• Mark (8/5): - Great location. Taxi can't drop U to the door as is pedestrian only. So must walk 200 -300 metres with cases Right in the middle of everything. Overall great. Would stay there again. Room was a good size. No lift so a lot of stairs to our room. Owner helped getting the cases up stairs which was great. Bathroom a tad small.

• Maria Sol (1/5): The worst of my whole Europe trip. Hated it. - Shower wasn’t bad I booked 2 months in advance and the they I had to check in they informed a 20 euro extra fee for arriving late. By the time they let me know this I was no longer able to cancel the reservation and go somewhere else. Breakfast is a voucher to get a caffe and an edible somewhere else, not an actual breakfast. The support given by the facility was the worst so far. Besides the fact that of the hidden fee issue, the personnel got in the room for clean up (they did not provide a do not disturb sign, so we had no way no inform we did not wanted the room the get cleaned) and as our stuff was around the place, they took a picture of our things and send it through WhatsApp letting us know about the impossibility of going into the room INSTEAD of just asking if clean up was needed.

• KOSTAS (8/5): Πολύ καλή. - Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της Νάπολη - ιδανική τοποθεσία στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και άνετο για 2 άτομα , αλλά για 4 άτομα ήταν οριακό. Είχε ένα 2πλο κρεβάτι και ένα κρεβάτι καναπέ. Το κρεβάτι - καναπές για το 2ο ζευγάρι δεν ήταν και πολύ καλό!! Ειχε ένα μπαλκονάκι που έβλεπε στον πεζόδρομο .Ο ρεσεψιονιστ ήταν πολύ εξηπηρετικός. Υπηρχε και μια κοινοχρηστη κουζίνα για παρασκευή καφέ. Η τιμή περιελάμβανε και πρωινό σε coffe στην διπλανή πλατεία !!!! Το κρεβάτι καναπές αν είστε 4 άτομα. Το parking είναι λίγο μακρυά και πρέπει να κουβαλάς τα πράγματα σε πλακόστρωτο δρόμο.

• Joseph (8/5): expensive but great for short stays. - pros: - great location - the room was big, lots of natural light and had a very nice balcony - staff always super responsive and supportive - nice spacious shower - they came to clean the apartment daily cons: - expensive for what it is - the whole room and furniture could do with small upgrades given the price. everything looked quite dated. - there's a restaurant right below the window that fries food all day and the small travels directly into the room and there's no escaping it. If you close the windows, it stays trapped in, if you open them it keeps coming in. - toilet and toilet seat are tiny. I'm not a big person and I could barley sit on it. Same for the bidet.

Das Frühstück ist in einem Kaffeehaus, ca 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt.. gute Lösung ist aber schon etwas "frech" da man eingetränk und ein Essen nur zur Verfügung hat... Aber sie sind trotzdem alle sehr bemüht und es passt trotzdem für einen Trip

• Bertil (6/5): Joli mais bruyant - La salle de bains avait des LEDS, donc fun, le lit confortable, la rue est animée et jolie. Pour le déjeuner on nous donne un bon pour un petit café à 5 minutes L'isolation est terrible, c'était à croire qu'on avait tout naples dans notte chambre. Il y a 2 étages d'escaliers, dur après une journée à marcher. Pour ouvrir la portr en bas c'était un peu compliqué avec le personnel. Il y avait un détecteur de mouvement qui ne faisait qu'allumer la lumière dans notre chambre, heureusement qu'on avait du scotch avec nous pour coller des trucs dessus

• Claudio Basello (8/5): In pieno centro - Ottima posizione, in una laterale della zona centrale di Spaccanapoli. Pur essendo in centro la camera é silenziosa. Comodo angolo cucinotto in comune a disposizione di tutti gli alloggiati. La nostra camera aveva un piccolo balcone che dava sul vicolo di accesso alla struttura. Staff sempre molto disponibile. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Piccole cose, finiture, che potrebbero essere sistemate, ma che ad ogni modo non pregiudicano il soggiorno.

• matteo (8/5): - Arrivati in loco, il ragazzo responsabile del nostro alloggio si è subito reso disponibile dimostrando gran professionalità. Anche dopo aver lasciato la stanza la mattina del nostro check out, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare le nostre valigie in struttura. La stanza si affaccia sulla via di SpaccaNapoli , permettendo di essere immersi appena usciti, nella via principale, circondata da strutture, musei e monumenti di interesse storico e culturale. Camminando un po' si raggiunge piazza del plebiscito e i quartieri spagnoli dove storia,fascino e folcrore si incontrano per dare un esperienza unica

• Zsuzsanna (7/5): - Die Lage ist gut. Personal ist supernett. Es gibt fast keinen Platz für die eigenen Sachen, zB. im Badezimmer. Das Zimmer war kalt (wir waren im Dezember), es gab einen Heizkörper, hat aber nichts gebracht. Es war auch sehr sehr laut, wir haben nur mit Ohrstöpsel schlafen können.

• Barbara Maz (10/5): Vivere 3 giorni nel cuore di Napoli - la gentilezza di Salvatore, davvero cordiale, gentile, attento e disponibile e molto bravo e preciso nel suo lavoro . La posizione è eccezionale e anche la pulizia è giornaliera, bravissima e gentile anche la signora delle pulizie. Camera molto graziosa nel pieno centro pedonale di Napoli ma molto silenziosa. Se proprio devo dire qualcosa, posso dire che l'unica pecca è il bagno perchè è piccolino e senza bidet. Cmq è molto carino, pulito e c'è tutto il necessario per far trascorrere un gradevole soggiorno a Napoli.

• Lais (8/5): Divertido e prático - Quarto igual as fotos. Limpeza ok. Check in tranquilo e pontual. Localização boa. Diferente do que alguns falaram, achei o café da manhã ótimo. Pode escolher um salgado, um doce e uma bebida e fica próximo a hospedagem. O prédio é bem antigo, acesso por escadas, mas não me incomodou.

Colazione ottima presso un bar convenzionato a pochi metri dall' alloggio.Lo consiglio Unica nota stonata l'assenza del bidet e le dimensioni del bagno un po' piccolino

Quelques détails : -le petit déjeuner n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais dans une boulangerie à quelques mètres (3 articles au choix entre boissons et viennoiserie/gateau, de bonne qualité) -Le volet roulant était cassé
