• Marie-laure (10/5): - L’établissement est très bien placé, nous avons adoré le quartier à proximité de tout avec de bonnes adresses a proximité pour manger boire un verre et prendre le cafe. L’immeuble est particulièrement calme dans une ville animé, nous avons super bien dormi sans un bruit. La chambre est propre et confortable et le petit plus, le menage et les draps sont changés après 3 nuits. L’hôte a été très disponible et accomodant !

• ninoslav (9/5): Ugodan boravak od 5 dana, samo za nase godine i zdrastveno stanje vrlo naporno, ako zelite puno toga - Lokacija je odlicna, posebno ako volite autenticju staru zgradu u kojoj se nalazi lijepo uredjeni apartman. Soba ima kuhLo za vodu i frizider, a mali, dobro opremljeni ducan je 30-50m od apartmana. Pa smo tako rjesavali dorucak. Sistem ulaza je kompliciran, jer imate 4 kljuca za vrata i lift, ali se zbog toga osjecate sigurno, jer je lopovima ulaz vrlo kompliciran. Dvoja vrata mozete otvrati preko aplikacije

• Ebanks (7/5): - The location was good and the host was helpful through messages on WhatsApp No kettle in the room and no breakfast facility which wasn't too bad as there's plenty of places to eat nearby but you can't really call it a bed and breakfast if you're missing the breakfast part and I thought it was going to have two separate single beds as that's what I requested but apart from that everything else was ok

• Annamaria (10/5): Perfect location, simple, minimalistic cute room. - Very nice simple room. The room has everything, the bath is nice, shower, toilet, bidet…the location is perfect, everthing is walking distance. Metro, caffés, restaurants, historical center. Antiques, gallery, right on the street is a cool store where we bought oranges, water etc. The room has a small fridge that is very practical, big thumbs up! The host is very kind, helpful, he didn’t have anyone after us in the room, so he let us stay until our departure to the airport. That was just perfect, because we manged to visit museo capella Sansevero, walk the city and eat, without dragging our luggage. I would definitely rebook. Also the house on the inside (where the room is located) has a beautiful italian vibe. The terraces, the windows, balconies... Super cute! The only small thing I would nitpick, the bed was a but dusty - on the sheets, like the rooms wasn’t used for some time, also the towels smelled weird, like vinegar.
• Lisa (4/5): Overall our stay was okay. Fortunately we were there for only 2 nights. - The location was good for walking to destinations. The rooms themselves were clean, updated, and as advertised. The beginning communication with our host was confusing and difficult and it created a lot of confusion between our party, as we had people arriving at different times. Our Uber driver was not able to easily identify were the actual apartment was, so they dropped us off at a street corner with all of our luggage. The surrounding location was run down and dirty. The information to access the apartment was lengthy and cumbersome., and there was no one physically there to help us. This situation created a tense start to our vacation. Once in the apartment we found it clean and updated as advertised. The host did reach out later to check in with us and allowed a later check out time for us to make our departure easier. I am giving this property a 4, only because the rooms themselves were as advertised, clean and comfortable for what we needed. The other aspects of this location and the accessibility to the apartment was very frustrating and did not provide an easy, relaxed experience that one hopes for when starting their family vacation.

• Silvia (10/5): Camera comoda pulita e moderna. Vicino alla metro e ottima posizione per girare a piedi - La camera si presenta pulita, moderna e comodissima. La posizione è ottima a pochi passi dalla metro e sei subito in centro. Il proprietario del B&B è una persona gentilissima, disponibile per qualsiasi cosa e subito attivo per qualsiasi esigenza o informazione. Consigliatissimo e sicuramente ci torneremo.

• Tracey-Shaw (9/5): Could not be more central - Great location, near the pizza street and Spanish Quarter, and equidistant to Central Storico and the Port. Right below the Castel and on the doorstep of the National Archaelogical Museum. Very close to bus and train stations. Very authentic and secure location. Supermarket is barely a minute away. Room is pristine. Host is a very helpful communicator. There are a few steps involved in getting into the accommodation - a link to open the front entry, a key required to use the lifts (room is on third floor), a code to open the entry to the Casa Nora rooms and a key to enter your room. Not an issue for short stays, but for 4-6 nights it did get a bit wearisome. That said, we felt very safe and secure in Casa Nora, which is important given how Naples can appear at face value. Other than this, it's worth noting that there are stairs in the room, up to the bathroom, and that there isn't a kettle and tea/ coffee. I found these to be very minor issues though. Casa Nora otherwise represents excellent value for money.

• Enrico (10/5): Rien à redire, parfait ! Super propre - L'emplacement est idéal (proche du métro et du centre historique). Logement calme, donne sur une cour. Rarement voire jamais vu un bnb aussi propre, et nettoyé régulièrement. On ne voit pas les propriétaires mais ils sont réactifs par message et attentionnés. Lits confortables; climatisation fonctionnelle... Rien à redire ! On y reviendra avec plaisir Rien

The building had a very authentic vibe. The bathroom was upgraded and the AC worked really well. The very long code to enter the property, wish it was a bit shorter so it was easier to remember when coming and going

• Eliška (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay here was excellent! The accommodation was clean and very modern. It's absolutely ideal for a couple. A big advantage is the location itself – it's about a 3-minute walk from the metro and the main avenue. You can practically walk anywhere from here. Additionally, the accommodation is designed in a way that makes you feel very safe. We highly recommend it!

There is a lift to bring you up to the room. The little fridge in the room was brilliant for storing water.

• Corwin (8/5): Convenient home base to explore Naples! - The location was very convenient with easy access to the Dante station of the metro, and everything else you might need (restaurants, laundromat, groceries, pharmacy) right there. The area initially seemed a little sketchy when I first arrived after dark, but afterwards I felt quite safe, even at night. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was good to have but the airflow was good enough from the two windows that I didn't end up using it much. The host was very helpful and responsive to every question I had about the room and the area, and was able to accommodate a late self-check-in after my flight was delayed. The location can be a little hard to find, with only a small sign with a different hotel's name to tell you that it's the right entrance. The room consisted of a loft with one bed on the main level, and a smaller bed and the bathroom upstairs. The stairs to the bathroom were quite steep, and the smaller bed would not be air-conditioned since the only A/C unit is downstairs. The water from the bathroom sink was somewhat discolored. I did not think to ask if it was drinkable while I was there, but I elected to fill my water bottle at the free fountain in Dante Square instead. One minor annoyance that could potentially be fixed: the automatic air fresheners right by the bed make a sudden noise when they go off every 20-40 minutes, which was quite startling the first few times it happened, and just annoying after that. Quieter or more passive models would be appreciated!
• Suzanne (9/5): Once my grandson and I had our bearings, we had a wonderful stay. - The location was very fine. It was near the Naples Museum, the Metro, and many eateries. My adult grandson and I were able to get around easily by foot, by Metro, and by train. We were also able to use public transport for the airport (him) and the main bus station (me). I had a problem with the self check-in. It was entirely my fault and the manager was extremely kind about my inadequacy. Also, while there were two lovely mugs in each room, I was very glad to have brought a water heater and tea bags. Initially the street is a bit hard to find. I am not above asking shopkeepers for directions and they were lovely.

The property is hidden away just off the Main Street and isn't very glamorous on the outside but we were relieved apon entering the property as it met our expectations. We also found it to be of good value. Check in was smooth and hassle free thanks to Giordano our host, who was welcoming and provided detailed information on WhatsApp for self-check in which we liked. He also was very responsive for any questions we had. Overall we are happy and enjoyed our stay. The entrance to the property is gloomy but is quite typical of Napoli backstreet apartments.

• Hristo (9/5): Excellent place for the sights of Naples - Excellent location. All the sights are reached on foot. It is 2 minutes from Dante Metид Station (it was currently under repair). At 30 meters there is an excellent supermarket and a cafe for breakfast. Self check-in and check-out are available. The rooms look at the yard and it's quiet. They are renovated and cleanliness is excellent. Giordano is a wonderful host. Always available for advice and assistance. We would stay in this place again.

• Eirini (4/5): Disappointing - The host was very kind and polite and tried his best to be as helpful as possible. At first we felt that the area was very dodgy and scary. However, we’ve come to realise that this looks like it’s typical normal for Naples archeological centre, as all buildings and entrances were the same. However, as I said at first we were really terrified, but the host was very kind, polite and reassuring. The cleanliness of the room. Toilet wasn’t scrubbed for quite sometime. The shower cable was foul of mold. The bed throw/thin blanket, was visibly dirty with something that looked like human fluids, they were on several places and looked like it hadn’t been washed between guests. And the room smelt like the floor hadn’t been cleaned with clean and fresh water. Overall these reasons spoilt our stay. I understand this accommodation offers bed and stay services but the basic and standard hygiene should not be sacrificed. Hygiene should always be a gold standard for everyone that has decided to do this for business.

• Jovana (7/5): Good - Excellent location, very close to the city centre and at the same time very quiet. The accommodation was for three people, and we had only two cups. When we asked whether they could provide one more, we were told that the shop was nearby and we could buy one. The accommodation has some sort of gallery and during the hot summer days, it was impossible to cool down with the air conditioning.

• Dimitar (10/5): Perfect stay in a perfect place with perfect location! - Thanks for the wonderful experience. The stay was good, location was perfect, room was good, clean. Bathroom and toiler were also very good. Hot water available. All you ever need is there. Highly recommend! There are a lot of keys involved to go to the apartment, but you get used to it after the first time, so really not big deal. :)
• Lisa (10/5): Perfect little place right in the heart of Naples - It was wonderful!! The hotel is in a great location, just a few steps away from Piazza Dante. The room was bright and clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of space for my friend and I to have our own sleeping areas, and the rooftop terrace was a lovely place to relax. The quiet courtyard also insulated us from much of the city noise, so I could sleep soundly - and I say that after being in town when Naples' football team won the national championship, and the entire city took to the streets for celebration. I'd love to stay here again one day!

• Menahem (8/5): Very good - The location was perfect - 1 minute walk from Piazza Dante & Via Toledo. Very quiet yet central. The value for money is great. Room felt new and clean. Even though there's no front desk, we were taken care of. The hotel is in an old apartment building, where the elevator stopped working for the duration of our stay (not the hotel's fault, but still - major inconvenience considering it' son the 3rd floor. with luggage - not ideal...)
