• Salome (1/5): The apartment had a very strong damp smell - There was a strong damp/mold smell in the apartment and a noticeable humidity problem. The condition was uncomfortable and did not match my expectations, so I decided to leave and move to another accommodation.

• Maria (10/5): Highly recommend. Stylish, warm, and spacious apartment. - Artistic and authentic apartment with all the necessities and some extras! So close to the tram line and city centre. Our host was very responsive and replied within 1 minute of questions. There was no iron as it was damaged by a previous guest.

• Sandra (10/5): - Gezellig, huiselijk appartement op een hele fijne plek dichtbij het centrum.
• Roger (9/5): Sprookjes Achtig appartement - Mooi ruim appartement. Centrale ligging 15 min lopen dan ben je in het centrum. Het houten kralen gordijn wat fungeert als een deur tussen toilet en douche kan wel vervangen worden door iets soortgelijks van plastic. Als iemand in de nacht naar toilet moet kan het gewoon niet geruisloos, dat zou ik dus meteen vervangen. En wat sfeer verlichting in het schattige patio tuintje dat zou de kerst op de taart zijn. Verder is het appartement sfeer vol ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien.
• Hassan (5/5): Frustrierend - Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden wir bereits um 5 Uhr morgens durch Bauarbeiten direkt vor dem Gebäude geweckt. Darüber hinaus wurde unser Fahrzeug aufgrund der Baustellensituation abgeschleppt, ohne dass wir im Vorfeld in irgendeiner Weise darüber informiert wurden. Eine derartige fehlende Kommunikation ist für Gäste äußerst ärgerlich und inakzeptabel. Unter diesen Umständen kann ich die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
• Tabe (10/5): Molt bonic i confortable - Molt maco i espaios amb cuina útil. Llit molt confortable i tovalloles suaus. Es acollidor. Molt ben situat. Hi ha molts estris que es poden fer servir. Hem trobat a faltar tauletes de nit i cortina o porta de dutxa, potser es massa oberta i perd escalfor.

• Gillian (7/5): - In a good location. Bohemian vibe. The flat grew on me after initial disappointment at the things mentioned below. Couldn't use the drawers in the wardrobe unit as they were blocked by the door that didn't move. Couldn't use the outside space as the door was too stiff . In fact it didn't even shut properly. No light in the toilet. No toaster. Terrible smell of mould as you opened the front door which permeated into the flat. Only a wooden curtain between toilet and shower which maid terrible noise in the middle of the night. No privacy in the shower as no door.

• Lilou (7/5): - L’appartement est magnifique, très bien décoré et confortable, parfait pour une nuit à Bruxelles. Le lit était vraiment douillet, nous avons très bien dormi. L’endroit était globalement propre, même si quelques petits détails pourraient être améliorés. L’hôte a été extrêmement disponible et réactif, ce qui est très appréciable. Seul petit bémol : la chasse d’eau faisait du bruit en continu, un peu dérangeant la nuit. Le quartier est correct, pas le plus animé mais bien situé. Globalement, une très bonne expérience, je recommande !

Kahve yapamadım demlik. Kirli idi. Temizlik olarak memnun kalmadık. Kahve makinesinin kahve konulacak başlığı yerinde yoktu bulamadım.

• Panganiban (10/5): Perfect - We had a lovely stay in Brussels! The studio was much more spacious than we expected, and the little outdoor garden was such a charming bonus. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a coffee machine and even some milk, which was a thoughtful touch. The location was perfect—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still just a short walk to the city center and all the main attractions. Luc was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. We’d definitely love to stay here again next time we’re in Brussels!

• Peter (9/5): Superb - Lovely place, walking distance to the centre with plenty of places to eat and drink locally. Good access to public transport. The bed was comfortable, shower was good, please be aware no door to the toilet or shower so I would suggest you know who you are staying with very well. The apartment is very well supplied and I imagine the terrace is lovely in the warmer weather. Overall a very good place to stay. Nothing, all good
• Kulkarni (6/5): We could manage but it wasn’t a pleasant stay. Doesn’t feel worth the value when you are spending 350 euros for the stay - The location was good. The property is not very hygienic. There is an old moldy smell, could really use some room freshener. The bath towels are old too. There wasn’t any smaller napkins or paper towel for smaller wiping needs. The toiletries were not sufficient. Hand soap was watery and purposely diluted. Empty bottle of shower gels were left as is in the shower area.

• Emily (7/5): Good - Only a 20 minute walk from central station, we didn’t need to take any buses or trams. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is gorgeous. Had a slight mildew smell. The upstairs neighbours were quite loud.
• Ozan (1/5): Poor experience due to unclean bedding and allergic reaction - We were very disappointed with our stay. The bedding was not clean and was full of animal hairs, which caused us to have severe allergic reactions. We had to leave the accommodation the same day as it was unbearable. The owner offered to change the bedding, but only after we had already left, which didn’t help us. Although the accommodation is nice, I cannot recommend it due to the lack of hygiene and inadequate service. Cleanliness should be a top priority.

• Ascani (10/5): Great choice for a comfortable sightseeing vacation. - Location is so good one only needs a good pair of shoes. All you want to see in Historic Brussell's is within walking distance of the apartment. Don't let the neighborhood fool you, it really is safe, and the shop keepers are very friendly. Take a right when leaving the apartment and continue to the pharmacy on the corner, go right and continue walking straight to the Place Square, you are in the old city. Also it only cost me $ 10 for a taxi to and from the train station Midi. The tenants in the upstairs apartment are very noisy and loud coming and going.Not all day just when they leave in the morning and when they come home at any hour. You will not need an alarm. Keep in mind that in Europe there are no face cloths but they still use shower gel. Talk about wasting gel!!

• Lana (7/5): Good - It is an unusual place with its own vibe. We liked the big wooden table and a big map above the bed, and we liked the little garden (like a terrace on the ground floor) where we could sit and drink tea. We didn’t like the type of toilet – it had no door, just a beaded curtain. It is uncomfortable, because you can’t have enough of privacy there. The shower wasn’t comfortable too, because it hadn’t a removable part, so you need to put on a shower cap if you are not going to wash your hair. It was a little cold at the apartments in the early March (however we didn’t inform the host about it and didn’t ask for solve the problem). The district didn’t feel like absolutely safe; however, we haven’t had any real problem with it. And one more thing, my wife smelt unpleasant odor from the sofa, like urine of the animal. It wasn’t very strong and I didn’t feel it, because I have poorer sense of smell. For two nights it wasn’t critical. It was atmospheric, and my wife and me liked it more than unliked.

• Sarah (9/5): Definitely visit it again. - Good location. Liked the style of the flat. Comfortable and warm. Occasional smell from the drains? Unfortunately we were unable to leave our luggage, but the owner gave us advice where we could leave it. This came at at charge however.

It was such a cool place to stay and our favourite place we stayed our whole trip. It's got such a lovely feel to the place, its open and airy and the bed is so comfortable! The host Luc was such a lovely person and gave us so much information about Brussels and how to walk and see everything. Not to mention it was such a fantastic location and only around 10 minutes walk away from the centre. I'd love to visit Brussels and I would 10000 percent stay here again if it was available! • Kees (10/5): This is the best place to stay in Brussels - We had a great stay at Luc’s place! The space is comfortable and quiet in a nice area of Brussels. Very walkable to lots of places and an easy tram to the main station. We didn’t get to meet Luc but he was a very attentive host, sent us lots of local recommendations and answered any questions we had. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Brussels! Nothing!

Luc was the best host with good communication before arrival and throughout our stay. He was very accommodating and approachable.
• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - Very cool flat and top located to explore Brussels. Silent neighbourhood, but with very good and modern bars, beer bars, brasseries, shops around. Around 15 minutes walk to the historic centre (Bourse). Luc, the owner created some pieces of art for the flat and is a very nice and supportive guy.

• Sue (7/5): Good - We enjoyed the location and proximity to Central Brussels. Luc and Rama catered to all our needs and responded very quickly and were flexible with the check-in and check-out time, allowing us to leave our bags after check-out. We greatly appreciated this. There were no doors for the bathroom and hence not much privacy when someone is showering or going to the toilet. It can be awkward especially between friends. We were also surprised by the number of mosquitoes in the apartment at night and for this reason had trouble sleeping during our stay. Would have been great if this was mentioned as part of the booking or advertisement. The fridge was not cleaned out before our arrival (leftover salad and cheese) and we had to ask for a few things to be brought in (such as pillows and sheets for the sofa bed).

• Brenda (7/5): Comfortable and accessible - Cozy, amazing shower, lovely hammock Owner very nice and let us stay a bit longer than usual to check out, nice when having teens I wished it had a door or curtain, I was travelling with my teenagers so a bit uncomfortable not to have privacy when taking a shower it’s ok for a couple. It wasn’t a bit thing and make sure you take mosquito repellent and cream for afterwards.
