• Tomáš (10/5): Krásný pobyt u Pražského hradu s pivním wellness - Pobyt byl naprosto skvělý. Lokalita je výborná – vše je krásně dostupné a okolí má úžasnou atmosféru. Personál byl velmi milý, vstřícný a ochotný. Koupel v pivním wellness Spa Beerland byla jedinečná! Pokoj byl čistý, krásně zařízený a velmi pohodlný. Oceňuji také klidné prostředí! Celkově šlo o velmi příjemný pobyt a hotel mohu jednoznačně doporučit každému, kdo hledá pohodlí, klid a skvělou polohu blízko Pražského hradu.

• Georgia (7/5): - Jolies chambres, petit bâtiment avec un caractère atypique, à côté du château. Le centre ville est loin quand même et autour de l’hôtel il n’y a pas grand chose donc le prix qui est le même que les bons hôtels du centre-ville ne s’explique pas. Pas de petit déjeuner pas de restauration. Le « spa » comme probablement tous les spas de bière, est décevant et trop cher.

• radimsch (9/5): - lokalita bezchybná, bohužel bez snídaně, ale možno domluvit v restauraci naproti po 10 hod. Jediný problém parkování, ale nakonec překvapení - v okolí všude parkování minimálně za 60, většinou ale za 90 Kč/hod. V recepci doporučeno asi půl km vzdálené podzemní parkoviště na Prašném mostě pouze za 200 Kč na noc, což bylo příjemné překvapení.

• Peter (10/5): - Skvelá poloha, tiché miesto. Luxusné ubytovanie za príjemnú cenu. Bez možnosti raňajok.
• Natálie (4/5): - Hotel se nachází na krásném místě, jen kousek od Pražského hradu. Kousek od hotelu se nachází zastávka tramvaje, ale lze se pohybovat i pěšky, protože hlavní památky jsou poměrně blízko. Zařízení hotelu je v dobovém stylu a chválím velmi pohodlnou postel. K dispozici je lednice a varná konvice s hrnečky na čaj. V celém hotelu je nepříjemný zápach z pivního sladu, který je cítit i na pokoji. Dveře od pokoje vůbec netěsní a ani nedoléhají, takže až do pozdních nočních hodin (23:00) je slyšet velký hluk z recepce a lázní, kde personál uklízí po hostech a poslouchá u toho hudbu. Hotel je bez možnosti snídaní. Při příjezdu na pokoj se na zemi válely chuchvalce prachu a cizí vlasy. V koupelně za toaletou byla vrstva prachu a špíny. Na skleněné desce stolu byly mastné otisky cizích rukou.

• Kacper S (9/5): a quiet enclave inside historic Prague - A historic guesthouse on the quiet side of Prague's castle hill. Although you are staying in the very heart of the historic city, this particular area is very quiet and slightly off the beaten track, meaning that in the evenings, but even during the day, you will not see crowds here. The building is nicely renovated, and the decor is a combination of historic references and very modern solutions. Overall, a great impression. As a guest, you get a discount for the beer spa, and it's very convenient to stay just two floors above the spa facilities. A comfortable bed, spacious room, bathroom with a big tub and a window overlooking the Stag Moat park. The rooms do not have hairdryers; we had to ask for one, along with missing amenities (shampoo, toilet paper). Overall, the guests could expect more of the spa-related cosmetics. Also, other guests mentioned free beer in the reception area - we were not offered any.

• Ali (3/5): Disappointing - Great location, wonderful staff. There are virtually NO facilities available at this hotel. Even drinking water is not available - no breakfast, no snacks. Nothing in the neighborhood either. The room was VERY hot and uncomfortable. No cooling or air conditioning, and with near-30 degrees Celsius temperatures, it was very hard to stay in the room. The staff is helpless in this matter.

Only stayed 2 nights and my room wasn’t cleaned after the first night, no explanation and toilet paper or re and coffee replenished. No one around or phone in room to ask either. Nice place, shame about the staff and lack of service.

I had the beer bath immediately after my arrival to Prague and it was very relaxing and rejuvenating after a long flight . Don't forget to book it!!! It's definitely a one of the kind experience! The room had no air conditioning

• Thomas (6/5): Super close to castle / noisy until about 10pm - Fantastic location only a few minutes walk to the castle (very handy if you want some crowd free pictures as most people have left by about 6pm). The room was very big and in keeping with the heritage vibe of the property and once the spa closes it’s very quiet at night. Instagramable decor and outside street. It’s a bit like staying in the spare room of the spa, when it’s open you can hear everything downstairs, and it’s almost like their music is playing in your room as well - this doesn’t stop until about 10 pm, so no afternoon cat naps here! It was also really really hot, it was only about 20 degrees when I stayed but it felt much warmer and there’s no aircon. I liked the stay as it was a unique property with a heritage vibe but I wouldn’t book again because of the noise / heat - good for one or two nights but no more.

Shower was just attached to side of bath so you had to hold it to take a shower. No hairdryer in room (you had to borrow from reception). Bed sheets were towelling which was weird and hot. Breakfast only starts at 9.30 and selection was limited.

• Diego (9/5): Classy hotel in the castle area of Prague with Beer Spa experience - Amazing rooms. Seems like to sleep in a museum. Very spacy and comfortable. Air conditioning throughout the ventilation system was extremely valuable on the hot days of July 2023. Nice details in the room like the kettle from Rohnson in ceramic. Nice bath tube and beer shampoos. I recommend the beer spa in the basement, which is an amazing experience. Tubs out of wood with bubbles in nice decorated rooms and unlimited beer. The location is also quite good in the area of the castle. Very good breakfast! The first person we've met from the staff was really unfriendly and pissed off, that we'd arrived at 9:15 pm instead of 9 pm as announced. Every request was a burden for her. She was so unfriendly and probably so angry, that she forgot to switch off the music in the corridor. For this reason, we didn't sleep well the first night. The other ladies from the staff were really helpfully and friendly and exceeded our expectations. Some parts of the room had not been cleaned before arrival (table next to the beds), toilets and floor, which is quite unacceptable, when arriving at 9 pm in the evening. The breakfast starts at 9:30 am, which is way to late for a hotel!!

• Jim (5/5): It was interesting to try, but I won't be back. - The staff were friendly and personable. The room was nicely furnished. If you are driving the parking situation is absymal. The parking they suggest is a private garage 1.5 km away and for an extra fee. The parking garage wants you to pay in local currency, small bills only. The beer quality is okay (had better beer in most places we visited). Loud piano music plays until at least 10 p.m. (had to ask to have it turned off at 10:30 p.m the second night). Don't plan on going to bed early. Sound carries in this hotel. Everything done and said on the ground level is heard in your guest room.
