact arrival time). The room is ok but « elite » is not the right name: broken shower, flickering lights, you can hear all the noise from the other rooms. Overall quite expensive for what it is.
