• Fabienne (2/5): Fuyez, on vous vend une très chère vue gâchée par le bruit et les odeurs. - Rien, notre pire réservation ! On nous a vendu une "vue" impossible à profiter. Séjour vraiment gâché. Fuyez la vue sur mer, gâchée par une circulation klaxonnante et incessante H24 avec la pollution olfactive en sus. Très chère vue ! Pas de balcon ni terrasse, juste un garde-fou de 40 cm à la fenêtre = pas d espace dehors, pas en profiter assis face à la vue pour le petit déj, pas d insonorisation pour la nuit, malgré les boules Quiès c est infernal, pas de Wi-Fi dans la chambre, "sale" de bain = sale de moisissures noires, tuyaux verts de gris, pas de bouchon à l évier, eau tiède après 3 minutes d attente, pas de verres à dent, mobilier de brocante, pas 2 chaises à la même hauteur, table de nuit qui bascule sur ses pieds, châssis pourri, tirant de la fenêtre complètement dévissé, vitres opacifiées de poussière, travaux intérieurs de peinture laissés en plan, frigo de camping négligemment déposé par terre, literie limite. Tout est négligé. Chasse wc en panne durant notre séjour. On n ose rien toucher sans casser et la menace d une caution locative nous a fait rester là. Déjeuner compris= prenez vos tartines et votre café, un dé à coudre de café servi ds 1 verre en plastique sans repasse avec un pack de lait vide. J’ai demandé du pain en précisant que je ne mangeais pas de viennoiseries, sans suite pour les jours suivants. La propriétaire habite l appartement et tout est sous caméra. Aucun professionnalisme, amateurisme pur, seul le prix est international, beaucoup de négligences et selon la propriétaire, c est normal car B&B = pas hôtel, on se sent juste comme un ramasse-fric. Fuyez !

• Karen (9/5): Very nice - I missed my scheduled pick up from the airport, Mare helped by providing me with a pick up. They did not have to help, this was very kind. On arrival I had discovered that they had given me an upgrade. Breakfast was nice. The area was very convenient and explorable. Only negative was when Vista Mare pressured me for the cash to pay for taxes and breakfast. ( I was having trouble with the none English speaking ATM and a broken phone) All ended well in the end.

• VALERIA (10/5): Favoloso b&b - La signora Corinna è stata una padrona di casa gentile e super disponibile. La camera puntava nel blu del mare con il Vesuvio sullo sfondo. La vista non è pazzesca ma di più. La stanza era grande e spaziosa. Ci è stata servita la colazione in camera all orario da noi stabilito. Insomma tutto perfetto. Quando potrò, ci tornerò sicuramente.
• Dimitrios (10/5): Ich habe schon den nächsten Aufenthalt im Auge... - Insbesondere die Aussicht auf dem Golf von Neapel, den Vesuv und die Amalfiküste. Ich hätte es nicht besser treffen können und werde die Unterkunft bestimmt wieder aufsuchen. Des Weiteren fand ich Corinna, die Herrin des Hauses unwahrscheinlich nett und sympathisch und sie ist mit Leib und Seele dabei.

Se devo trovare qualche difetto, il balcone sembrava più grande dalle foto e il tappetino del bagno era un po' sporco.

• I (8/5): Very good - Location, view, close to restaurants, beaches, transport links, marina. Views are awesome looking out from the third floor balcony to volcano and Capri in the distance. The host is super friendly and made us feel welcomed even though she does not speak English and we do not speak Italian. The building is old with character and an 1930s style lift was fun Naples is a busy city especially at night, we are used to a quiet location where we live and even with thick wooden shutters closed which we did shut, we found it a bit noisy as the city comes alive from 10 pm but this is to be expected.

We live in an extremely quiet area so found the road was noisy, I am not sure everyone would. The buses back to the location of an evening was a bit hit and miss. • Thomas (9/5): Gorgeous sea view - Absolutely fantastic view and great location for both driving (private and secure parking is available at a reasonable extra cost) and public transport. There are also several restaurants in walking distance that are worth a visit. (50 Kalo and Tufo for example). No real drawbacks unless you mind the traffic noise. (Since it's a third floor property that isn't really a huge issue though)
• Alfred (10/5): The perfect place to stay in Napoli! - We received a very warm welcome from our host who provided us immediately with the necessary public transport information. The breakfast with a fantastic sea view was a perfect start into the day. The location was perfect, we just the very nice beach „Bagno Ideal“ just in front of our accommodation and either walked or used the public bus to the city center. We definitely felt home here and recommend this place to all travellers planning a trip to Napoli! All fine, no complaints!

Advertised a lot of features that were not there. Eg. Tea and coffee making, water, fruit. Breakfast had to be paid for xtra. On check out told we should have asked for things but the staff weren't easy to find
• Ma4g (10/5): Exceptional - B&B Vista Mare is the perfect place after strolling around in the busy streets of Napoli. It is calm and has a stunning view towards Vesuvio. The host Corinna gave us a warm welcome. We instanrly felt at home. Breakfast is delicious and served in the room, so that we could enjoy the view a view moments longer. Thank you Corinna. We certainly wish to be back again.
• Zihao (9/5): Superb - The host can speak English. And she is very enthusiastic and friendly. The sea view is beautiful, especially in the morning when the sun peeks through the clouds. The bus stop is next to the house, so the transportation is very convenient. It's a wonderful experience to live here.
• Marta (9/5): It's like sleeping by the seaside...breathtaking view from the balcony. - The view from the balcony is extraordinary and worth everything. The sound of the waves is the soundtrack of the nights there....a cuddle. Cappuccino and brioches are homemade: exquisite.
• Anvar (1/5): We liked only historical part of Napoli, but we did not like accommodation service for 100% - No any positive comments about accommodation service. Rooms are without toilet and shower facilities. We booked superior rooms for the family, but toilet and shower was in other side of the coridor. Staff did not like, that we asked to change bedclothes for the child. The bed of the child was full with the sand. They stoped to speak with us, because we asked to change bedclothes. Brekafst was not good, we did not eat it because it was no good hygine facilities. Napoli is touristic place and it is main problem for hotels in such places. If you want to cancel your service and the staff is not asking about problems, hey just agree to cancel. They know it will be more other clients, who comes instead of you. It was the situation with us. We had power only for one night instead of 3 planned.

• Jose (10/5): First let’s start with our host Corina, she was excellent and super friendly. She made our stay great and she was a lot - Located right across the street from the ocean, great views. Beach right across the street and bars and restaurants down the street. Bus stop right outside and the main train station about a 20 min walk. Located on the better half of Napoli we really enjoyed our stay. There was nothing I did not like. I loved this place.

It’s well situated close to the center, was comfortable, clean, beautiful rooms, attention to small details. We were attended by the sweetest, pleasant woman in Napoli. At midnight, we could also see fireworks in the middle of the sea from the balcony. Very romantic. Make booking, you wont regret. Everything was perfect!!!
• Anonymous (6/5): A neglected property with a view - The view from one of the rooms we stayed is beautiful, but it has no private bathroom. The owner (Karina) is nice but she can be overwhelming. Karina provided us with a free croissant and coffee because it was my bday The property is dirty inside out, the rooms are outdated, dusty and musty. the linens and towels are at least 10 years old. The doors to the balcony don’t lock and some of the curtains don’t shot. It’s a property referred as a B&B but there is no breakfast, no water available, no snacks. The waiting area is a huge beautiful room, full of junk, dirty, outdated furniture and definitely unkept…It’s a property with so much potential but very much neglected.

We were moments from a public beach and from an excellent local restaurant. slightly odd arrangement in a flat in which others (not our host) were living. we didn’t see them but knew they were there. No fridge or facilities (glasses, water, kettle).

• Sergei (9/5): I can wholeheartedly recommend this B&B to people who expect a decent quality for a modest budget. - It was a great stay, thank to Corinna who is the owner of this B&B. The view from the room is very nice. The B&B is very quiet and completly non-smoking, which I liked very much. The breakfast is very good and prepared according to your wishes. Corinna helped in all questions including finding the best way to the venue of my work and ordering a taxi to the airport. The street in front of the property is quite noisy, but it was not a real problem for me.

• Marianne (10/5): Perfect - Absolutely everything. Flight was delayed by 3 hours but that wasn't an issue. To wake up to those stunning views every day, you don't want to leave. Thankfully theres a lift! Missed breakfast so next day it was brought to the room. Thank you for helping making this holiday so perfect xx Bit noisy road but views more than make up for it.

B&B Vista Mare is perfectly positioned in Naples, from here you can quickly access the beach (paid or free; for the free one, you can do the reservation online - https://www.lidoo.it/tour/spiaggia-delle-monache/ ). You can visit the city: on foot, using public transport, I recommend using mobile applications - Moovit, DropTicket - they will make your life much easier :), or buy a package that includes both, transport and access to some tourist attractions . It was a pleasant and interesting experience. The host was nice and helpful, thank you Cori!🤗 A small refrigerator in the room would be useful 😉
